Very convenient location to everywhere: Located East of US 41, just 10 minutes from the famed Fifth Avenue shops and restaurants of Old Naples, short drive to Naples and Marco island beaches, a mile from East Naples Community Park where Annual Minto US OPEN Pickleball Championships are held. 10 minutes away from championship golf courses: Mustang and Flamingo. The property is located within walking distance of Sugden Regional Park. This water front park boasts the beautiful view of Lake Avalon with one of Collier County’s only fresh water beaches. Water skiing and sailing classes for able bodied and special needs individuals are offered throughout the year at this park. This park is the location of the very popular 4th of July Celebration, held every July to celebrate Parks and Recreation month.

Love This Property!

Thoughtfully laid out, well appointed space with beautiful interior & outdoor living space. Very comfortable experience for my adult family of 5. Home is in a modest neighborhood with grocery store and other go-to’s nearby, and an easy drive to downtown Naples. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Very nice home ! Nice heated pool !

We had two couples and it worked great for us 3 king size beds, 2 baths with Rainshower heads . Unbelievable kitchen amenities- from Airfryer, coffee bean grinder, Etc. Everything we needed was there . We were very happy with Edgy Modern Home.

Nice property with all the necessities

We stayed over Thanksgiving for 4 days as a family of 5. The three bedrooms with 2 baths was a good size. The outdoor space is also great to eat meals and relax.

Edgy modern

We enjoyed our stay at the edgy modern home. The pool was dirty and the floors inside were also dirty and some of the wood slats moved in the hallway pretty significantly. We really enjoyed the king beds and fans in each of the rooms. Overall really great home.

One of the best houses i’ve stayed at!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay here. The house is beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures, everything was so clean, and check in process was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here while in Naples. I won’t be booking anywhere else when we come back here!

Fabulous detached house in E Naples

This is a well appointed 3BR one story house with a pool and a very private backyard. Very clean, nice beds and modern bathrooms. Great location. And an excellent value. We’ve rented multiple houses in Naples and this is at the top of our list!

Felt like vacation

Me and my family stayed at this property for a long weekend and it was perfect. The place is clean, nicely decorated and the pool and ammenities really make it a fun stay. Location was good, short driving distance to Naples and walking ditance to a little park to run. Neighborhood is somewhat ok... The pool was so much fun and the place had bikes, picket ball paddles, floaters, bbq area.. we could ve very well stayed in and have a fun time. Pet friendly, my lab had the best time ever on this fenced yard. The hosts are very responsive and nice. Would recommend 100%

A great space for our family get together

We had a fantastic stay in Naples. The property is modern, comfortable and is stocked with everything you could need. A short drive to beautiful Naples beaches and great activities. We made great use of the pool, kitchen, grill and each bedroom having a king bed was a big plus. Dovile was quick and helpful to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!

Dovile's place is fantastic and I highly recommend. Clean, well stocked, comfortable. Communication was perfect. We had zero issues!

Naples Easter break trip

Property was as advertised. The house is very well equipped, and extremely comfortable. 3 great bedrooms with king size beds is wonderful. The owner/manager were wonderful, and super easy to work with. Back porch and pool were fantastic. Would definitely rent this wonderful house again.

Great getaway!

Great vacation home and location. Owner responds quickly. Close proximity to beaches, restaurants & shops of 5th avenue south area, Bad Ass Coffee on third street south, and also the Naples Zoo & Botanical Gardens.

Great house, great location for Pickleball fans!!

This house is 3 mins from the Naples Pickleball Center. Closed to restaurants and other shops (Publix, CVS, Walgreens). Has everything you need for easy stay! VRBO host is terrific! She double checked on us to make sure everything was as promised! Thanks!!

Relaxing

Stayed for 5 nights with the mission of relaxing and getting some sun. Comfortable beds, pillows and couch with updated decor and furnishings. The back yard is beautiful and relaxing. Location is perfect, close to everything so it was very easy to run out several times a day and then come back to the house to relax. Host is very attentive, kind and accommodating Thank you!
