Relax and enjoy everything that paradise has to offer while staying at this one-family Gulf-front home. Nestled directly on the sugary, white sands of Belleair Beach, minutes away from TD Stadium and BayCare Ballpark, this 1,700 square foot home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, including infants. The 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms are sure to please any discerning traveller. Assigned parking behind the house makes for speedy arrival and departure.

Unforgettable Views & Relaxation:
Each level of this elegant home boasts its own spacious balcony providing commanding views of the beach, the sea, and extraordinary sunsets the Gulf coast is known for. Perch on the tall Adirondack chairs or rest on a rocking chair while scanning the gentle waves for playful dolphins. In the late afternoon watch for the fabled "green flash" as the sun sinks gracefully into the water. Feel the stresses of everyday life melt away as you listen to the seagulls and soothing sounds of the surf lapping against the shore.

Peace, Privacy & Prime Location:
This family-friendly private home ona peaceful private beach offers a truly convenient location for guests seeking both relaxation and adventure. Situated just 10 minutes from vibrant downtown Clearwater, visitors can easily access a variety of activities, including fishing and water sports. Central cooling/heating and ceiling fans keep you comfortable, no matter the weather. Each bedroom and the living room has a "smart" TV with access to popular cable channels. We also provide free WiFi (unlimited 5G) at no extra charge.

Main Floor:
One flight up, this level boasts a comfortable beach-themed living room. Here you can either sit outside on the balcony, or rest indoors on the cozy chairs and sofas. This level also houses a large, windowed kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, including a full-size ice-making fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. You'll find a wide variety of cookware, dishware and utensils. Two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) help get you caffeinated in the morning. The tucked away Queen bedroom with adjacent full-size bathroom is also located on this level.

Second Floor:
The Master suite with king bed is on this level. The Master suite offers two seating areas - perfect for reading before bedtime or watching TV. The en-suite Master bathroom features a soaking tub with beautiful views, as well as a separate glass enclosed shower and double vanitie with wraparound mirrors. Like the first level, there is a sliding door leading to a spacious balcony where you can watch the beach activities by day and count the stars at night. The Twin bedroom, conveniently located on this level, has two twin beds and adjacent, full-size bathroom with a shower and tub. Pack lightly - there is an energy efficient, stacked washer/dryer on this level and we provide complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Shaded Deck:
Your own PRIVATE shaded deck below the house is directly on the sand, just footsteps away from the water. YOU DO NOT SHARE THIS DECK WITH ANYONE ELSE! Dimmable lighting lets you enjoy this area after sundown and with an outdoor shower, you can rinse off before heading back indoors.

We have stayed at this property for years on our yearly trip to the Clearwater area and we are never disappointed and will continue to stay at this property. The owners always go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is perfect! Fantastic location, right on the uncrowded beach. Many restaurants close by. Hosts were great with clear instructions and quick responses. Have stayed many times in this area from Clearwater to Anna Maria and this was one of our favorites.

Gorgeous beach front home - everything in place for a great stay at a beautiful beach (amazing sunsets). The house is comfortable with decks overlooking the ocean. The location is close to shopping and good restaurants. Hosts are very kind and responsive. On arrival day, we enjoyed the complimentary Prosecco while watching the sunset from the lower deck Adirondack chairs - so nice. We loved our stay!

We have stayed here twice and love the house, unbeatable beach access, and great hosts! The house is beach front ... located right on the newly re-nourished beautiful, white sandy beach, which during our visits in early May was not busy or crowded. Also very clean and l has a well-apportioned kitchen, towels and beach chairs/umbrellas. The second and third-level balconies provide fantastic views, and the covered lower level deck with Adirondack chairs is a great shady respite area. We will be back!!

Beautiful location right on the beach! Accommodations were as promised all kitchen supplies well stocked. Water pressure not good when more than one person in the showers. A lot of rules and regs no grilling no opening windows and Don't Touch the thermostat! Overall a mostly perfect venue. Great weather! Thank you!

Debbie,Thank you for the 10 star review! We’re glad you enjoyed the property. We’re proud of our 10/10 ratings and premier host status. We would like, however, to address some of your comments and explain why we do things the way we do. You mentioned that we have "lots of rules." We do have house rules and regulations (HR&R) prohibiting smoking, pets, parties and open flames. We disclose that there is no grill no grilling is permitted. We send the HR&R to each guest before they book the property so they can proceed, or move on. You’ve commented that you were not allowed to open the sliders or windows.This is untrue. During the fall/spring months we encourage guests to open them and enjoy the fresh air because there's very little humidity and the risk of indoor mold is low. We stated this in our check in instructions. Our smart thermostat will cut-off the HVAC when any slider/window is opened to protect the HVAC from damage, a feature quite common at most high-end hotels. Had you notified us you were unhappy with your showers, we would have sent a plumber during your stay. We have since had a plumber check the pressure throughout the house and it is perfectly fine - consistent with feedback from the guests staying before and after you. We find that having clear rules ensures that every guest will have a quality experience. We hope that our rules have not deterred you from coming back to the property. Thank you for your feedback. Eileen and Ed are wonderful hosts! Their home has the best view with the sunset front and center. The master suite was more than enough for my husband and me. The only improvements had nothing to do with the house but with Mother Nature. We highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a quiet location, three lovely bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and balconies that were perfect for relaxing any time of day or night.

Beach Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, great location, plenty of beach chairs, etc. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Great family vacation spot

This was the best vacation so far . Location of the property was really convenient for everything, from grocery shopping to fun stuff on the beach and plenty near by restaurants and bars. The owners where so responsive and welcoming . Overall great place to visit and already thinking about rebooking for future stays.
