Waters edge, was everything I wanted it to be for a 44 year college reunion of 17 adults. The house was spacious and very well planned for large parties. The house was exceptionally clean, with all the amenities advertised.Location on Lake Michigan was actually breathtaking especially on our last day as the sunset was stunning.Shawn communicated in a very timely way with many questions of mine.Thanks for allowing us to make memories in your home.

There best vacation rental I’ve ever used. The house was very clean and the layout of the home was well thought out. It was completely stocked with everything you could imagine and then some. The walk to and from the beach is not easy but our young children were able to do it. The hosts have multiple paddle boards and a treasure chest full of beach stuff down on the sand. The pool and hot tub made for amazing sunsets on the bluff. Just a stunner of a home.

Our family loved our 3 night stay at Blue Waters Edge! House was clean and well equipped!! Kids and grandkids had a great time at the pool. Being able to play around in Lake Michigan was also a plus. I'd give this home 10 stars if I could! We hope to go back again! Only wish there were more opportunities for a 3 night rental in the summer.

The house was clean and in very good shape. The kitchen was very well equipped. The dual washers and dryers were a great help for our group . The pool was clean and water temperature perfect. The views of Lake Michigan were absolutely spectacular!The hike down to the beach was too challenging for my wife and I ( we are in our 70’s) but most of our other family members made it down. As an alternative , we visited the beach at Ludington State Park which was well worth the 30 minute drive north. Thank you Naomi and Shawn

The stairs down to our beach can definitely be a challenge, particularly for guests who have difficulty with stairs. For future guests looking for an easier way to enjoy Lake Michigan, we highly recommend Buttersville Beach, just about four minutes north on Lakeshore Drive. You can drive right up near the sand, making it a great option for anyone who would rather avoid the stairs. It’s actually our favorite nearby public beach! Summit Park is another option about four minutes south, with a short trail and just a few steps down to the beach. We’re happy you were able to explore Ludington State Park as well. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome your family back! Naomi & Shawn

Perfect Vacation Home

One of our favorite houses we have stayed at, perfect outdoor setting. Pool and hot tub were clean and set at the perfect temp.

We had such a wonderful stay. The house, the view, the beach were above our expectations. The pool was so warm (we were early in the season and the weather was a bit cool) the kids swam for hours. They have thought of everything! There are games, firewood, pool toys, beach toys, more than enough towles. We didn't want for anything in the kitchen or bar. If I had to be critical, add blackout curtains. We would 100% rent again.

Incredible Family Vacation

We had an incredible family vacation at this stunning property. The house was the perfect set up for our family of 14 with plenty of room, many amenities for countless fun, and amazing views. This tops the charts for our annual family vacation stay!!!

Excellent stay

A group of a dozen or so friends has done an annual trip for 12 years and this is the nicest property we’ve stayed at. Great views, awesome beach & pool, clean house, well-stocked, comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend!

Great vacation home

We had family come from all over the US to this residence. The property, view and hospitality were best in class. The house was able to fit our large family comfortable and the views were stellar. We would definitely stay at this residence in the future.

Perfect LDW with extended family. This house is amazing. Super clean, so well appointed with everything from kitchen supplies to beach toys and all in between. Every amenity you could think of! Tons of games inside and out to keep everyone entertained. The pool and hot tub were a highlight. Highly recommend this home! It was a perfect stay and we will be back!

Sunset swims in the heated pool.
Breath taking sunsets every night.

A beautiful home! They truly have thought of everything you could ever need for a great stay. We all decided to come back next year! The kids had a blast with all the toys, video games, and the pool! We spent several afternoons at the beach..kayaking, playing beach games, making sand castles and splashing in the gentle waves and soft sand. We took daily walks, played Frisbee golf, took kids to the playground and walked around the reservoir. All right across the street! We also went fishing, boating on Hamlin lake, dune buggy ride, mini golf. Luddington is a great town!! We ate most meals at the house. It is just too hard to get our large group with small kids a good experience eating out. Shawn and Naomi were excellent hosts. Easy check in and out. Great communication, and helpful with planning outings. Good Job!! See you next summer!!

Wonderful Vacation

Our family had an absolutely incredible time. More than enough space for our group of 15. House was clean and as advertised, communication with owners with prompt and easy. We will definitely be returning.

Awesome Lake Michigan Home

Enjoyed all the beautiful shades of blue water. The beach sand and the shallow clear water is worth the walk down. The sunsets were an event every night. BEST VACATION EVER!
