The place was amazing!! Very clean and had everything we needed. It is very close to the beach!! We walked every day to the beach and it did not take us even 5 minutes to walk there. There are also many restaurants around and great shopping centers so close! It was such nice stay for my family and I we are coming back to this place! Thank you so much

We left after the first night the AC in the bedrooms didn’t work as well as the AC in living room. They had maintenance out but said nothing was wrong. Nobody will refund our money.

We are sorry to hear that the air conditioning did not meet your expectations and that you ultimately chose to depart after your first night. We did take your concerns seriously and arranged for a professional air conditioning technician to inspect the system. Both the technician and our Property Manager confirmed that the air conditioning was functioning properly, with no mechanical issues or defects identified. While we certainly understand that individual comfort preferences may vary, we must also adhere to the terms of the Rental Agreement. Since the air conditioning was confirmed to be operating as intended, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund of the rental charges for your early departure. However, we will be refunding the Transient Accommodations Taxes associated with the nights you did not stay. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Clean, but very dated. Cabinets falling apart and closet doors that don’t open and shut. Furniture is stained. Property in general needs some maintenance. Good location to the beach, included parking, and lovely view of Diamondhead though! Property price is good, but all the fees associated doubled the price making the property ultimately not worth the price paid.

Comfortable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute rental as we disembarked our cruise ship due to an approaching tropical storm. Place was exactly as advertised. Restaurants and shops a ways away without a car - so we rented one and it made it a lit easier, especially with on-site parking.

This property is a good value. Great location… Just two short blocks to Waikiki Beach. Parking was included and convenient to the unit. There were even beach chairs provided. We love the view. I would suggest that the cabinet doors need attention, and it would’ve been nice to have some starter coffees for those who arrive late in the day. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Location was very good, but communication with Byron was excellent. He let us know that the unit was ready to check in, he answered all of my questions promptly, and overall great to speak with.
Unbeatable sunrises from the lanai.

Beautiful stay with the best view I’ve ever had in my years of annually visiting the islands! Air conditioning helped make it a perfectly comfy stay (alongside provided tower fans), and simple kitchen with comfy seats. Provided parking was extremely helpful, and the system to get in/out was simple. Heated pool wasn’t so warm, but it was super windy so I understand. Lastly, the location: off to the edge of Waikiki but still close enough to walk less than 10 mins for yummy things & the beach - big deal for our little family with a toddler! Would absolutely stay here again!

Very dated property. Terribly overpriced, at least by 30%. The balcony door lock did not work which was quite dangers as we had children staying with us. There are four elevators but only three worked and poorly. You would often have to wait 15 minutes or longer to get on an elevator. Airconditioning noisy and difficult to control. Would not recommend to anyone to rent this property.

Prime Location

This property has everything you need for a great vacation. It was the perfect spot for our family of 4. Having the parking spot was a huge bonus.

The rental was clean and comfortable for our family. The location is very close to beaches, shops/restaurants etc … we would def stay here again!

Wonderful stay

The property was maintained and managed very professionally. The building and unit had all the amenities and facilities needed for a week-long stay.

Fabulous location and cozy condo: we really enjoyed the location, such a close walk down to the beach and tons to do in surrounding area of Waikiki. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed and the building had a nice pool / deck area and fitness facility. The parking being included was a big plus as we had a rental car and parking is tough in that area of town. The rooms were a little small and some furnishings are showing signs of wear but we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Great view from the fourteenth floor. Lovely house. Clean. Minimart inside the complex and 5 min walk to abc store was great. 10 min walk to waikiki beach. Beds were very comfortable. Only issue I could think of is the a/c wasnt working well in the bedrooms but it was manageable.
