Beautiful home in a great location! Fabulous beaches, hiking/biking trails, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The home featured spacious rooms, with a well stocked kitchen, and a gas grill to use. The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning was welcomed on those humid days. The host was very communicative along the process. We would absolutely consider renting again! Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

Another great week at the Cape!

We had another amazing week at the Cape! We have been staying at this property for many years and it has become our home away from home! We can’t wait to return next year!

Clean, tidy cape. Good deck and yard. The owners were friendly and responsive. Terrific rental.

Lovely home in a fantastic location!

We really enjoyed staying here in Eastham. This was a fairly private location but so close to everything in all directions. The home was lovely as was the yard, deck and firepit. I would certainly visit again!

Perfect rental for our family

The house was very comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The owner, Aimee was very responsive. Nice quiet location yet close to everything.

Aimee is great, very responsive. House is very clean and in a perfect location. Kitchen had everything we needed for some great vaca dinners. Definitely recommend.

A happy summer place

Lovely home and large property with all amenities and great location in proximity to Herring pond and Cole Road Beach (our favorite spots). The owners were kind and very professional. The only thing missing for us was an enclosed outside shower, the rest was wonderful. We highly recommend this happy summer place!

Great location but the property need some TLC

The house was in a great location which is why i chose it. The owners responsive and available. However the property needs some TLC, there is no updating and the AC in the living room accommodates the 2 downstairs bedrooms, which means doors to the rooms need to be left open.

Nice cottage! Lovely stay

We enjoyed the property, the layout was nice and the cottage was well-kept. We had hoped to the outdoor shower was enclosed so showers could have been taken outside. We would suggest better lighting in the kitchen, it was difficult to make meals after dark. All in all it was a very nice cottage and would recommend it to others.

Hi Melissa, Thank you so much for your review! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate your feedback. The outdoor shower is useful for rinsing off the sand after visiting the beach, but there are two indoor bathrooms that we recommend for actual showering in private. We will make that more clear in our listing. We will also look into additional lighting fixtures in the kitchen area for the future. Thanks again for your feedback and have a great day! Great location and comfortable cozy home

We had a great stay at this cozy home. It’s perfect for a small family - we had four adults and one kiddo with us, but there’s room for more. The bedrooms are bright and nice. We enjoyed eating and spending time out on the deck and got to watch wild turkeys and bunnies pass through the yard. The bike path is right down the quiet street, which was great. Easy access to Orleans or Eastham. Kitchen area is small but has a lot of what you need to cook. Thanks for a great stay!

Good location, cute little house.Kitchen cramped, it was hard to open the refrigerator because of the seating arrangement. Insuficient lighting in the kitchen. Couldn’t use the grill, flavorizer bars missing. Air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms needed. Fan wasn’t sufficient.For this price, it would be nice to have linens. It took us more than an hour to do that after a long drive.Beds were very comfortable though.Aimee was prompt with all the responses.

9.5/10! Clean house, perfect for our small family. Nice deck for outdoor dining and good size yard for games and activities with the kids. Downstairs bedrooms don’t have AC but not a big deal. Overall the place was great and we’d stay here again.

Cape Cod with friends

Excellent location! Very comfortable, attractive, with plenty of kitchen supplies. We did not know that we needed to bring blankets and bed pillows. We will know next time.

Perfect Eastham home for our family

This house was perfect for our family of four and my senior mother. Rooms were good size and very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Large deck, propane grill and fire pit made being outside very comfortable. Communication with owners was top notch. Location is perfect...5 minutes to the beaches and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes to the stores. All this made our week long vacation a perfect stay!

Adorable Cape in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was the perfect size for our family of 6 plus inlaws. It was spacious enough yet quaint. We enjoyed the deck in the evening. The house was very well stocked with all kitchen items. The only suggestion I have is that perhaps they can make an area to store food? Are snack bags often remained on the counter due to the lack of storage space for dry food items. Other than that, everything was perfect! Perfect location for all activites, beach, shopping, etc! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Cape Cottage

This was the perfect place to stay for my sister's family and mine. We each have 2 small children. It is less than a mile to First Encounter and is set back from the main road. There is a dead end road that we would take nightly walks on. Aimee was quick to respond to any questions we had and check in was a breeze!

Week at the Cape

We had a wonderful week at the Cape! The house is in the perfect location and we really enjoyed being so close to everything we wanted to do. We can’t wait to return again next year!
