Come experience coastal living in your own private waterfront villa on Jamaica's north coast.

Offering 5 modern bedrooms with gorgeous en suite bathrooms in the most comfortable and luxurious setting on Bengal Beach.

Our indoor and outdoor living /entertainment areas are equal in there ability to make you feel like you never want to leave. Whether you are cozying up with a novel, or stepping off the porch seconds from the Caribbean Sea, you will be in relaxation heaven. The surroundings include a beautiful, tropical garden nurtured for years of the proprietors loving hands.

A Stay in Paradise!

We had an amazing experience staying at Sandpebbles! The property is beautiful. It was perfect having the pool and the beach for the kids to play all day long. The staff was top notch and very friendly. Chef Dell made delicious food all week and Mr. Jov was super helpful and attentive to anything we needed! The host was very quick to respond and provided a ton of great information for our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great view

The house was perfect for our family. The team members from property owner to the daily staff was fantastic. every need and accommodation was made. We had a fantastic time and is on such a beautiful beach. The food was amazing as well! Thanks so much for everything.

Great Family Vacation

This place was a great private location. The house was awesome with great bedrooms for everyone with their own bathrooms. The outside area was great as well. But what makes this place super awesome was the staff. The chef, butler, maid and groundskeeper were just over the top great. I would go here again any time.

AMAZING!!!!!

We had the best time! Hats off to the entire crew at Sandpebbles. Javier, Marianne, Dell and Nicholas made our trip unforgettable. Just amazing. Let Dell cook up all of her favorites! We told her what we liked and let her go from there, every meal was amazing. If you’re looking for an excursion, go to the Blue Hole! It was EPIC. We can’t wait to return.

Fantastic vacation!

Fabulous stay!

Our overall stay was amazing! Chef Joe, OJ, Dell and the groundskeeper were all amazing and we can’t thank them enough for making our family vacation the best one yet! This was our first time staying in a rental in a different country and the consensus is we would all do it again!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We had an amazing ladies vacation! The staff is wonderful! It was so nice to have meals and drinks prepared for us. We enjoyed the outings that we did too. Highly recommended!

Great location, beautiful home, and amazing staff

Gizelle communicated rapidly with us and her son Jason took care of every need. The staff ( chef, butler, maid, chauffeur) we so helpful, personable, and made sure our stay was perfect. We loved the home and really enjoyed our stay.

Quintessential Jamaican Family Experience!

Beautiful property in a beautiful locale. Our kids (ages 11-20) loved the ocean kayaks, paddleboards and pool! The staff were amazing! Wonderful meals. Totally recommend!!

Great stay at the beach!

We shared this property with another family including young children for a full week and had a really nice time. Gizelle was super responsive in the lead up, answering all our questions and arranging our airport transportation; her son Jason followed up during our stay, and the staff at the house were friendly, warm but unobtrusive, and super accommodating. We enjoyed sampling delicious Jamaican dishes that Dell prepared for us. It was wonderful, especially with young kids, to be right on the beach and we also got tons of use out of the large pool.

Great house

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpebbles! It was very hot but enjoyed the outdoor living space and pool and were very appreciative of the air conditioned bedrooms. Local fishing village was very interesting but thought the price of the food was very hefty. Enjoyed Chef Joes cooking.

Awesome!

We just had an amazing week at this property and had a great experience. The house, the beach, the staff…it was all amazing. We went to see the Glistening Waters…highly recommend. We rented jet skis which was fun too. Joe made us AMAZING food and Oliver took great care of us.

Slice of paradise

Incredible villa vacation. The staff and house were both outstanding. Incredible homemade Jamaican meals every day, with a private pool and a beach literally right outside the door. This place had everything one could ask for in a beach vacation. Central location for all activities between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, on a private beach in a gated community. Already looking forward to returning.

Just as advertised

Sandpebbles was awesome ! The pics on the listing are completely accurate. House and pool are terrific and literally steps from beach ! The staff could not have been better and made the trip extra special. We traveled with 5 grandkids ages 7 to 1 and the staff could not have been nicer to our little ones . Lastly , we felt totally safe and secure . All and all could not have asked for anything better . Tony

Great house, great staff,

Del, Tyrone, and Elizabeth were great. Tyrone goes above and beyond. If you go, and you should, make sure you meet and talk with Chicken. Great stories we have and great memories.

