Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, a low stress stay, very easy to check in and out. Just as an FYI for people who might rent this place and have a rental car: google maps will always keep trying to get you to go to the wrong entrance, but you have to go in via seaside avenue, which is a one way street, so a bit tricky until you get used to it.

Perfect location

Great condo and a perfect location. Two blocks from the beach. Endless options for shopping, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.Very, very comfortable beds. Excellent bedding. Well appointed kitchen, convenient laundry. Grocery store, convenience, stores, and a Target within two blocks.Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of nice fluffy towels.

Good and as expected

Instructions were precise and thorough. Finding the property was easy, the location excellent. Check-in was easy. It would have been more convenient to have a second set of keys. Instruction manual was helpful. Apartment and balcony were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We did not need to use the TV. No issues with using laundry card system but washing machine on 13th floor did not spin properly. It would have been better to have three real dining chairs instead of only two large lounge chairs. Towels provided were adequate. No issues with the locks, lights, curtains, telephone or wifi. Kitchen supplies were adequate but need more basic cutlery; forks & spoons and a cutting board. There were actually too many unnecessary dishes taking up too much cupboard space, leaving too little space for our food. Electric kettle was leaking and needs to be replaced. Did not use the oven but the stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker all worked well. The bathroom and hair dryer were adequate. It would have been very useful to have some hooks on the back of the bathroom door. The small beach toys and body board were useful. The beach umbrella was too rusted to be assembled. The two storage spaces on either side of the bathroom had much of their space taken up by bulky items we could not use. It would be helpful to have more usable storage space there and perhaps some hooks on the wall at the entrance. No issues with the parking space or FOB. Check out was smooth. Thank you.

We had free parking for our car. The room had A/C and all the essentials for our 10 day stay. It had two double beds, plenty of linens, a full kitchen, and paid laundry on the floor. It was clean and updated. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again.

This place is an absolute steal. Everything about it is perfect and the room comes equipped with everything you need. I saw a few older reviews mentioning the room was outdated but please know they clearly updated it since then. It felt clean, modern and there’s a balcony! The only thing you must be aware of going in is that it’s NOISY. You are in the middle of the city so there will always be street noise day and night. As long as you’re okay with that, you will have a fabulous stay

Condos with excellent location and parking are rare in Waikiki!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of three stayed here for nine nights and had a comfortable stay. The rooms are equipped with almost everything you need, so nothing is too much trouble. The chairs and mats for the beach were especially good. It was great to see the Hilton Hotel fireworks from the lanai on Friday night. We will be back again and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location with free parking!

All our needs were met with bonuses of cleanliness, internet, great water pressure in shower, upgraded bidet toilet seat, easy check-in, and free-covered parking! Beach, shopping and delicious food were within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

Nice Room, Good Value

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room worked very well for my sister and myself. The kitchenette was well enough equipped that we had breakfasts and the occasional lunch there. We splurged on dinners from the many restaurants and take-outs within walking distance. It is very conveniently located, but you need to either take a bus or rent a car for shopping for groceries. The room comes with a cooler, umbrella and folding chairs, which were very nice for picnics at the beach!Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean, with the exception of the fridge, the outside of which needed a good wipe down. Security and maintenance people were very friendly and helpful.
