Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (9) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each Bungalow is separated by at least 46'. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.

Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quiet and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa.

Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

Amazing

This place is absolutely amazing. The views of the water were great and watching the sun come up every morning was my favorite. The staff are the nicest people and they are very helpful. I would highly recommend this place it’s very quiet and peaceful was a great place to spend our honeymoon

Beautiful Quiet Beach

My husband and I had the most amazing week staying here! We loved these bungalows! They were so peaceful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the kite surfing and using the paddle boards and kayaks. Highly recommend if your looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to relax!

Truly Amazing

This place offered exactly what we were hoping for. The views, beach access and privacy were spectacular. Having access to full kitchen and private patio/pool was lovely. Owners and manager were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend if you are looking for a villa instead of a resort. Recommend renting a car/Jeep to get around if you decide to venture out.

Island paradise

Our new favorite place! We came for our honeymoon and fell in love with it. The bungalow was amazing and exactly like the photos! Very clean and right on the beach! We did not want to leave! We highly recommend to stay here!

romantic private beach getaway

The pictures do not fully capture how amazing this place is!!! the perfect place for a couple who wants privacy, beautiful beach, spectacular views from every room and the pool! Close to restaurants if you want to eat out but has everything for a nice dinner while looking at the ocean! will be back asap!

Heavenly!

This place was sheer perfection for my husband and myself. Celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary here and it was perfect! Our every need was met above and beyond our expectations in every capacity. We knew it looked heavenly on the website, but Swaying Palms is is even better in person. We can’t wait to return! Thank you to Terry and her staff for a vacation of a lifetime!

Gorgeous place!

What an incredible location from the calm, clear beaches to the wildlife along the beach. We have had such an incredible time at Swaying Palms. It was our Anniversary and the Villa was beautiful. From paddle boarding from your room to walking along crystal clear waters…. We loved our time alone, the peace and quiet each morning and evening was spectacular. I will miss this place and CANNOT wait to come back next year!!! Thank you Dylan and Jen. You all are so wonderful and kind. We hope to bring you a gift when we return.

Gorgeous property

Gorgeous one bedroom bungalow! Loved our 10 day vacation. Location was perfect. Beach is just a few steps away. We loved how quiet the property was. We went diving and snorkeling all over the island. We will be back!

Truly stunning property in paradise!

My husband and I stayed at Swaying Palms Bungalows for 8 days, and it EXCEEDED our expectations. First of all, the interaction with Emily when we arrived was so warm and welcoming, and communication with both Terri and Emily leading up to and after our stay, was friendly and prompt. Be, the onsite property manager, was like a beach fairy cleaning and tidying things so as not to disturb us at all, but his presence was noticed by the constant upkeep. Thank you all! Now to the even BETTER STUFF: The property itself was immaculate and kept manicured and very tidy. Our Bungalow was stunning with a plunge pool for a cooler dip, a full kitchen, and all the amenities we needed, including SUP's and floats, beach chairs and an umbrella. And let's talk about the BEACH....gorgeous. Soft powder white sand greets you just steps off your patio, and the beach chairs and ocean are a mere 15 steps away from your private bungalow patio (with ample places to sit for comfort). Private, quiet, secluded and STUNNING. I would suggest renting a car, as we did (we used Island Jeeps and Russ was super friendly and accommodating). The Graceway Gourmet grocery is just a 5 minute drive from the bungalow and everything is an 8 minute drive across the island to the Grace Bay side where you'll find delicious restaurants to enjoy dining out. My only problem now is that after writing this, I so DESPERATELY want to go right back. Party of 2 for Bungalow 7, please!

The best on the beach stay ever!

Take really good architecture and add to that a great location and boy to you have a winner! My wife and I felt so very special at Swaying Palms, like we had found our dream spot. There is no exaggeration in the descriptions the owners have written, the villas on the beach are first class, right on the beach and perhaps best of all very private. Keep in mind this is a couples spot and perfect for that! The complex is very new and kept in perfect condition by the owners directly. This is a family run business and it feels like it. Be prepared for a near perfect vacation get away. Super private beach, quiet and really beautiful with the added bonus of a 1st class major hotel on the beach just 15 min walk away along the surf. We visited to enjoy live music, bar activities, two restaurants and community when you need it! Kite surfing is big on this beach and it's fun to watch- all day if the wind is right. Young managers Dylan and his lovely wife were a delight and attended to every small need AND made us feel very very welcome. My suggestion; Don't miss this one! It's special.

