Welcome to our Hughes Street 1 House! This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is located
near the corner of Hughes and North Street, minutes away from Downtown Nacogdoches and the
Stephen F. Austin State University campus! Hughes 1 is fully furnished in a cozy fashion to make
you feel at home in the oldest town in Texas. The house includes a homey indoor living area with a
fireplace as well as an outdoor seating area and grill, so you and your family can gather at any time
of year regardless of the weather. If you plan on staying in, the amenities such as WI-FI, smart TV,
and gas fireplace ensure a restful and entertaining time in the home. If you plan on going out, the

Great location! Very clean, nice home. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were excellent and very good to answer our questions. Definitely recommend to families looking to stay in Nacogdoches.

A great stay!

The house is perfectly located in Nacogdoches! The 4 bedrooms, spacious kitchen and den made it so comfortable to stay at during my daughter’s graduation weekend!

Fantastic! Great Girls Weekend Spot!

Amazing property! The location is walking distance to food, Main street and shopping. The home is cozy, comfy and clean! It is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We will definitely be staying here again!

Christmas get away

We came to join in on the town’s Christmas festivities but the weather interfered with our plans, however your house made for a nice retreat from the weather. We found it very cozy and comfortable.

We had a family get together to celebrate a birthday. This house had everything we needed for our large group. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!
