Cabin - 2 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom with large deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice evening dinner after a day on the water, hunting or being out on trail rides. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Roosevelt Lake, one of Arizona's premier recreational areas. This two bedrooms one bathroom retreat has plenty of room for a family, or a great getaway for a couple. It has a spacious patio with cover and grill for cooking up a nice meal. The kitchen includes a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There is a washer/dryer located in an enclosed area just outside. This property is just under a half-acre and has ample parking to accommodate visitors and your toys and is fenced in.

Cozy Lake House

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time! Tons of trails for sxs riding right from the property. The house is adorable, clean and comfortable and the fully fenced property was perfect for our fur babies! We will definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend staying here!

We go fishing pretty regularly at Roosevelt Lake. I’ve rented several houses in the Tonto Basin/Roosevelt Lake are and this house is by far, the best one I’ve found! I’d recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit Tonto Basin and Roosevelt Lake. The location is perfect. We were 3 miles from restaurants/bars, 3 miles from a boat ramp to the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed for many enjoyable meals. We had several nights of good fires in the firepit. We’ll definitely be going back, hopefully sooner than later. Overall, the trip was fantastic and the house was very nice, well appointed, great amenities, clean, AND great communication with the owner.

Great House and Location

Had a long stay at this VRBO and would enjoy a repeat in the future. Everything in the home was comfortable to include it being pet friendly. Location was great, close to the lake where I took my kayak and/or just sat on the beach and enjoyed the mountainous views. People I met were super friendly. There were a couple of issues that surfaced at the house and the response by the host was super fast. I even had a vehicle issue and they were immediate in helping guide how to move forward with that. Great stay!

Close to Nature

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked our stay to go UTV riding and the trails in the area did not disappoint! It was a bonus to ride directly from the house. So many trails we hardly scratched the surface. We also ventured out and enjoyed local Cliff Dwelling tour. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had and we would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Best Summer Ever

We had such an amazing stay at Lake Roosevelt. The house was perfect, very clean, lots of games and puzzles. A huge porch, perfect for sitting outside after dinner and watching the monsoons roll in. And Christa is the best host! It really was the best summer

Lake cabin

The cabin is adorable, clean and very welcoming. Everything you need is there, plenty of yard space for the boat and the launch ramp is just up the road. You will not be disappointed.

Simplistic and caring

The location was very much enjoyable. The simplicity of the house coupled with the porch and large parking space was excellent. Should I continue coming down to Tonto Basin, this will be a great place for future memories

Our stay was excellent for our lake trip. This was an excellent location for boat access, restaurant, stores, and gas. Christa was an excellent host and her lake house decor and special touches were above our expectations. We will return.

Amazing

This place at Tonto Basin was everything plus what it said it would be, took my grandson on our first fishing trip together with out his parents and sister. We had one rain day and did not get board at all. I am putting this place at top of my list I will be back.

Comfy Lake House

Great house and property!

We rented this property over the New Year holiday to escape fireworks in the valley and had a nice quiet stay. Upon our arrival check in was easy and we entered into a clean, cutely decorated house. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials for us to cook meals. Living room and bedroom were both comfortable. Christa and Mike were fantastic hosts and were accommodating to make sure everything went well with our stay! All communications were excellent and prompt! Thanks for making us and our dogs feel so welcome!

Very relaxing & tranquil

I stayed here with a friend just to check out area for summer time and Had such an amazing time hanging out at the Cabin and just enjoying the beautiful views and weather on the deck. I am looking forward to spending time here in the summer with my Special needs son who wants to be at the lake 24/7 I know he will have an amazing time at the lake and spending time at the cabin. SO looking forward to it. Christa is an amazing host and we will diffidently stay again :) can't wait.

Mom’s birthday

Brought the family together for Mom’s 73rd birthday. Great place to get together, great location if you’re going to Roosevelt lake. Had an issue with the rv plug in but Mike and Christa took care of it promptly.

Our Anniversary trip

We had a great and restful time at the house. We had everything we needed and a big fenced area for our dog to check out. The owners were very hospitable and always answered us right away.

Tonto Basin Lake Hoise

Rented this place to do some fishing for my sons birthday. This house was clean, well stocked, and in a quiet but easy to find neighborhood. Will definitely book again and would recommend without hesitation. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

I have owned in the Tonto Basin area since April 2007. I was a weekender that came up on the weekends with my husband and children. In the summer we went boating, fishing and hiking and in the winter we rode the trails, biked, hiked and enjoyed the quiet area. We still do this and we want others to be able to enjoy the beauty that we have enjoyed for all these years. It is a great area to bring your kids and plenty to do and see.
