Great house in wine country

The house was great, beautiful windows throughout looking over the grounds. The host was lovely and so accommodating and kind. Really love the central location.

Great little place

This house was the perfect size and very nice. We had a little trouble with ants in the kitchen and on the counter, but that can happen to anyone. We would for sure stay again.

Spacious home

This is a nice spacious home for a large group. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, remodeled with beautiful large windows to the outside.

Lovely spot outside of Medford

With 4 bedrooms, washer/dryer, well stocked and large kitchen, comfy living room, this was the perfect spot for a small family reunion/graduation celebration. Very clean and comfortable. 20 minutes to SOU, close to Jackson and wineries, and easy day trip to Crater Lake.

5-star place to stay in Medford.

The place was exactly as shown on the listing. Everything was clean. All the amenities were everything we needed. The fire pit and BBQ grill in the back were great places for us to hang out. Felt really comfortable the entire time.

Wonderful

It was a wonderful experience where, because of the gracious hostess, we were able to check in early and check out later than expected. And the house wasn’t bad either!! Overall, a 5 star experience!

Everything it said it would be!

Photos and listing description do not begin to give it justice! From the minute you pull up, you feel like you are home. The attention to details like the extra blankets hung on the decor ladder beside the fireplace; the fresh coffee beans next to the grinder and coffeepot; and all beds made with great linens and an extra blanket draped over the foot of the beds - Hospitality 100% Thank You for creating a warm, welcoming home for us!

Privacy central location

Enjoyed the house clean and well supplied. we were 3 couples plenty of room for everyone 2 married couples and an unmarried couple so having the fourth bedroom fit our needs. Great location for all our adventures. Will definitely rent again when we are in the area.

Everyone was comfortable. My 88 year old mother in law enjoyed the master bath and no steps. Wished we had more time to spend playing yard games!

Great Home for a Group in Wine Country

This house is set up very well for 4 or more people, given the 4 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a great outdoor area for dining and morning coffee. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the beds were all very comfortable. The location was perfect for access to Jacksonville, Medford and Ashland. It's a quiet neighborhood, and we were able to walk in the mornings right from the property. There can be a fair amount of fast-moving traffic on the main roads, so walking and bicycling and be risky given the lack of a shoulder or bike lane.

Perfect home for us

My aunt, mom, cousin and I enjoyed the chance to be together in the big kitchen or by ourselves in our separate bedrooms. There’s a lot of light throughout and a beautiful backyard with trees and a small creek. We had all of the amenities we needed. Thanks, Kristina!

Lovely And Charming Home

Property was beautiful, charming and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend it and stay here again if coming to Medford.

A great place to stay. Love the area and really close to Jacksonville. So charming.

Very clean and spacious. The owner was very responsive to questions. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful backyard with flowers in bloom. The geese were flying above really picturesque.

Quiet and cozy

Perfect space for relaxation and productivity. I stayed here instead of my usual hotel for work. I have been back multiple times. The owner is amazing and even offered to refund me when my trip was cut short. This is my stop when traveling through Oregon. I highly recommend it! The outdoor space is wonderful too.
