Cozy private suite just a mile from the 70 on-ramp. Not just a private room & bathroom with a separate entrance- you also have access to a gym, and the bathroom is equipped with a steam sauna. Rest and recoup here between day trips into the city or up in the mountains. Private entrance!!

You understand that use of the gym & sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in the use of gym equipment and the sauna. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the gym equipment and sauna and hold owners harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that use of the gym equipment and sauna may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the gym equipment or sauna if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the gym equipment or sauna while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents or bodily injury you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owners for accidents or claims arising from the use of gym equipment or sauna. Amazing

We were out adventuring every day and made it to the house between 7-9 at night. Each night was quiet and we really enjoyed staying here. They had magazines and books about the area that really helped us plan things out. It was an amazing choice for us!

Wonderful hosts. The apartment was perfect for my Denver stay. Accommodations were inviting and excellent for one or two people. I would definitely stay there again.

Good property to spend a night after hiking. The keypad instructions were a little unclear, there is also a dog upstairs that can be up pretty early (thankfully so was I for the most part but it was a little unexpected). Overall a good travel experience.

Hiking Vacation

Wonderful little base camp for all our adventures. Just what we needed! Owners were very resposive yet not at all intrusive. They left awesome little extras in the kitchionette (a fav of ours was the cooler bag) and have beautiful gardens.

Guest Suite or Cleaned Basement Space?

I can't say this was the most amazing property or passing the "eh, it was ok" level. The neighborhood, front yard and property are cute nustled in the up and coming are off 44th and Wadsworth in Wheatridge. The door is rough to get your luggage in after the self check in code is dialed. The basement has painted cement floors which remain cold especially with the upstairs controlled A/C. I'm not one trip get cold so if you are, bring your sweats for inside and shorts for the heat outdoors. Otherwise, the hosts courtesy is under question for me. You can hear their conversation pretty easily and the decision to cook what had to be the most malodorous cabbage meal with a guest just below whom also gets to enjoy the odors of whatever is carried from bathroom through the pipes two the sewage pipes being the house seemed a bit much and forced me out of the space into the heat prematurely. I had rented the space to rest and chill in the quiet space but felt they only want those who are gone during the day time for "adventures" as all their reviewers had commonly said only to return at night to sleep during the 10pm to 8am quiet time curfew enforced by the hosts. I wish they'd left out the cabbage. I can't imagine someone coming this work an unknown guest below with such disregard for their sensory well-being.... just saying

Bel Aire Stay

Communication with the property owners was great, and the listing was exactly as described. It is in the basement of their home, but it was still quiet and peaceful. It was well furnished and kitchen had a coffee maker and toaster oven :). I would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Great location!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Great location and close to Golden, Red Rocks, and easy access to the freeway to get anywhere else. Space was really clean and the steam shower was an awesome addition. The bed is a little small if you are taller (my husband is 6’2”). There also was no TV. Not a deal breaker at all as we were out exploring all day and just came back to relax and sleep.

Great location - Super Chill

We had a blast. Room is comfortable, clean and convenient. Anyone above 6’4” might be challenged with shower, but I highly recommend.

Charming and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay! This basement apartment was tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and decorated, the bed though small, was extremely comfortable. The owners were helpful and available as needed. This charming space met our needs well!

Cute basement suite not far from downtown

Cozy little basement room that worked great for the short amount of time we needed it for. We didn’t have a car to get around and Ubers were very easy to get to and from downtown. We not about a 15-20 min ride and the airport is 30 mins away.

Red Rock Weekend

This is an older house, so don't expect band new, but it is clean and spacious. Small kitchenette outside the room with coffee, etc. and a home gym (which we didnt use, but a nice bonus feature). Covered our needs well for a long Denver weekend and concert at Red Rock, worked perfect for us as it was situated between downtown and the concert venue.

Excellent private space, in a quiet neighborhood

Really enjoyed my time staying there. There is a private entrance which made coming and going very easy. The space was very clean, and well thought out. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well setup. Great location, would stay again anytime. Super Grateful for my time there.

Nice property

Had a good trip to this home! We had problems with check in and the owner was very apologetic and communicated well with us. Apartment is stocked well and the bed is comfy. Hopefully they will add a stand alone fan for the summer as you don’t have control over the AC (or if there is control we couldn’t find it.) Other than that we had a very pleasant stay and super close to downtown. :)

Great place with friendly & accommodating hosts.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for 5 days for a wedding. The hosts are nice, responsive, & very accommodating. Very nice location in Wheat Ridge, only 10-30min away from anything you could want to do, & only an hour or so away from the mountains. The full-size bed was super comfortable, & the sauna in the shower was a huge plus! Definitely give them a try if it’s just a solo or couple trip!

Dom and Jordan's stay

Amazing! Super responsive hosts. Great for couples looking to get away to the Rockies. A nice neighborhood and easy access to highways and other roads. Definitely worth the stay.