Sandpepples is a beautiful villa!!! Gizelle was prompt with communication & answered all my questions prior to me booking Sandpepples & afterwards. The Chef made us some delicious authentic Jamaican dishes we all loved. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub since it was not heated but overall our stay was Great!

Wonderful Spot

We had an absolutely lovely time at Sandpebbles. The house is very clean and right on an ideal bay. While the house was wonderful, the staff there was the real highlight. Dell is a phenomenal cook, asked us what we would like (we went local) and proceeded to make delicous meals. Jav, our Butler, is personable, made fabulous Boat Drinks included Pina Coladas & Daquiris. Gregory took care of the outside and made a really spectacular bonfire and Miriam kept everything spic and span. Our hosts, Jason and Gizelle both stopped by and Jason arranged trips to the Blue Hole, Bio Bay & Discovery Cove. He also arranged In House Massages---best we ever had. You will love a stay at Sandpebbles!

Beautiful Home With Friendly Helpful Staff

This was my husbands dream of returning to Jamaica the home of his youth. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Dell made delicious Jamaican meals. Jason reomended and arranged travel adventures. We traveled with our adult son with autism and everyone was accommodating. We loved our trip and would not hesitate to recommend this rental to others traveling to beautiful Jamaica.

Family trip to Jamacia

We had an amazing time at Sandpebble. We had a group of 10 and we fit perfectly. The home was as advertised, clean, private beach, private pool and fully staffed. The staff were freindly and welcoming. Ms. Dell delighted us with local dishes, Jermain was happy, upbeat and eager to help out with all of our requests, Ms. Mariane kept eveything tidy and turned down our rooms every evening, and Nicholas kept the beach free of seaweed and would show us all the wildlife around and made us a wonderful bonfire in the beach. Gizelle and Jason were very great hosts and helped us with organizing jet skis, massages and excursions. A couple things to be aware of, the transportation pricing is not round trip it is per direction, I was a little surprised about that but it was my mistake for not clarifying. The wording had me confused, makes sense in hindsight but i did misunderstand, and it can add up quickly. One more suggestion is I would be more detailed in menu planning next time, we needed more protein for the teens in our group and the groceries orders take some time and may not eveything avaliable, so plan ahead, so you will not waste time. We would absolutely visit Sandpebble again! Thank you all we had a great vacation.

Thank you so much for an amazing week! The house was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed all of the outdoor living space Shout out to Tyrone who really went above and beyond to make our trip special. We did one excursion to The Blue Hole and would really recommend it. It was beautiful and fun adventure! Also for the BEST MASSAGE call Caroline, she was amazing

Spring Break Success!

We had a great time at Sandpebbles! The house, pool, and beach are definitely amazing, but the staff is what makes this so special! You will not have to do anything while you are there but relax. Joe made us some of the best food I've eaten, while Oliver took care of the house, made drinks, checked on test, etc. Jason got us wonderful excursions books, and many more sweet people made this trip so wonderful! We all highly recommend Sandpebbles! Thank you Gizelle & Jason for sharing your home with us!

EXCELLENT VACATION!

We stayed at Sandpebbles property for nine nights, and we had a great time. The staff, Joe our cook, OJ our butler and Teresa our housekeeper, became our friends in no time at all. Jason hooked up our divers and had some Jet skis brought to us for a fair fee. Gizelle is a lovely lady ready to help out in any way. Looks like were going back next year. We will most likely rent their SeaEsta property next door and make it a nine couple's adventure. Thank you, Gizelle and Jason. See you next year!

Amazing

This was by far the best vacation we have ever had. Nancy's cooking was fabulous. Andria also has the house immaculate. Chicken did the same for the property and built us a beautiful fire on the beach. Jerome always made sure we had everything we needed and more. He made us amazing drinks too! Jason was a wonderful host and recommended some great excursions. We will never go to an all inclusive again. This property was beyond our expectations. We will be returning next year!

It's a family run Villa, I am a property Manager, and my son Jason is also a Property Manager, and he does all the Airport Transfers, and any excursions you wish to go on...he has some ,really nice "Off The Beaten Track" adventures to take you on, so you can see our beautiful Island.
Upon arrival, please discuss with Jason ,once he picks you up from the airport, or once your back at the villa, speak with your Butler if you wish to go exploring, when, where and times. The advance notice will greatly be appreciated....
