Simply and Refreshing Country Living. Clean country style home with Great WiFi, loc in a country setting yet close (5 mins)to everything
Partially Fenced Front yard. Front views of Open Fields and Orange groves in the distance. Great for Skydivers & Paramotors, Snowbirds, small families visiting Legoland 15mins in Winter haven

We accept some pets that are housed trained. Pls let us know ahead as there is a PET FEE

If you are looking for an upscale accommodation this might not the right fit for you.
However, this is a Country Style Farm House: Clean, Safe and Simple furnishing in country setting with simple decent country neighbours.
The space
Home is simply furnished Country location and setting (Queen Beds, 2 twin beds, Sofa bed in Living room, dining table, country style washer and dryer in laundry room outside) Include all utilities including TV, wi-fi. The 2nd bedroom has the 2 twin bed. There is an AC in the living area and also in the main bedroom, there is none in the 2nd bedroom, but has enough btu to cool the home comfortably.
Great value if you are visiting the area for sporting events such as Skydiving. Paramotoring which is only 5 mins away. Also, for a family visiting Legoland and the other Disney Theme parks.
Lots of outdoor space, partially fenced front yard.
The main home will be your space (not shared) We do accommodate guests in the attached self contained studio unit(also separate)
Only the outside common space and driveway are shared. Consider this home layout like a small duplex.
Because we are pet friendly we do our best to manage our guests and pets so that everyone will be comfortable.
If you are looking for an upscale space, this might not be the right fit. However, If you are looking for simple living in a clean country home with lots of room for a great value this will be perfect for you.
We are only 5 mins away if you need us for anything. We look forward to welcoming you to Central Florida
