Amazing time in Silver Sands

We had a wonderful time in this amazing house. Andrew and Rosie are so nice, taking good care of us and making sure we had the best vacation. The house has everything you need, next to the wonderful beach of Silver Sands. Can't wait to come back !

Staying at Three Little Birds was probably our best family vacation ever.

Staying at Three Little Birds was probably our best family vacation ever, particularly with two one year olds. The location was perfect, steps away from a beautiful private beach and bar and crab races! Andrew, Angela and Rosie looked after us like family. The whole experience was magical.

We enjoyed our stay so so so so so much. My group had an absolute amazing time! The house was BEAUTIFUL. The staff took such great care of us. We are beyond words grateful. It was the perfect way to spend a birthday with my loved ones.

Fabulous vacation!

The house was perfect for our group of 8! Andrew, Rosie & Angela were incredible, as was our driver Megel! They took such great care of us! Also, Andrew provided awesome food (even for the picky eaters)! We loved 3 Little Birds!

Relaxed and cared for

Most relaxing family vacation ever!

Everything about our stay at Three Little Birds was fantastic. The location was great such as the distance from the airport, 5min walk to the beach and access to various attractions. The layout of the house with multiple living and dining areas situated around the infinity pool was perfect for our family group. The communication with the host was always very prompt and helpful. The staff onsite took care of our every need with amazing traditional Jamaican meals and daily room and laundry service. We felt very spoilt! We high recommend this villa and would definitely return for another Jamaican holiday.

Beatiful place, Amazing people!

The place is just beautiful. It makes it really hard to be adventurous and go on tours.......it makes you just want to be there, enjoy the pool and walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot). But the staff at the house is what really made our vacation. Angella, Rosie and Andrew took care of us like family. Their cooking, service and music suggestions were incredibly awesome! We will be thinking and talking about them for a long time.

What a beautiful place and an absolutely memorable vacation. The highlights of our time were Andrew and Angela who served us amazing meals with such skill, kindness, creativity and joy. Whether it was grilled fish, jerk chicken, chocolate chip pancakes and the extra touch of fruit smoothies after a day in the beach- everything was delicious and the table was beautifully set for us. We can not speak highly enough of these two beautiful souls! And then the house- so MUCH more beautiful than the pictures can convey. Everything was spotless and lovely. The decor was perfect, modern, clean and gave elegant tropical vibes. The primary bedroom had a massive shower and all the bathrooms were modern and spotless. We loved sitting on the pool deck, playing games at night (the have a cabinet full of games to enjoy). The pool itself is beautiful and sparkling clean. The beach is a quick and easy walk. We loved the privacy of this wonderful beach. If you can’t decide whether to book or not- think no more… one of the most perfect vacations we have had! Communication with the owner and with Andrew the chef was super easy and both were very responsive in answering all our questions.

Amazing Villa!

Wow, what an amazing time we had! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. Thank you so much for making this last minute transition so easy and enjoyable. Your home is so beautiful! There was so much attention to detail when renovated and it shows! Everything was so clean and the staff was so kind! Angela and Rosie were so sweet. The beach was beautiful and a very short walk. Everyone we met we enjoyed so much. We cant wait to come back!

The most relaxing vacation ever

Our time at Three Little Birds was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived up to the very last minute was perfection. Andrew, Angela and Rosie were attuned caretakers. They took such incredible care our family. We are all so sad to leave and I already shared your house w so many people. We didn’t want to leave. You created an oasis and a the perfect for respite for us to get away, reset and return rejuvenated. We are forever grateful. 🙏

Don’t hesitate!

We stayed at TLB to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was an extraordinary experience. The villa is beautiful! With lots of common area space which was great for our group of 5 adults and 1 child (13 months). We felt very safe in the community and we were a short walk to a beautiful private beach (we went to the beach everyday!). The absolute best thing about our stay was the culinary experience we had— the food was delicious! Andrew, Angella and Rosie accommodated our every epicurean desire! Some days we knew exactly what we wanted and other days we let the team prepare Jamaican specialties. Even the 1 year old loved the food! We can’t wait to return. Thank you Three Little Birds for a wonderful Birthday!

At Home....Blessing!

I cannot rave enough about my experience at Three Little Birds! Before even touching down, owner/property manager Tyler had been nothing but over accommodating and responsive. My group consisted of very needy a first timer international traveler and so the questions and concerns were great but Tyler and staff did EVERYTHING to make sure EVERYONE got what they wanted. That made it a lot easier on me for planning my 50th birthday celebration. I am a frequent traveler to Jamaica but my first time renting a villa. The staff are beyond remarkable and kind! Andrew the chef definitely one of a kind. He adjusted his schedule to meet our schedule and not to mention the food was superb especially the oxtails!! The meal plans are a MUST!!!! Makes life so much easier and enjoyable! The staff became more than a staff there to support our stay, they became friends and gave advice and made sure I and family were good throughout the whole trip. I appreciate them so much! They greeted us every morning with a smile and sometimes with a warm hug because that is how we all bonded. They made sure we had everything without us even asking. The house was clean and fully stocked even though we provided some suggestions on how to make it better to the price tag! The beach is within walking distance but a golf cart is suggested due to the steps and lack of lighting at night on the path. The house was so spacious and comfortable, it felt like home. No one wanted to leave! The view from the pool is beautiful but not on the beach. The security guard staff kept us safe in the evening and for the night and always extremely nice. I cannot thank all the staff enough for what they have done for me and my sisters. Without a doubt this will be home away from home and I will definitely consider returning to this property!!!

