Beautiful location and view Perfect amenities and accommodations for us and our 2 large dogs. We definitely recommend for they were kind, courteous and helpful

This property is a gem. Spotlessly clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and only 20 minutes from Roosevelt Lake. The host was very responsive when I had a scheduling issue, and I appreciate that. The home is very comfortable and we will be using this rental as a base of operations whenever we are at the Lake.

Very clean, the bed was super comfy, everything you would need is provided. We just brought a cooler, put in the fridge and made all of our meals there. Beautiful porch mountain view and we had coffee and watched sunrise and sunset each night. During the days we went fishing on Roosevelt Lake (no dock - hard to launch the boat FYI). Apache Lake was super easy to launch the boat and in my opinion better views and big fish! - Next time we are going to visit Tonto Natural Bridge. Wendy has a book on the table of all restaurants ect. Enjoy!

This property is not far from the main road with easy access. When you get there it is very quiet with great views. The house is clean and new, bed was very comfortable. Host was also great.

Great property in Tonto Basin. Under 20min to the Cholla boat ramp on Roosevelt and about 45min to Burnt Coral ramp on Apache Lake. Spotless and well stocked with Great communication! Loved the covered parking for the boat!

Really clean, new and nice one bedroom home. Host was very accommodating and replied timely to all messages. I highly recommend and would stay there again next time I’m in the area.

We love staying at this wonderful home. The owners, Ron and Wendy, are so easy to work with and they are very responsive. They have paid attention to every detail. The place is immaculate and has everything that you need for your stay. It is quiet and has a nice view. There is ample parking for a boat and for an extra fee there are hookups for an rv. We will be staying here again and again.

The premise was immaculately clean. This facility had everything you could possibly need and everything was fresh and clean. Best VRBO I've ever had the pleasure of renting. Would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Super nice!

The property is clean, well air conditioned, and the kitchen is amazingly well appointed. The management was easy to communicate with. It’s in a neighborhood with buildings spaced well apart. It is a manufactured home in a trailer neighborhood. Convenient to Roosevelt lake.

Clean, soft, comfy bed, plenty of hot water and linens. Nice ambiance with the electric fireplace. Plenty of parking and nice Christmas lights next door. Sally Mae’s Coffee Bar is a must stop.
