THIS IS BEACH BUNGALOW #8 PLEASE SEE AERIAL PHOTO FOR REFERENCE.... MAY DISCOUNT $750/night (usually $950/night). Our Seclusion Bungalows provide more privacy while maintaining a breathtaking view of the ocean. Our staff will place a private umbrella and chairs for you at the water's edge!

Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (9) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each Bungalow is separated by at least 46". Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, fire pit, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.

Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quite and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa..

Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

15 year anniversary

We stayed here for a week and it was simply amazing! The house was adorable and the pool and beach were just perfect. We especially loved the full sliding door wall and the outdoor shower. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Perfect location

The bungalow is perfect for a romantic vacation. Plenty of privacy and a beautiful view. Great location to all restaurants and activities. Staff was very helpful and always available.

Exceeded our Expectations!

When we first arrived, we were met by Terry and Jen. Both are hospitable as they helped us with our luggage and groceries. They escorted us to our Beach Bungalow. I was overwhelmed by the beauty, privacy, and view of our Beach Bungalow. They have done an excellent job in the design of the Beach Bungalow. We had our own BBQ, pool, and private beach area, it was amazing! Jen checked in with us daily and immediately helped us with any request. She was awesome! If you want privacy, peace, and God's amazing beauty, you will not be disappointed.

Awesome!

Great place right on the beach with no crowds. We rented a jeep with Russ at Island Life Jeeps to do short drives to the towns. The stay at Swaying Palms did not disappoint. Very clean including the private pool! You can rent jet skis and go kite sailing right next to the place and they supply kayaks and paddleboards on property. We have typically stayed on resorts and we enjoyed this so much more. Shout out to Terry and Dylan and the whole crew there for making a great stay!

Magical Stay in Paradise

We loved our romantic bungalow! Perfect for any couple looking to get away. Extremely convenient location to explore the island, swim, snorkel, jet ski, kite surf, eat out or just stay in and get away from it all. Highly Recommend!

Spot On

This was a gorgeous property. Exactly as described. Our hosts welcomed us, set us up for our stay, and were responsive to our needs. Beach and common areas of the property were cleaned daily. We loved being away from the main tourist area and enjoyed watching the wind sports. The water was amazing as you could walk out 100's of yards. We definitely look forward to booking again.

Amazing and Going Back ASAP!

Well we travel a lot and usually like to go to different places...not here! Before we left we scheduled another visit in just a few months. It is the perfect place for two people to reconnect and enjoy time to unplug!!! Don't hesitate to go and spend a week like we did. It is AMAZING!!! Right on the beach and private, you can hear the crickets chirping and feel like you are on a deserted island!

Awesome private beach bungalow

Great property and experience. Bungalow very large with separated bedroom and bathroom from kitchen and living space. Kitchen very well stocked with essentials. Large fridge with ice supplied by host and delivery as needed throughout stay! Beachfront and great views. Beach bottom with some grass/seaweed. Private pool deep and cool. Lots of outdoor lounge options with Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs at bungalow and lounge chairs with umbrella at beach, deep seat loveseat outside, small dining table with chairs and grill outside. Hope to stay and visit again.

Paradise!

Swaying Palms is absolutely beautiful! With all the bushes and trees, you never saw your neighbors. It was fun watching all the kite surfers zip by. Terry and the crew took care of our needs including recommendations for restaurants, rental cars and grocery delivery. It truly is a 3-5 minute trip to Grace Bay Area. Swaying Palms is the place for you if you want privacy, a beautiful view and a beautiful beach bungalow directly on the beach! We will be back!

Wow! This place is amazing!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this Bungalow. Right on the beach! Water was amazing. Kayaking was fun. Super clean bungalow! Had everything we needed. We really loved the outdoor shower. Terry was so great and very responsive. We will back back!

Slice of Paradise!

The perfect secluded getaway we were looking for! From when you walk into the bungalow you’re greeted with spectacular views of the clear water ocean that most people go to Turks for. The bungalow itself is very spacious, ample storage for putting your clothes away, kitchen is stocked with necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. 100% Reccomend for those that want a safe escape during COVID!

Absolute Paradise

The Swaying Palms bungalow has ruined us for all future vacations! Nothing will compare to the long weekend we spent in TCI. Terry and Dylan were fantastic to work with and the bungalow included all of the little extras and details that we didn't know we needed. We enjoyed the kayak and paddleboard, the gym, and the privacy of our bungalow property. It was wonderful to open all of the sliding doors to create an indoor/outdoor connection and the private beach area was perfect. We will definitely be returning!
