Place was immaculate. I hadn’t even realized how lovely the view beyond the pool would be in person! Kitchen w many amenities. Very comfy reclining couch. It certainly met our needs for a small family reunion. A real comfortable, “at home” vibe throughout. Master king suite was luxurious, the other bedrooms are small but adequate and comfortable. Host responded within moments to any inquiry. A few “portable” comfy chairs that could “live” in the front office but augment living room seating when all together would be a great addition. We’ve done this reunion for 4 years now and this is the only house we’d love to return to! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this well appointed and meticulously maintained home. The neighborhood was very quiet and the home provided a convenient base for shopping, dining and seeing the sights in and around Naples. We spent time relaxing by the pool and enjoyed the view of the lake and all the bird activity it provided. We will definitely look forward to staying here again in our future travels to the Naples area.

My family stayed here last week and when we first checked in everything was good until the 3rd day where we discovered the property had roaches in the dish washer we contacted Annemarie and she had the exterminator there asap and he sprayed and dusted the area we were ok for the time being until the last night when we saw more so hopefully they take care of this problem before renting it out again. Also we had some issues with the pool having algae and took about 2 days to finally clear up. If it wasn’t for these issue the house would have been perfect but I wouldn’t rent there again.

First of all, we are so so sorry for the troubles you have had. In the over 10 years that we have owned this property, this was a first. We always strive for the best possible vacation experience for our guests. We've had the same wonderful cleaning service throughout the years and so far we have always received top rates for our clean house. When your problem occurred, our local management acted immediately and sent someone to the house within 15 min. For the convenience of our guests, we have local management within the same community which makes it easy for a quick response. We can assure you that we will see to it that this never happens again. As for the pool, our pool technician came to the house the same day and adjusted the pH level. He said that the cloudiness you experienced can sometimes happen in the Florida summer when you wear a lot of suntan lotion and maybe don't shower before you go in the water. Once again, we are very sorry for your troubles and hope that the compensation you received somewhat alleviated your experience.

The home is so nice. Clean, plenty of towels, nice comfy beds and bedding, beautifully decorated. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us, the pool/ outdoor space was perfection, location was convenient to our favorite restaurants. The neighborhood was great for morning walks and we saw so many friendly faces. The property manager was always available and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time vacationing in Naples. We enjoyed the pool each day and also the beach. The home is well equipped with beach chairs and umbrella. Would recommend.

We spent almost 5 weeks in April/May at this wonderful home in Crown Pointe, and cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay, and how fantastic the communication was with both the owner Lena and the host Annemarie! This home was extremely clean and comfortable, and the perfect size for our visiting family members. The pictures you see on VRBO are very accurate, and everything we could need was provided, including some of the smaller details like laundry and dish detergent, paper goods, etc. We spent most of our time on the huge lanai overlooking the lake, and it was so hard to leave that beautiful view with all of the ducks and birds providing entertainment. It was extremely quiet during our stay which was really appreciated for a relaxing vacation. All of the beds were comfy and there were more than enough TVs to satisfy the whole family. We loved the nice dishes and silverware provided, and all of the appliances were easy to use. We had never stayed in Crown Pointe before and were happily surprised at how much closer it is to downtown and the gulf shore compared to other neighborhoods we've stayed. Most importantly, any issues or questions we had were immediately taken care of by Annemarie, who is a fabulous person to know! She even provided recommendations for a mechanic, the best pizza in town, and helped us find another place to stay when we had to extend our visit by a few days. Do not hesitate to stay here, and we would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Family Fun Adventure

This was a beautiful home. Spacious and accommodating for our bigger family. Everyone had a bed, plenty of towels and bathroom space. The pool was very refreshing at anytime of the day. Family space for playing cards and family dinners was perfect. We enjoyed this stay very much.

The best. Ever

The house is absolutely gorgeous. So clean, nice, the pool was great! The neighborhood is beautiful. We will definitely try to come back next year. I recommend it for any family.

The home is beautiful and very well kept and updated. Large home and owner has everything you need for your family, beach and pool towels to the amount of dishes and silverware. Recommend highly, we will definitely return.

Crown Pointe stay

We enjoyed staying in this very pleasant neighborhood. The home is very well equipped with kitchen items, beach towels, bikes, gas grill, swimming pool. etc. The property manager was very accommodating when we needed anything.

Beach vacation

We loved this property! It is centrally located and 5-10 minutes from the beach. They have all the beach supplies you could possibly need. There are bikes available to ride and explore the area. The pool was wonderful to come home to after spending the day shopping or at the zoo. We will definetely be coming back to stay again!

Wonderful Vacation Home!!

We were so happy with our choice of this property. The house was clean and comfortable, with all the comforts of home. The location and amenities were great, and the community was nice, quiet and well kept. The property managers, Al and Annemarie, were both wonderful to work with and were attentive to any questions we had. Thank you for a great week!! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place to stay with kids

We stayed at this place for a week and we loved! Nice and clean house with huge pool The only one thing I want to mention, owner does not provide any bath (except couple extra rolls of TP) or kitchen condiments. Not sure id this is was because of pandemic or it is always like this. Will defiantly come again!

Yes, condiments are usually part of what we offer in our house, but due to CDC guidelines and the safety of our guests we have discontinued that service. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Naples! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured—if not better. Great escape!

House was perfect for our family gathering. The heated pool was a huge plus for the kids. The house is centrally located near a great grocery store, not far to wonderful soft white sand beaches and other activities. The house has lots if space for family togetherness and space to separate out as well. We loved eating Thanksgiving dinner on the lanai! Annemarie and Al were great and so responsive to any questions! wonderful stay! jackie

This house exceeded our expectations, the use of bikes, coolers, beach chairs, towels and floats made beach trips a breeze. Having full kitchen appliances helped greatly.

Naples 2023

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It is well kept and clean exactly like the pictures. The pool was amazing and the kids preferred it to the beach. The owners truly thought of everything you need to have a great stay from the basket of beach towels to anything you could ever need in the kitchen. The towels in all bathrooms were great quality and the master bathroom shower was incredible. The welcome book with house instructions came in very handy also. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful house with amazing lake view

We had a wonderful holiday in Lena's house.It's big, has a very large master suit, specious, well equipped, newly renovated kitchen, amazing warm pool with open view to the lake.The communication with the property manager and the owner was in timely manner and efficient.Thank you Lena a lot for accommodating our family in your house. We would definitely return in the future, if we have a chance.This was our fifth Christmas holiday with kids and grandkids in Naples, we enjoy the sun, golf, beach and all that Naples has to offer and staying in such a wonderful house is the bonus.

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as listed online. the view of the lake was amazing and the property was a short drive to downtown Naples and the beach. The house was clean and well cared for and contained everything we needed for our trip. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pans, plates, etc. The garage was stocked with a cooler and plenty of beach chairs (and bikes). The house had plenty of towels and the showers were great with plenty of water pressure. No complaints on our end and we would definitely book this property for a future trip. The photos in the listing were accurate and exactly as expected.

Wonderful Experience, Wonderful Hosts

We spent a week in this beautiful home when visiting our parents in nearby Kings Lake. Just a perfect spot. Kitchen was well-stocked, house was in pristine condition, internet was raging fast, pool/lanai were perfect. I was able to work from here with no problem while the family was off exploring Naples during the day. Quick drive to downtown Naples and beach, two minute drive to grocery store and Starbucks, and easy access to Naples airport (download LiveATC app and you can listen to the tower as you watch the planes!). Host provided bicycles including a pretty decent road bike that I rode down to the beach and back. Host were great communicators, friendly, accommodative. A+ spot and thank you for a wonderful experience!
