Fun in the surf on Mustang Island, Port Aransas in this 2BR/2BA ground-level condo with pool and partial ocean views at the beachfront Mayan Princess Resort! This condo is a one story flat (no stairs on the inside of the condo) but has a small set of stairs to the entrance. Mayan Princess 110 has quick access to the pool area, BBQ pits, and boardwalk to the beach. Interior highlights include an in-unit washer/dryer, a wide assortment of kitchen cooking amenities, a large Jacuzzi tub/shower combination, and saltillo tile through out the condo. Drive 9 minutes North or South for a plethora of dining options and convenient amenities in Port Aransas or Corpus Christi. Mustang Island State Park is just 3.8 miles away.

Living Area

The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, padded wicker sofa, and padded wicker sitting chair with ottoman. A 55” smart TV with cable service are yours to enjoy between island adventures. Floor to ceiling window walls and sliding glass door to the patio create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen has all of the amenities (including a 12 cup Mr. Coffee) and complimentary supplies to get your vacation started. With four bar stools at the snack bar and a dining table that seats four, there's plenty of space for all your guests.

Master Bedroom En-suite

MP110 features a master en-suite bedroom complete with king size bed, sitting chair, tons of clothing storage space, Jacuzzi hot tub and shower combination, and a 32” TV. There is not cable service in the master bedroom. The TV does have two hdmi ports and one USB port for your Firestick or Roku. Included is a full size mirrored storage closet, ironing board with iron, and a privacy door to the lavatory.

Guest Bedroom

The guest bedroom has a pair of twin beds, ample closet space. There is not a TV in the guest bedroom. Around the corner is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination, vanity sink, and a privacy door separates the vanity sink and lavatory/tub/shower.

Outdoor Areas

Mayan Princess 110 is one of the few first floor condos with partial ocean and pool views which makes it a guest favorite. As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months). There is quick access to the pools and boardwalk from MP110.
