AMAZING!!!!!

We had the best time! Hats off to the entire crew at Sandpebbles. Javier, Marianne, Dell and Nicholas made our trip unforgettable. Just amazing. Let Dell cook up all of her favorites! We told her what we liked and let her go from there, every meal was amazing. If you’re looking for an excursion, go to the Blue Hole! It was EPIC. We can’t wait to return.

Incredible place and staff!

We recently stayed with the whole family at the sandpebbles villa. We had the most incredible time, the beach, pool and house were all exactly as depicted. The staff is really what makes the stay so incredible. Kemar pick us up and drove us safely wherever we needed to go. Dell was our chef and made the process so simple and easy. Javier was our butler and was very tentative crafting drinks by the pool and making sure we had all we needed. Marion made sure the villa was clean and cozy and nic the grounds keeper worked hard to keep the yard/beach and pool clean. Gizelle was very quick to respond and help with any questions we had. Jason helped us line up fun activities that are lasting memories we will cherish forever. Something you don’t experience at a resort. Over all we had the best time and will be making our way back!

Great Family Vacation

This place was a great private location. The house was awesome with great bedrooms for everyone with their own bathrooms. The outside area was great as well. But what makes this place super awesome was the staff. The chef, butler, maid and groundskeeper were just over the top great. I would go here again any time.

Family trip to Jamacia

We had an amazing time at Sandpebble. We had a group of 10 and we fit perfectly. The home was as advertised, clean, private beach, private pool and fully staffed. The staff were freindly and welcoming. Ms. Dell delighted us with local dishes, Jermain was happy, upbeat and eager to help out with all of our requests, Ms. Mariane kept eveything tidy and turned down our rooms every evening, and Nicholas kept the beach free of seaweed and would show us all the wildlife around and made us a wonderful bonfire in the beach. Gizelle and Jason were very great hosts and helped us with organizing jet skis, massages and excursions. A couple things to be aware of, the transportation pricing is not round trip it is per direction, I was a little surprised about that but it was my mistake for not clarifying. The wording had me confused, makes sense in hindsight but i did misunderstand, and it can add up quickly. One more suggestion is I would be more detailed in menu planning next time, we needed more protein for the teens in our group and the groceries orders take some time and may not eveything avaliable, so plan ahead, so you will not waste time. We would absolutely visit Sandpebble again! Thank you all we had a great vacation.

A Beautiful, Serene Stay

We arrived in Jamaica a few days after Hurricane Beryl. Fortunately, the storm had minimal impact. Although the ocean view wasn't clear blue upon our arrival due to the heavy rain bringing murky water into the bay, it cleared up within a few days, revealing a picturesque landscape. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Our butler, Sean, is truly an artist; he transforms the table setup into a unique piece of artwork before every meal. Each day brought a different, beautiful arrangement. He was also responsive to all our other day-to-day needs. Chef Dell was amazing, and her jerk pork was a fave among everyone, prompting us to enjoy it multiple times during our stay. She generously shared her recipe, allowing me to recreate it at home for my family. MariAnn ensured our room was tidy every morning, and Gregory, our groundskeeper, maintained the beauty of the surroundings, which we greatly appreciated. We also worked closely with Jason, who owns/manages the property with Gizelle. He was very helpful with suggesting excursions and planning/arranging them. One of our guests also experienced a minor health emergency, and Jason was incredibly helpful and generous with his time to help resolve it. The only “negative” that was experienced was the mosquitoes. We were prepared with Off, and we'd recommend having some with you for anyone who is staying there. It was an annoyance, but it would not stop us from staying here again.

Wonderful Spot

We had an absolutely lovely time at Sandpebbles. The house is very clean and right on an ideal bay. While the house was wonderful, the staff there was the real highlight. Dell is a phenomenal cook, asked us what we would like (we went local) and proceeded to make delicous meals. Jav, our Butler, is personable, made fabulous Boat Drinks included Pina Coladas & Daquiris. Gregory took care of the outside and made a really spectacular bonfire and Miriam kept everything spic and span. Our hosts, Jason and Gizelle both stopped by and Jason arranged trips to the Blue Hole, Bio Bay & Discovery Cove. He also arranged In House Massages---best we ever had. You will love a stay at Sandpebbles!

