Welcome to the Kaanapali Alii Resort!  This Executive condo unit is Top of the line Luxury and very fitting for the Hawaiian word " Alii"  with its meaning of  Royalty.    It is Luxury at its Best and the condo unit is much more.  When we say DIRECT Beach front , we mean it... This completely redesigned and remodeled Top of the Line PREMIER DIRECT OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo stands alone in its class.  A party of FOUR in total is the maximum number that will fit our condo very comfortably.  No  over crowding or use of the living room as a extra sleeping room.  .   There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths to sleep a party of 4. 



The condo is OWNER OPERATED AND MANAGED and ONLY AVAILABE TO RENT THRU US..  You can book our condo unit  #346 here directly through our site.



PLEASE NOTE:      ALL OF OUR CONDO UNITS HAVE THE KUERIG SINGLE POD COFFEE MACHINES.



The condo is located in building Three, Oceanfront building, and on the front ocean side,  as well as the South End of the 4th floor a oceanfront and corner unit.   A Five Star Plus award wining Luxury condominum, and there is nothing that compares to the Location and  Views of this very spacious 1900 square foot DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo along the famous Kaanapali Beach Resort.   This luxury “Premier” Two Bedroom / 2 bath Direct Oceanfront condo offers breathtaking PANORAMIC OCEAN sunsets and unobstructed views of the blue Pacific with expansive views of Lanai and Molokai.  The resort offers Beach Towels and beach chairs at the pool cabana for all guests staying at the Alii.   Stop by the pool cabana and check out all the services they have to offer you!



 



  Our Ocean Front  Lanai doors retract back to let the outside in!  Our  premier condo will sleep up to a party of four comfortably and offers 1,900 square feet of pure direct oceanfront luxury . “Premier” assures you that this is the best!  Our direct Oceanfront luxury condo included  designer furnishings, remote shade  window coverings, stone countertops, limestone  flooring, a beautifully appointed kitchen and wonderfully designed baths. Entertainment amenities will include flat sceen  Smart TV's, DVD, Bluetooth Stereo system JBL, and the Wireless internet service available in the condo.  Our kitchen also has a KEURIG POD coffee machine, we leave a handful of pods for you on check-in.  You will be completely dazzled and amazed when you walk thru the front entrance.  The gourmet Kitchen has all Stainless Steel upgraded appliances for your use.  A  french door fridge with water filter and ice in door, as well as a water filter next to the sink, ceramic cooktop and built- in oven,  built-in microwave for quick heating, a   Keurig Coffee POD Maker,  and our beverage wine cooler in the dining area.



  



Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, each with a pocket door closing for privacy.   The Master bedroom has a Cal. King bed with walk in closet and 40" TV and desk area.  Bath has double sink vanity with large walk in shower.  Plenty of storage space,  and towels for your use.  The Guest bedroom has  2  Full size beds  (54"x75") and a large closet with plenty of storage space along the bedroom dresser.   Guest bath has double vanity and walk in shower and storage for towels and other bath items.



 



The expansive open floor plan, it is all open and ready for your stay.   You will fall in love!  In fact you will not want to leave..... ever.  You  will appreciate the extra level of luxury offered by our Kaanapali Alii Premier Direct Oceanfront luxury condo. Just imagine your next vacation at this special Oceanfront condo in West Maui!!  Now this will be your Paradise!!







Your parking is included in your guest resort fee.  The property has a MAMIMUM HEIGHT FOR LARGE VANS - NO MORE THAN 7 FEET IN HEIGHT.    You will recieve a parking pass and instructions on parking upon check-in at the front desk.    If you want valet parking, please ensure you take care of the valet people at the front desk.  There is no Hotel daily maid service at our condo.  The front desk will issue your party each a Towel Card for your use while at the resort.  YOu turn them back in at check out.



CANCELATION POLICY FOR ALL OF OUR RENTAL CONDOS:



Your total rental charges are fully refundable less $100 bookkeeping fee that includes your refund chargeback fee for processing. if you cancel your reservation on or 45 days before the date of your arrival.



if you cancel after that date, only the rental charges are nonrefundable and forfeited in full, unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same dates, time and conditions as your reservation. To recoup the costs of nonrefundable travel expenses, we encourage you to purchase Trip Cancelation Insurance.







THE CONDO UNIT MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS PER PARTY IS 4 (FOUR) , INCLUDES CHILDREN, INFANTS, NANNIES. IF MORE THAN 4 IN THE UNIT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $450 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.

PLEASE REMOVE ALL SAND OUTSIDE THE CONDO,  IF YOU BLOCK THE DRAINS IN CONDO YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST TO CLEAR THEM.



GUEST TO REMOVE GARBAGE & RE-CYCLEABLE DAILY TO THE GARBAGE CHUTE IN THE HALLWAY NEXT TO THE ELEVATORS.  PLEASE ENSURE YOU SECURE YOUR CONDO UNIT WHEN NOT THERE.



PLEASE NO SPRAY SUNTAN LOTION IN THE CONDO, IT STAINS THE FLOOR & FURNISHINGS. WE WILL  CHARGE FOR THE REMOVAL OF STAINS
