*This rental unit is allowed a maximum of two vehicles: the first in the garage and the second in an unassigned space with the unit parking placard displayed. Please be aware that garages at Palm Villas are relatively small and may not accommodate oversized vehicles. You will be charged if the parking placard is lost or stolen.

Neighboring Construction - Unit I4 will be doing some remodel work starting on May 1 for 2-weeks. Please note that there will be additional workers in the area and some noise. Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
