there are three issues that significantly impacted our stay and caused us to have to leave one day early for which we are requesting a refund of the cost for this day.1. The heating system in the house was very inadequate. The first floor rooms were largely very cold. Only the master bedroom was comfortable if we used the gas fire place full time and closed the door. The front living room was only warm within 5 feet of the gas fireplace which we had to run full time. The TV room, even with the fireplace on, was cold. The second bedroom on the first floor was exceptionally cold. While the first floor was very cold, the upstairs bedrooms were so hot at night it was uncomfortable to sleep even with opening windows, which seemed to make it colder downstairs. There were no other heat sources other than the fireplaces and furnace. After we left early the host then said she had space heaters she would have brought over.2. The circuit breaker tripped 3 times losing,power in house.3. Outdoor pool wasn’t usable because not heated. It was full, without a cover, and no safety fence. Dishwasher door can’t be opened fully due to tight cabinetry spacing. Kitchen cabinetry very dated.No venting for stove/oven. Frig and freezer dirty. Gas fireplace in living room on/off switch hard to open next to hot logs. Not enough dinnerware for numberDog poop in grassGrill is old, no workable temp gauge, wouldn’t get to high enough temperature Not deep cleaned
