Our beach access and view are much improved with total ocean visibility from every part of ocean-frontage. Our pool deck is fully remodeled with 20 new chaise lounges, two new round tables with umbrellas, a new picnic tables, and a new charcoal grill.

Loved staying here. It was wonderful to have balconies on both ends of the unit. The unit was clean and comfortable. Peter was extremely responsive when we reached out with a few questions. I would 100% stay here again.

We’ve been coming to IRB for 30 years and this was one of the better stays in terms of location and access to the beach. I booked this condo because of the two balconies, one facing the intercostal waters and sunrise and the other facing the ocean and sunset. Definitely worth it right there! Overall the space was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Great property with wonderful views of the ocean and inter coastal. Host was excellent we contacted him in 2 ocasiones and responded very quickly. Property is ver comfortable and we hada wonderful time.

Spectacular views from this first class apartment. Everything was perfect and would highly recommend. The wildlife was a huge plus for us. The location is excellent.

We absolutely loved this condo. We watched stunning sunsets from the beach facing balcony and dolphins gliding down the intercoastal water from the front balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool very much due to the cooler weather but the pool temp was very warm. And if you could rate your neighbors they would get a five star as well. Everyone was very friendly.

We had a great trip- beach has recovered well from the hurricane, and the area around the pool was nicely redone. We always love getting grouper from the local fish market and going to yellow banks grove for the tangerine ice cream.