Just as advertised

Sandpebbles was awesome ! The pics on the listing are completely accurate. House and pool are terrific and literally steps from beach ! The staff could not have been better and made the trip extra special. We traveled with 5 grandkids ages 7 to 1 and the staff could not have been nicer to our little ones . Lastly , we felt totally safe and secure . All and all could not have asked for anything better . Tony

Great stay at the beach!

We shared this property with another family including young children for a full week and had a really nice time. Gizelle was super responsive in the lead up, answering all our questions and arranging our airport transportation; her son Jason followed up during our stay, and the staff at the house were friendly, warm but unobtrusive, and super accommodating. We enjoyed sampling delicious Jamaican dishes that Dell prepared for us. It was wonderful, especially with young kids, to be right on the beach and we also got tons of use out of the large pool.

Byah's Birthday Bash

Everything was perfectly!! It was our 9th time in Jamaica and our 1st time staying in a Villa. We have alway stayed in 5 star all inclusive resorts. Sandpebbles is above and beyond anything we've ever stayed in! The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, the beach was perfect to walk even with little ones and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was the BEST! Jason (the owner) checked in often to make sure everything was perfect. He has lots of ideas for day adventures. Del (the chef/cook) cooked amazedly. Her menu idea were spot on and we traveled with picky eaters. Let her plan your menus. You won't be disappointed. We do suggest you try her barbie chicken. Marianne kept the house spotless. Jav (butler) kept our drinks full poolside! Everyday he had a special drink of the day. Gregory (gardener) also kept the grounds and pool clean! We can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to make sure we had the best vacation ever! We can't wait to book again next year!

Pampered Relaxation!

As Jamaicans returning home for a long overdue visit, we could not have asked for a better home. Sandpebbles is ideally located between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. About the house first - it is exactly as pictured on the website. The house is large, clean, and well-decorated. The rooms are well-airconditioned, and all of the bathrooms are very nice. The home's common area is not air-conditioned, but there are fans and a nice cross breeze. The pool is gorgeous, although the hot tub did not work when we were there. That would have been nice at night. There is a large covered veranda where we enjoyed all of our meals. The grounds were immaculate and very pretty. Javier, Dell, Gregory, and Maryann were an excellent host team. As the house butler, Javier is great. He was super fun and down to earth, accommodating us perfectly. Dell did the cooking, and she had all the Jamaican classics for us - oxtail, curry goat, brown stew chicken, escovitch fish, johnny cake, rice & peas, patties, ackee, roast breadfruit, fried plantains, scotch bonnets, and pears (avocado). That was amazing. Gregory kept the grounds in their splendid shape. Maryann was fabulous in assisting all around. We loved the team. The homeowner, Gizelle, came by, and we enjoyed meeting her. Throughout the booking process, she was communicative, and when we arrived, the team had everything ready to go.

Great stay!

I would happily stay here again. The online description and pictures were on spot. The staff was really good. The butler, OJ, was our point person at the property and he did an amazing job. Chef Joe did a very good job, was very kind and met our needs for a combination of Jamaican and American foods. Nell was a great housekeeper and very welcoming. Gregory was the groundskeeper and kept things perfect outside and in when needed. The pool was perfect, Beach was great and outdoor seating was comfortable. Minor challenges were the bugs were bad occasionally outside (which they cannot help), there is a hot tub but it isn’t functional and the hot water didn’t work great in the showers all the time. However, these are minor overall and I would 100% go back to the home. Gizelle is a great host and her son, Jason, helped out as well and was very kind.

Great house

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpebbles! It was very hot but enjoyed the outdoor living space and pool and were very appreciative of the air conditioned bedrooms. Local fishing village was very interesting but thought the price of the food was very hefty. Enjoyed Chef Joes cooking.