A dream place to stay

Swaying Palms is perfect in every way and exceeded our expectations for luxury and privacy. My wife and I spent our 20th anniversary here and the bungalow provided a once in a lifetime fairy tale place to stay. Waking each morning to the ocean breeze and beautiful sunrises was beyond compare. I hope to be able to come back someday and experience it all again. It was so perfect that it seems like a dream now. Thanks Dylan and family for the hospitality and we hope to see you again soon.

Bungalow

The setting was impressive. However, the communication with the so-called concierge was poor. never did get a reply about the pool! The pool was filthy. Asked to have it cleaned 3 times, and finally someone came to tell us the pump didn't work, after messing about for a half hour or so. Filled it up, but still didn't clean it - it was skimmed for bugs but a nasty ring was left around the top which was there upon arrival. This was done the late afternoon before we were leaving! Website said it was an infinity pool, but the water kept draining out - about a foot down from the top at the best of times. Disappointing. There was a negative about the fire feature, Property Manager/Concierge gave a very negative design flaw speech about the fact it shouldn't have been installed where it was due to the infinity pool. Dishes were mostly cracked/chipped, pots/pans in sad shape - expected more for the price that paid. Will p

The Swaying Palms is an amazing property. Extremely private and relaxing, just what we were looking for. If you're looking for tranquility in a beautiful location, this is the place for you!! Terry, the property manager was extremely helpful, if and when we need her. Highly Recommended.

Absolutely the most amazing house & view!

This is the absolute most beautiful private property with the best views on Long Bay! We loved opening up the entire sliding doors and it was inside/outside living at its best...it is jaw dropping and even with villa's next door, the landscaping is done so well you don't see them. The Kitchen is really nice with great appliances, the pool is perfect for an afternoon dip and outdoor shower was a little fun. The staff here is so amazing with taking care of all the plants & raking any sea weed if it came ashore in the morning. We love Long Bay, you can basically walk from this house for 5 miles in perfectly clear water & white sand and the water is only waste or chest high, but we used the provided kayak and went to Captian Oaks floating Tiki Bar...OMG, the water and photos are so much fun, plus lunch & drinks are cheaper than most restaurants. On a windy day, we were so entertained by watching the kite surfers. We also watched some collage basketball and NFL games at Danny Buoys. The house is close to Shopping, Dining, and the best grocery store Grace Bay Gourmet. We booked a full day tour with Caicos Dreams that included lobster tail for lunch and the photos are worth far more than the price of the tour. We had a great golf time at the Royal T&C Golf Club and a really great dining for lunch. We also did a clear kayak tour through the mangroves with Turks Ventures and we were not disappointed with the tour and what we saw and photographed. Amazing Stay, Great Host, dream come true photos & memories. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful place with us!

Actual Paradise

Please don't stay here. Or if you must, please don't tell anybody about it. Once word gets out to the travel magazines about this place it will be impossible to book here again. It is everything you see in the pictures and much much more. It's clean, well landscaped, well stocked and very comfortable. The bed is amazingly comfortable and so is the plush outdoor seating. The hosts are so accommodating and sweet. They were waiting for us when we drove in from the airport and on-site when we had any questions. Did I mention there is an outdoor rain shower that makes you feel like a celebrity? We woke up in the mornings well rested and walked steps to the ocean with a cup of coffee to put our feet into the clear ocean. We also went paddle boarding and kayaking (equipment they have there waiting for you), and scuba diving (the hosts gave us suggestions for a company to use). We looked into and walked around the expensive all inclusive hotels (Seven Stars and the Shore Club) and we couldn't wait to leave and go back to our little bungalow on the water. The only thing wrong with our trip was it was too short. Book it seriously, you will not regret it. Except, please don't.
