Fantastic stay! Even better views than presented in listing pictures! Perfect location to stay for everywhere we wanted to visit. Very comfortable for six people. Great communication with host. Amazing for families. Clear instructions provided on how to enjoy the property.

We had a great time staying at the Ilikai apartment. Communication from property company was excellent. Location was ideal and valet parking option very convenient. Apartment had everything we needed for our family of 4. Would happily stay here again if we return to the area.

LOVED the location. The Ilikai property is on the quieter side of Waikiki, so the rush of the big city wasn't so prominent. The condo itself? WONDERFUL. It was so comfortable, clean, well-furnished and provisioned, and the views are unsurpassed. WOW. Beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed. There were some elevator issues, but that was due to a blown transformer from Hurricane Lala the week before, so we didn't let it bother us. We were in Hawaii, after all! I used the Ilikai valet parking for one night, but it's kind of expensive. For the rest of our stay, we paid to park at the Ilikai Marina Parking garage off of Hobron. A bit cheaper and easier in-n-out access.Thank you for the lovely stay!

Amazing views

The property is central to everything- can walk to so many places. The views are wonderful- perfect view of fireworks, sunsets and lagoon and ocean.

This place perfect!

The condo is very spacious & clean. It is a corner unit & has the best views, especially for Friday night fireworks! For me & my family, the location was perfect! I will definitely be booking this condo again for future visits home! Thank you so much for an exceptional vacation rental!

great stay

loved this place, we have stayed in Waikiki many times, this was our first time this far north. great location and the place was really nice, stainless kitchen, one of the rooms has a sliding door for privacy instead of a regular door but its fine, the other room is at the other end of the condo. incredible view made it a 5 star stay. looking over the boats and the water was super cool.

Great view

Great view with spacious indoor living and dining room. Could use a couple more outdoor chairs for the balcony. Advertising as sleeping 4 or more but only seating for 2 on each balcony.

Fantastic Apartment

If you are looking for a great apartment with spectacular views, this is the apartment for you. Nicely located in Waikiki. Easy walking to the beach, shops, etc. Apartment was very comfortable and quiet. This is a corner unit at the end of the hall so it has 2 balconies and 2 views - which is nice. Would gladly recommend to others and would readily stay there again.

My Ilikai getaway

This is my third time staying at this property. My first time in this wing/hallway. I really like the view! It’s very convenient to have a kitchen to cook some meals. It’s close to beaches, shopping, food, etc. It’s 25 minutes to sweet sunrise spots!

Great Christmas stay

Great condo for our large family. We actually rented two condos from this company and used this one to have family dinners and Christmas breakfast. The two lanais are awesome and create a great cross breeze. We were able to watch the Hilton Fireworks from the front lania, spectacular sunsets and sun rises. The ocean in front has turtles swimming regularly and our girls learned to surf . We would stay again.

There was no privacy in the apartment. The doors to the bathroom/bedroom are slatted. Voices can be easily heard from room to room. Overall the space is outdated. Location is great!

The property was clean and mostly as per the description. It is well located and close to all of Waikiki's attractions. It is a bit dated with its appearance and could do with a bit of modernization. Apart from this, happy with our choice.

Stunning views, great location

Two couples stayed for 4 nights at this comfortable property at the Ilikai which has many amenities including musical entertainment some evenings and Friday night fireworks - best view from this unit. Beds were comfortable and space was ample in master bedroom for clothes. We did not use sofa bed. Unit is at the end of the corridor on a corner and quiet. Only comment is that all the doors have slats and are not solid so sound carries a bit but would stay in this unit again. Bathrooms are a bit dated but clean and serviceable. This is a great choice for family or 2 couples. Plenty of storage.

Great location

The listing was limited with interior photos, but this was a great spot. Marathon start was real close and ran right by front of this building. Our view was directly over the lagoon and ocean where the sun sets, and every Friday fireworks were right there!! The grill and bar in the property was great. And valet while expensive was worth having and was so easy to use and fast. We barely had to wait. We were here for 10 days and used laundry down the hall. The condo really only had one minor negative of sound. The doors were not solid so you could hear easily even with doors shut. We had a great stay and pools were nice too! Would stay again. Store in the building had almost everything you needed as well and there was a great ice cream spot and coffee shop on the first floor as well. We grocery shopped and cooked in the kitchen a couple nights.

Balcony dirty, clogged water, dripping pipe

The balcony was filled with bird poop. Spending thousands for a week it should have been cleaned. The fake plant had an inch of dust from top to bottom. The sink in the master bath was clogged! Disgusting. The bathtub Fossett Dripped NON STOP to the point where we couldn’t sleep. We had to put a towel or a rag to somewhat make the noise quiet enough to sleep. Beautiful view but I would expect a cleaner room. Rug is out dated and dirty and the couch smells weird. The handles in the kitchen cabinets were slimy and greasy. Cleanliness 4 out of 10. Over all it was okay but not amazing for as much money as we spent.

Shady property management

We stayed in unit 1243 in the Ilikai. The unit had a great view. Overall decor was nice but a little dirty. The 2 beds in second bedroom were rock hard and pull out bed felt like you were sleeping directly on springs. The biggest problem we had was the property management company tacked on an additional day and is refusing to refund it when I had asked if we could add the 19th as Hawaiian Air changed our flight a day earlier and they said no but then they added the 30th. Very shady and the manager is an absolute jerk with zero customer service skills.

Memorable stay!

We enjoyed a beautiful month here! Fantastic views and a well equipped condo made it all very comfortable and relaxing! Management was very helpful. A special shout-out to Shoto and all the pool staff for their support during these times! Would love to return!

The most beautiful view!

Enjoyed watching the surfers from the balcony and even saw quite a few dolphins! From the beautiful sunrise to the beautiful sunset this place can’t be beat. Spacious condo, neat and clean. Walking distance to the beach, park, shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful property

We loved everything about this condo, it met all our expectations. The moment you step in the door, you are greeted with stunning views of the ocean, lagoon, marina, and part of the city. The bedrooms separated by the kitchen/dinning/living area is a plus. Everything was clean, and in good order. I would stay here again. Loved it.