Large family vacation

Our family is from South Carolina and this was our first experience staying at a private residence in Jamaica. The trip was excellent! I can't say enough about the entire staff at the house. Joe, Kemar, Del, Gregory and OJ all made the trip that much more special. If you're looking for a private vacation that's like having your own all inclusive, this is a safe bet for sure. Jason has the right connections and does a great job of handling the logistics if we wanted to travel somewhere. Kemar couldn't be a better driver and tour guide. Joe is a terrific chef and shared much about the local food and some history behind Jamaican fare. We left the week's menu in his hands and he never disappointed! OJ did a great job always having the table prepared and coffee made. We literally didn't have to drive anywhere, prepare a meal or wash a dish the entire week. They did all the heavy lifting which we greatly appreciated. It may be difficult at first getting used to having people around the home while you're on vacation, but it's no different than staying in a resort. Last, Gizelle was a wonderful host and took the time to stop by and say hello to ensure we had settled in ok. The home had everything we needed and was well cared for. In all, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, The McLeod Family

Slice of paradise

Incredible villa vacation. The staff and house were both outstanding. Incredible homemade Jamaican meals every day, with a private pool and a beach literally right outside the door. This place had everything one could ask for in a beach vacation. Central location for all activities between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, on a private beach in a gated community. Already looking forward to returning.

Above Expectations

We had nine family members stay at Sandpebbles for two weeks for a special Birthday celebration. The location, quiet secure private beach, the Villa, a rustic spacious property with excellent pool and gardens on the beach, and the friendliness and professional staff really made it an exceptional place to stay. Chef Joe created some fantastic meals for us and is very talented. Housekeeper Carolyn kept the place clean and tidy, Gregory looked after the facilities very well and helped in many other activities and AJ the butler looked after us extremely well, always smart and helpful in so many ways with a friendly smile all times of the day. Kemar was a very safe and reliable driver which was important with our infants on board. It appears we were the first British group to stay there and we found dealing with Gizelle and Jason her son extremely easy. They assisted in making many arrangements and trip recommendations. Can thoroughly recommend Sandpebbles it's everything you want for a great vacation - and then some!

Unforgettable family vacation!

Our family of 10 recently had the pleasure of staying at Sandpebbles Villa in Jamaica and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The villa itself was comfortable and cozy, and the outdoor space was ideal with lots of shaded areas, a well maintained tropical garden and just steps away from the ocean. One of the highlights of our stay was having a private chef and butler, who were both exceptional in their roles. Chef Joe prepared delicious meals every day, using fresh and local ingredients to create authentic Jamaican cuisine that we savored with each bite. And that carrot cake!! We wiped the pan clean. We want that recipe! The butler OJ was equally impressive, always attentive and courteous, ensuring that our every need was met with a friendly smile. The groundskeeper, Gregory worked hard, doing a lot more than maintaining the grounds, including setting up a massive bonfire on our last night. And Carolyn, the housekeeper, was very friendly always greeting us cheerfully in the morning. In addition to the exceptional service, Gizelle’s son, Jason, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Any questions or requests we had were promptly answered, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. He also arranged our trips to Dunn’s River Falls and Luminous Lagoon, which we highly recommend. Our driver Kemar was lovely. Overall, I cannot recommend Sandpebbles Villa highly enough. A truly unforgettable vacation.

Wonderful Time

Let me start by saying my overall experience was amazing!! There was a group of 8 of us and the accommodations were very comfortable. The house was cleaned everyday, shout out to Dee! But let me get to the Chef !!!!!!!!!! Chef Jo, I just wanted to take him home with me!!!!! I was a little nervous at first bc I could not come up with a menu... I was told to let the Chef do his magic and let me tell you.... HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!! from the breakfast every morning to the oxtails for dinner!!!!!!! OMG , AMAZNG !!! ... last but no least OJ, my best buddy OJ!!! He made sure we were well taken care of the entire time... every question or concern , he had an answer. So friendly and polite, everyone loved him!!! We will definitely be back soon... also transportation was a breeze and that was one less thing we had to worry about.

Perfect trip

We had an incredible stay at Sandpebbles! Chef Joe, OJ, Gregory and Dell became like family to us. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. Chef Joe’s meals were incredible and he made food that even our pickiest eaters (the little ones- 3 and 4yr old) ate with much delight. The villa is as beautiful as advertised, and the yard is quite relaxing and scenic with the trees, pool and beach. Gregory kept the yard in perfect condition. OJ and the team even arranged a bonfire for us on the beach one night. As island natives, we were quite pleased with coming back home and truly feeling at home with authentic food, great people, and ease of access to other places on the island. We will be back for sure!

