Looking for a slice of authentic, eclectic Old Florida ambiance? This efficiency serves what is needed to relax, reset, renew. Situated on wide creek/side canal, surrounded by old growth trees, this sweet spot is private, comfy, well equipped and walking distance to many restaurants, microbrewery, parks and only 2 miles to downtown Olde Naples. Grill, kayaks, bikes, off street parking . Sorry, no pets or smoking anywhere on the property. Smoke travels! We love pets, but previous guests have abused the privilege, so no more! Bungalow and property intended for guests only. We don’t want friends stopping by or being entertained here. There are two other bungalows to be considered as well as nearby neighbors. Low key guests are welcome. Bungalow is licensed with Collier County for short term rentals.
Enjoy walking to nearby coffee shop, yoga studio, Celebration Food truck park, Wine Bar, Art Galleries, boat and SUP rentals, Ankrolab Microbrewery as well as other venues for great food, drinks and live music.

Never Got In

I was scheduled to have access to the property at 4pm. I hadn't heard from the owner, so at around 2pm of the day of check in I emailed thru the VRBO app. No answer. At 5pm I contacted VRBO. They refunded to money and gave me some credit (kudos for that). I used the credit on another accommodation. So all in all I came out ahead financially, at least.The owner subsequently send an apology and explanation. Ok, things happen, but not a pleasant experience. 2 stars for the VRBO credit and apology.

Great stay

Thanks for a great stay in the Sweet Bungalow. Perfect location to relax & close to wonderful restaurants. I loved walking along Bayshore each morning & rediscovered Sugden Park for walking and Bayview Park for sunsets.

Lovely Little Bungalow

We loved our stay here! It is a very clean and has all the amenities and more than you would ever need. The outdoor living space is wonderful. The bed was very comfy. It is easily located in Naples and very convenient to go to downtown Naples, head north to Bonita Springs and south to Marco Island. Karen is super responsive to messages and we enjoyed the property very much!

Tropical paradise

Such a beautiful outside place to relax and enjoy the sun and breeze off the canal! Also very close to some great restaurants and live music. Easy drive to downtown and the beaches. Would definitely like to visit again.

I had a great time.

Karen was really friendly and quick to respond. The bungalow was neat and clean. I love that it’s non-smoking because I have respiratory issues. It was a nice spot with a dock where you could sit by the water. It was in a nicely private location, but it’s close to the main road so you’re not far from anything you need to do. It also wasn’t far away from the zoo, so I got to do that too. Everything I needed was there at the bungalow. The only thing I didn’t catch when I looked at the listing was that it’s a room with a private bathroom, not a separate dwelling. Other than that, I had a great time here and in Naples. :)

Relaxing stay

Lovely place to stay on the canals. We stayed a few days after Hurricane Milton which had caused some damage but not to our rental. Karen was really helpful despite dealing with issues in her house. It was good to have the bikes which we used to get into Naples downtown. Several restaurants within walking distance

Excellent location

Everything about the place was exactly as stated on listing. Wonderful location. The only thing that was hard was it did have a strong mildew smell. But it was very clean. And well equipped. Super comfy.

Relaxing and Serene

Beautiful property, quiet, and very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and location was exceptional. Parking was a little tight, however, we have a big truck.

Hidden Gem

A quiet off the beaten path location yet close enough to anywhere you want to go. It was rainy while I was there. Next time I will enjoy the property more using the Kayak and bikes. For sure on my list of places to return to.

Perfect little getaway

Amazing little spot for couples! The outdoor space was stunning! Great places eat close by, and lots of things to do. Karen was an awesome host and made sure we were set! Would definitely recommend booking here!

Relaxed stay to start Florida tour

Felt like Huckleberry Finn on the river

Neighborhood was fabulous and humble. Could walk to many good restaurants and shops, an outdoor food truck park with an excellent bar and music on the river. Everything we needed was right there. Host was pleasant and all instructions were perfect. The room was sweet and also had everything we needed. Refrigerator in the room, hot plate and toaster oven outside. Electric kettle, 4-cup coffeemaker in the room. Shower was awesome. A/C was great, overhead fan, window next to bed to open during cool morning hours. Decor was colorful and attractive. Towels, linens, mats all great. Bed comfy and pillows comfy. Everything clean and accessible. We spent so much time sitting on the dock and watching the river. Saw so much wildlife. Great property, great trip. Would rent again, and recommend for couples without children.

Total Peace and Comfort

My spouse and I stayed at this property for two nights and enjoyed every single minute! Our host Karen was very receptive, but not intrusive. The property is an oasis of tranquility. It is easy to walk to several restaurants and Celebration Park. We would not hesitate to visit again!

Great quiet place to stay

Nice clean room. There wasn't anyone in the other bungalow so we had the place to ourselves. Karen was very unobtrusive. It's close to some restaurants and a brewery which we loved walking to. Enjoyed sitting at the water watching the fish jump and interesting fowl.

Naples Hideaway

This property was a peaceful and beautiful oasis. It felt like a remote location right in Naples. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach and relaxing at the property was provided. Karen was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend.
