A quintessential 2-bedroom / 2-bath beach cottage experience in fantastic central Naples! Just 12 minutes to all the trendy Mercado shops and restaurants in N. Naples, or just 8 minutes to all the luxury offerings of Old Naples’ 5th Avenue! Want walk to some great local spots?...“Peace, Love and Little Donuts”, and/or “Mr. Tequilas” Mexican restaurant at the end of the block! Or, take one of the complementary bicycles to the ocean, just a 9-minute ride to the Beach!

Enjoy the fresh coastal décor, complete with special touches and amenities to ensure a tranquil and relaxed retreat experience!

A large private deck off the living room allows opportunities to enjoy your morning coffee, cookout on the gas grill, soak in the sunsets or celebrate happy hour!

Unit was centrally located. Lots of shops and restaurants and beaches to choose from. The cottage was very nice and fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and we even had beach stuff which worked out perfect! Had a great time and will be back.

Great Cottage, Great Location

Lovely cottage. Great beach feel with everything you need easy to find on the property. We enjoyed every minute and will stay here again whenever we go to Naples.

Awesome Beach House!

We just stayed here with my husband, teenage son and daughter and had an amazing time! 5 minutes away from the beach and close to all activities. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Place was clean but small if you have more than two people. Closet space is limited and laundry is outside. Host was very responsive to an A/C issue we had the first night.

Beach themed pretty place

Wonderful stay in a well equipped charming beach themed cottage . Easy drive to beaches and shops/night life. Would gladly stay again. Host very accessible and responsive.

Wonderful stay

Property was very comfortable and very clean! We enjoyed riding the bikes and they seemed recently purchased . We dined at several local restaurants but one really stood out Swan River and we would highly recommend it.

Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed our stay. It was cute, cozy and close to most everything we wanted or needed. It's best for one or two couples as it's not a large space, but for us and our poodle, it worked out just fine. We were able to get to 5th Avenue, the beaches, Marco Island and shopping, very quickly and easily.

Adorable Beach Cottage!

This cottage was just right for our stay in Naples. Decorated in beach theme, clean, great location...everything was perfect and we will be back!! Alan was a great host, I only needed to contact him to tell him how much we were enjoying his property. The cottage is nicely supplied with the "extras" like dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels, and soap.

Home Away From Home!

It truly felt like we were in the comfort of our home. It was so central and the coffee helped a lot, along with the comfortable beds. Thank you, Alan for sharing your hime with us.

Great Experience!

We stayed at this property for a week. The owner maintained excellent communication with us throughout our rental. They have thought of everything you would need for your stay in sunny Naples! We would definitely return to this property for a future stay.

Charming

Very comfortable accommodations, with washer and bicycles available on site. Very comfortable beds, great internet and very close to Tamiami Trail so very easy to access all Naples has to offer. Owners were very accommodating. I highly recommend this property

Happy beach goers

Our arrival till departure was the best . Any questions we had were answered right away . The house was so adorable and super clean . It had all the amenities that you would need. The best part was the linen. I love great linen and this place had just that . Beds were comfy as well Can’t wait to book again

Christmas Family Vacation

We were meeting our son and his family in Naples after a trip to Disneyworld. We found this location on VRBO. We wanted a good location in Naples, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room and kitchen at an affordable price for 3 adults. We definitely found it. Also, the owner made sure we had all we needed to make our short stay complete. I would highly recommend this place

Perfect Cottage

The cottage had been updated and the feel of a beach house totally was felt upon entering the door. The decor and flow of the house was perfect. A 4-8 minute drive to one of three public beaches. Alan the host stopped by to make sure all was good. I will definitely be rebooking for a future trip to Naples.
