The best the mountains have to offer awaits you at Seven Peaks! Our home is at the end on the road on Utah Mountain with panoramic mountain VIEWS of seven plus 6000-foot mountains and paved access in a private unique area.

We are CONVENIENTLY located less than 15 minutes from the shops, cafes & restaurants of historic downtown Waynesville, yet close to Maggie Valley / Cataloochee Ski area, Cherokee and a half hour from Asheville.

Golfing, rafting, tubing, waterfalls or horseback riding are a short ride away. The SCENIC Blue Ridge Parkway winds its way through Haywood County which is also home to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with nearby elk spotting during every season.

The Utah Mountain property is just a wonderful place to be at peace with nature and the beautiful view of the mountains. Everything is well maintained and most importantly the beds are comfortable.

This was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. Beautiful property. Views are exactly like the pics. Hot tub was used daily and was so great. Kitchen was awesome. In fact we didn’t eat out but one meal because we wanted to be there in the evenings and mornings for the view. I left an item and Heather was so great to work with getting it back to me. She was amazing all week. Highly recommend.

Amazing find! Spectacular views, plenty of room, a cozy fireplace inside, 2 fire pits outside, a hot tub with views of a million stars, deer all over the place, and a great host. We were so happy with our stay. A truly magical stay for us. We shared photos on social media and now all our family and friends want to stay there too. I highly recommend this place for a mountain getaway. You won’t be disappointed.

Great house, great view, great location!

It really was a great place. Far enough away to get some great views, privacy, and quiet but not too far away to places we wanted to see or stores we wanted to go to.

Every thing was spot on with amenities . You have everything you need to cook in .There were only 2 of us and the master king bed was comfortable . The view was very nice . Having the garage for our truck was nice because it snowed a good 3 inches the day before we left. Made loading easy with bad weather. Host was awesome ! We will come again !

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time as a family. The location was excellent for easy access to Asheville, Lake Junaluska, Waynesville, and nearby hikes, and the views from the house were truly spectacular. Communication with the host was also very good. We were very pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a s'mores kit in the kitchen upon arrival. Overall, the home was nice, though the interior and exterior felt a little more worn than the photos suggested, especially for the price. Some of the outdoor seating and tables were not as inviting as we expected, and a few items seemed to be missing. It may be that the host is not fully aware of the current condition of the exterior, but it did feel a bit less maintained than we had hoped. The cookware was also quite well-used and needed cleaning before use, and even after we tried to clean it, some of it still didn’t feel fully clean. The showers were stocked with only very small bars of soap, though there was plenty of hand soap and dish soap for the kitchen and dishwasher. Overall, it was a good stay, but we did feel somewhat disappointed relative to our expectations and the total cost.

Nice house with a beautiful Mountain View! Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The s’mores kit was a nice touch, too. Highlights of our stay were hiking in DuPont forest to Three Falls, Lexington Glass Works in Asheville, and downtown Waynesville. All in all, we had a great trip.

Family time in the mountains

This property and location was perfect for the family vacation we planned with our adult children to hike the Blue Ridge and Smokies. The house met all our expectations. The views from the deck and the hot tub were a great way to rejuvenate after our hikes.