Our overall stay was amazing! Chef Joe, OJ, Dell and the groundskeeper were all amazing and we can’t thank them enough for making our family vacation the best one yet! This was our first time staying in a rental in a different country and the consensus is we would all do it again!

Fantastic trip to Jamaica!

We had such an amazing time staying at Sandpebbles! We had a party of six starting on New Year's Eve and the staff surprised us with a beautiful candle lit dinner on the beach followed by a magnificent bonfire on the beach. Every meal was delicious -- Chef Joe is very talented! Our butler, O.J., was super sweet and accommodating, and he always had the table set so nicely. The housekeeper, Dell, was very welcoming and did a great job keeping the house in order (beds made every day, etc.). The groundskeeper, Gregory, was also very nice and the grounds were gorgeous. Our driver, Kemar, was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the luminous lagoon and Dunn's River Falls. Such amazing experiences! Jason was also a great driver and helped us figure out what we wanted to do while we were there, giving us much needed advice to miss crowds, which we greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, as well as the foosball on the porch. My mom had a fabulous massage on the porch while we all hiked up Dunn's River Falls too! The entire stay was glorious and the staff really made it extra special. I highly recommend this trip for anyone looking to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of Jamaica!

Perfect villa !

We spent six nights from Christmas until New Years Eve and had the most amazing stay. Loved the staff especially Chef Joe, OJ (butler) and the driver Kemar. They treated us like family and made sure we had a wonderful time. They were always available throughout the day to help us with any of our needs. The villa is in a gated community and we loved the quiet private beach. The kayaks and paddle boards were perfect to explore the area. We were contacted by and personally met the owners Gizelle and Jason and they were very welcoming and helpful in making sure we were able to explore outside the villa and to areas that were not overrun. I have visited Jamaica on several occasions and this was an amazing way to vacate, in a spacious, fully staffed and not overcrowded space. Only negative I would say, is that things get very quiet in the evening unless you venture out, if you are looking for nighttime activities. Highly recommend and will definitely return in the future.

Fabulous week!

Truly a week in paradise for our family of 10. From the moment we arrived and were greeted so warmly by the staff, to the fabulous meals cooked by Chef Joe, who we told just to cook whatever he wanted! including a non traditional Thanksgivng dinner of steak and lobster. Frozen drinks daily (always including kids' versions), by the ever smiling, thoughtful OJ, who just made our stay so wonderful, (my two year old grandson was a huge fan of OJ!!). And the house kept spotless by sweet Dell. So many great things to say about our stay at Sandpebbles! Jason was such an amazing source for just about anything we wanted, (including a doctor visit for an ear infection), massages at the house, a Reggae Band, trips that were away from tourist groups. We didn't want to leave the beautiful villa, pool, island breezes and beach! the most relaxing week ever! We hope to go back one day!

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Gizelle's property. The property was beautiful but the staff is really what made the trip amazing! All of Joe's meals were delicious but we especially enjoyed the special surf and turf dinner for the special birthday night. Gregory also built us a huge bonfire on that beach that night. It was just perfect! We really appreciated having OJ escorting us everywhere including the local beach that was beautiful. Dell was so sweet and kept the house looking great all day. Jason arranged a beach day for us, a bioluminescent bay trip and massages at the house - all were amazing! He also kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. Gizelle stopped over midway through the trip and we had a great conversation with her. She also gave us a tour or her beautiful property next door (also available to rent). We would highly recommend the property (and the property next door!).

It's a family run Villa, I am a property Manager, and my son Jason is also a Property Manager, and he does all the Airport Transfers, and any excursions you wish to go on...he has some ,really nice "Off The Beaten Track" adventures to take you on, so you can see our beautiful Island.
Upon arrival, please discuss with Jason ,once he picks you up from the airport, or once your back at the villa, speak with your Butler if you wish to go exploring, when, where and times. The advance notice will greatly be appreciated....
