Spacious Oceanfront House has Private Pool, Ocean Deck and Panoramic Ocean Views

Oceanfront house directly across from the beach with a private ocean deck and private ocean access. Privacy walled pool for the exclusive use of our guests. The home will comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in 3 king beds, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The bedroom overlooking the pool has its own bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share the other 2 baths. There is a private gated pool area and picnic table area for family entertainment. Just walk across the street to the beach and enjoy your own private ocean deck and private beach access. You'll love the easy-going, relaxing pace and friendly people of Ormond by the Sea! There is plenty to do nearby. Open-air restaurants, shopping, bars, and entertainment are just a short drive or walk away. Maximum 2 cars. No smoking. One dog only under 20 lbs. is permitted with an additional $100 pet fee. Sorry, dogs are not permitted on Volusia County public beaches. There is no option to heat the pool and there is no hot tub.

Perfect vacation home

We had a wonderful stay in the most beautiful home in a perfect location. Will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend. The owners and management were responsive and communicated very well. Two thumbs up!

Look no further perfect home for families

Our family rented this house for a weeklong vacation with our two sons age 3 and one. The layout of the house was perfect for everyone to have their own rooms and maintain some privacy. The house is very well stocked with extra linens, beach towels, bath towels, pots/pans, pantry items. The pool area is gorgeous. There is a lighted pergola for late night swims and there are three deck boxes that are stocked with supplies you might need poolside or beachside. You walk across the A1A and you have your own private beach entrance. We even had a sea turtle nest her eggs right by the entrance! Circle K gas station is a few lots down from the house, but that never caused any problems and was actually super convenient if we needed to run over and pick up last minute things or snacks. The property manager Ronnie and owner Judy were wonderful to work with. Look no further this is the perfect beach house!

Nice house, lots of room!

Great location. Only two concerns: Being so close to the A1A, it is noisy when you sit by the pool. Especially with the Harley motorcycles during the weekend. But inside the house, this never bothered us. Second nice to have would be a heated pool. It was a bit chilly, even for Canadians! Other than that , great house, great location just across the street from the beach and lots of amenities in the house. We loved the charcoal BBQ!

Ormond Beach Family Stay

This was a great spot for us to gather for Spring Break! The house was spacious, the kitchen was very well appointed, the almost private beach was steps away—it all made for a fabulous time. Highly recommend if you want to be away from the high rise, beach store madness. The sunrises were spectacular every day!

Perfect location and pet friendly

We knew the layout of the house was a bit odd from photos and other review and that's ok. The beds are good, kitchen well stocked and the pool was super convenient after some time at the beach. While we knew the spa didn't heat, we thought it would at least bubble, but doesn't. The house needs tlc; railings painted, some floor tiles replaced, kitchen cabinets organized, living room furniture cleaned/replaced. The lounge cushions in the storage boxes on the pool deck need cleaned. A couple were stained (unusable) and the box was full of ants. For the price, we expected better.

Florida vacation

We had a great week in Ormond Beach. The location is perfect, quiet relaxing area, yet close to all amenities. The house was very spacious and everything needed for a week away was supplied. The pool area had plenty of seating and the private pool was perfect for our group.

Perfect vacation in Paradise

The property is an amazing place to stay. My husband and I rented the house because it had a private pool since with take our pet with us. A friend also stayed with us part of the time which was great because the house is large enough to accomodate far more people than that. It is located in a nice community where you can walk the sidewalks safely for exercise. It is also located directly across the street from the beach with the most amazing place to enjoy the sunrise from the private deck. I will go back to the home if it is available in the future. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location and house for our family vacation!

We have been vacationing in Ormond for almost twenty years and this is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house has everything you might need and the pool was perfect for our young grandchildren to practice swimming. The beach and amenities couldn’t be any more convenient. Looking forward to next year!

Fun vacation

The house was a little hard to find at first because there were a lot of shrubs along the driveway that blocked our view the direction we came. The house had a large family area and kitchen which was great and the private pool was nice. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been and we weren’t able to lock the front door which was a bit inconvenient/dangerous. The door got fixed but not until after we left. Otherwise, we had a good time.

The Ocean Was Lovely

The house needs some tender loving care. We loved that we could seat at least 6 at the dinning table. There were enough beds to sleep and enough restrooms.

Great place ocean front great sunrises.

The stay was great the only thing I would change for me was to go later in the year because of the non heated pool was a bit on the cool side till the last couple of days of my stay.

Incredible ocean views!

Everything was great but my favorite thing was the private deck on the beach! You do have to cross the road to get to the beach but that didnt bother us at all. We drank our coffee on the deck every morning and watched dolphins play in the water! We were surprised that we even saw two orcas out jumping around! It was priceless! Wanted to book again next year but it is already booked for April!

Wrong Week

We picked the wrong week. One week after Hurricane Ian. Beachfront deck destroyed by the storm so each time we wanted to go to the beach we had to load everything up and drive for beach access. While the pool was open, there was a lot of sand in it so the kids refused to get in it.Also had no idea it was Daytona Bike week. With the house being directly on A1A we heard thousands of motorcycles all week morning, noon, night…and by morning I mean 1-2-3am. We won’t rent on A1A again. The house was clean and living room furniture comfortable. Kitchen nice and well stocked. Clear view of ocean through large windows. Suggest TV’s would be nice in all bedrooms, new chairs for dinette, raise showers head in the front bathroom, add a dresser to front bedroom along with ceiling fan. Owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly

Best Florida Vacation

Family vacation

We booked this property for our 10 day family vacation. We had a blast while staying but there are a few things people should know before booking. First the location to the beach is AMAZING. The pool is great!!! We had to buy chairs which we left at the house so ENJOY. lol Judy was super quick with responses and so kind. The house lay out is super weird. You will share bathrooms. The master doesn’t have a bathroom so you use the main bathroom by the living room. Which isn’t a big deal but if staying with multiple families could be a lot. The master also has glass doors with blinds that are see through so that could also be an issue if traveling with others. The tv in the one bedroom doesn’t work because the wifi doesn’t reach to that room. If you think you will have good service or internet here think again. Be ready to have a vacation offline lol it’s kind of nice. We loved our vacation the house is cute. I definitely recommend this house!!! We would definitely rebook!

This has been a great getaway for our family and we really enjoy sharing this bonding experience with other families. There is nothing that frees your mind like walking on the beach or seeing happy kids exploring and playing on the beach! The pool area is wonderful for families to share time precious time together and having fun enjoying one another. And there is plenty of action nearby with a myriad of entertainment and things to do nearby if you want to mix it up a bit.
