It’s very disappointing to receive low marks for cleanliness, particularly since we regularly get 4 and 5 star ratings. As a vacation rental is not a full-service resort hotel, and we do not have on-site housekeeping staff, we are not able to offer amenities that a resort hotel would typically offer, such as daily housekeeping, linen service, or replenishment of your start-up supplies. In the future, please remember that the property manager is there to resolve any issues that may arise during your stay. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for your future vacation rental plans. I

We have since investigated the concerns you have raised about your 2024 reservation. Please remember to book early as the Winter season fills up quickly! Unfortunately you did not call to make your 2024 reservations until February 15th which allowed our booking calendar to be open for other guests to confirm reservations two months prior to when you made your call for your 2024 stay. Because of this, 2 weeks of your requested dates were already taken and confirmed by another guest. We did not give your reservation away and we apologize you assumed we would consult you or cancel another guests reservation due to that fact.