Girls trip

We enjoyed every minute of this property! From arrival to departure, everyone who took care of us, did just that, they cared! They were the most loving people that cooked the tastiest dishes, communicated and responded quickly to concerns and requests, shared themselves and made us feel safe and at home! We couldn't ask for anything more to enjoy some time away with the girls! We will return, hoping next time to bring the kiddos!

Three little birds Jamaica

We had a wonderful stay!! The staff were excellent and we enjoyed many amazing meals. The setting was beautiful, with the beach nearby and our own infinity pool. The villa is lovely and thoughtfully laid out.

Disappointing Stay - Let down by major issues

Sadly our stay at Three Little Birds was hampered by; cockroaches-numerous large live cockroaches were found daily; a staff member fumigating the property with dangerous chemicals to try to get rid of the cockroaches,without our consent, leading to allergic reaction in all of the guests, including the two young children; a faulty generator pumping toxic diesel fumes into the main living area. These events overshadowed the welcoming nature of both Andrew and Rosie, the delicious food cooked by Andrew daily, and the idyllic Silver Sands beach a short walk away. The owner was on hand throughout but only via WhatsApp messenger as he is based in a different country. He was apologetic but this did not change the situation. The owner insisted TLB was treated for roaches prior to our arrival. However, nearly everyday large cockroaches were found. It was a horrible experience for us and the children. Of course, in Jamaica, cockroaches are to be expected but not of this size on a daily basis unless there is an infestation. The owner was on the end of WhatsApp to offer his apologies but we are a family of British and Jamaican heritage and know this number of cockroaches inside is not the norm. We have visited the island on numerous occasions. The owner also apologised for the chemical fumigation of the villa that took place without our consent, whilst we had gone to the beach for only 2 hours. He acknowledged that it was a serious error, offered a substantial refund and asked the manager of the estate to check on us, but this cannot negate the serious hazard it placed upon my family’s health. The villa was left unventilated and not a word of the fumigation by staff until I asked, as it triggered my asthma. Prior to this they let all of us into the villa. The children showered and complained of sore throats. All of our eyes were red and my 7 year old came out in hives. It was so worrying we located the Drs number, we all had difficulty swallowing, our tongues became white and we had to take antihistamines, which I luckily had travelled with. This episode could have led to serious health consequences. During the trip there was a storm, which is perfectly ok and typical of the region. However the villa is not equipped to deal with this. There is a generator but it is in need of repair, apparently attempted but unsuccessful previously. When it was put on it pumped dangerous toxic diesel fumes into the villa. We couldn’t wait to leave TLB.

We are extremely sorry for the poor experience at the Villa. As mentioned in the review, there were some decisions made that were unacceptable and we take full responsibility for that. We have used this review/stay to make major improvements to our systems and procedures to help better the guest experience. I believe the incident with the cockroaches to be isolated as we have never had any cockroach specific concerns from any other guests (as outlined in all of the other reviews on this platform and others). It is important when travelling from one location to another in Jamaica to check your luggage for any unwelcome stowaways. We are sorry TLB was not a great fit for you and hope you find a more suitable villa for your needs on future visits to the island. Our deepest apologies once again. Sincerely, TLBV Team

Beautiful house, Amazing staff, Magnificent week!

Three Little Birds is a beautifully renovated house. Communications and arrangements were perfect. Andrew and Rosie are exceptional. The beautiful beach is a short and safe walk away. Even on the busier days there was plenty of room and beach chairs. Our granddaughter loved the swing by the beach. We look forward to a return visit.

Philly takes Jamaica

It was an amazing stay. Andrew and Rosie were the absolute best. The only issue we had was not having access to money. We didn’t have cash on hand for excursions and such or even to be able to rip them. The machine readers at each excursion was down as well. We had to go to the machine. Just have cash with you. The other issue was the WiFi in the master room. It cut off at the door so the television didn’t work. But other than that this is a place I would come back to. Did I mention EVERY MEAL WAS AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed myself.

Beautiful house, wonderful time, exceptional staff!

Can not recommend Three Little Birds enough. Communication and arrangements were seamless, the staff was top notch and the cuisine was 5 stars. The house is one of the best in Silver Sands, if not THE best.

Perfect Week

This place was perfect!! The property was really nice and quiet. The food was amazing and the hospitality was top notch (shout out to Andrew and Rosie) !!The beach was beautiful and it wasn’t crowded at all. The community itself was pretty secure and we felt very safe. I highly recommend this place !!

BEST VACATION SO FAR!

The house was perfect. The area, great! We walked to the beach everyday. Prepared food was great and the service was amazing, and the communication with the owner was awesome! I would recommend everyone stay here at least once. Can't wait to go back.

Absolutely Needed

There were So many amazing things about this stay! It was the best decision ever to stay here instead of a resort! Angela and Rosie are amazing and so welcoming. The information binder had everything we needed, even name of the grocery store we could go to! The security of the neighborhood made it So easy to rest at night AND made the beach phenomenal because it was not crowded at All! I can't say enough! Extremely grateful for the time there.
