Waterfront/Lakefront Dream Vacation!!

From the moment you walk in the door you'll be captivated by the view. Our home is situated on one of Cape Coral's prettiest and largest lakes. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. A heated pool and a large dock for fishing or just relaxing by the water. The lanai has plenty of space to lay out and enjoy the sun or stay in the shade and entertain.

The kitchen features beautiful views of the lake. It has a margarita pass through window and also a sliding glass door for easy access while entertaining. There is plenty of tableware and cooking utensils for you to chose from. The kitchen has a 6 person table for indoor dining and the outside covered patio also has seating for 6.

The living room has a cozy leather couch and love seat for any lounging you may want to do. The living room has a 70 inch flat screen TV and DVD player for quiet movie nights or this can be a great place to gather with your fellow guests.

The master bedroom has a plush king size bed for a nice relaxing night of sleep . From the bed you have amazing views of the lake through the huge picture window. There is a large master closet to accommodate all your personal belongings. The bedroom also has a 55” flat screen TV for your enjoyment.

One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed facing a sliding glass door which over looks the spacious lanai and backdrop of the lake. This room also has a 47” flat screen TV for your enjoyment.

The third spare bedroom as two twin beds as well as a 50” flat screen TV.

The garage is equipped with a full size washer and dryer for your use. It also has 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, fishing poles with a loaded tackle box and 3 bicycles with helmets for your outdoor excursions. We provide all safety equipment for the bikes and kayaks. We have many different size life jackets from toddler to adult. The garage also had multiple beach chairs and a cooler to use for those amazing beach days.

The lanai has a Weber grill that you may use to cook some fabulous meals as well as a 50” wall mounted TV for you to enjoy while visiting the Mohave Lake Retreat.

Lakeside Home

This house is beautiful. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking around the area. The pool was nice, comfortable beds, the AC worked great, and it had more than we expected. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to everything…

This home is in a really nice quiet neighborhood. The house was very nicely stocked with everything you could need for a family vacation. The pool is really nice and clean.

AWESOME

We loved this place and the location! It was close to a lot of amazing restaurants and only a 20-30 minute drive to Fort Meyers Beach. We also enjoyed the pool, our granddaughter’s were swimming every chance they got. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home on Lake Mojave. The house was spacious with a beautiful view. The pool was wonderful! They had all the extras you could hope for—kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear, bikes, and all the beach gear you need. Thanks for a terrific vacation!

Perfect Vacation Property

Beautiful, clean house with an even better outdoor space. Pool, outside table and grill got lots of use. Plenty to entertain the whole family, we kayaked, biked, fished and swam. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. House was also equipped with beach chairs, towels and coolers. Would stay here again for sure.

A wonderful family vacation!

The house was beautiful, the pictures didn't do it justice. The beds were comfortable, the house was well equipped with every gadget or appliance you could desire. Check in and check out were very easy. My family enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place

We really liked this rental property. Great patio and pool. In fact the only time we were inside was to sleep! Nicely appointed, very comfortable beds and best pillows ever. Good location. It was nice to have the lake as the “neighbor” behind the house. I would stay here again and have recommended to a friend for a stay next winter.

Amazing Vacation

The attention to detail wasn’t missed in this property! We enjoyed everything and had an amazing time by the pool. Loved how everything in the kitchen is labeled, it made it easy to find everything. The house was very clean. Short distance to shops, restaurants, and beaches. We can’t wait to return 🌴

Little piece of paradise!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Great location in the middle of town. The house was just as described in the listing and very well appointed. Kids loved the kayaks, paddleboards and of course the heated pool. Beds nice and comfy and the big screen tv's in every room were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family. We'll try to stay again on our next visit!

Great house Quiet neighborhood!

Pool was great! House was very comfortable with everything we needed. The view of the lake was idyllic. We made good use of the water toys on the lake too! And rode the bikes around the neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and comfortable to navigate with everything labeled. The owners were communicative, and we didn't want for anything!

Excellent place with beautiful view of the lake

The house is very clean with a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The owners responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. The place was equipped with everything we need even all items needed for the beach and the lake. They took care of all the details. Each room has it own TV/Cable. This is a place that we would like to come back too every year. Thanks very much Erica and Josh for making our stay such a great experience.

Exactly what we needed

We were just coming for some R&R and that is what we got. Loved the pool area. Master bed was very comfortable. Loved that not only was there kitchen appliances for any need, but there were condiments, ketchup, mustard,mayo, paper plates etc. We have stayed at several VRBO rentals and have had to buy all of these things. Had a River otter come up on the dock for awhile. Seen 2 large Iguanas sun bathing one day by the dock.

Christmas Week on the Lake

"Christmas Week at the Lake - Perfect for Relaxing and Having Fun!” Our Christmas week at this lakeside rental was amazing! The calm atmosphere was a break from our regular routine. The views from the property were stunning, making it a great place to unwind and feel refreshed. Being outside was the best part. We had lots of space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Whether we were sitting on the deck or just enjoying the sunshine. There were so many things to do! We went biking, kayaking, walking and we especially loved fishing and spent a lot of time doing it. We would definitely come back here again. We made so many great memories, and we're already thinking about our next visit to this perfect lakeside spot.
