Recently renovated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and living room with flat screen TV. Upstairs has open floor plan Living/Dining/Kitchen that opens to the 2nd story deck with partial ocean views, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.


NO PETS, NO SMOKING. POOL PASS @ HOLIDAY INN. Garage not available for guest use. BEDS: 1 King, 4 Queen, 1 Twin over Full bunk, 2 Twin. Accommodates 12.


Pool Pass @ Holiday Inn includes access to water aerobics, yoga and movie night at the pool. Bring your check-in envelope to the front desk at Holiday Inn to sign a pool waiver and obtain wristbands for access during your stay.

Beach Cottage for Generations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clubhouse Cottage shows that a family has grown up coming there. It is well supplied with classic toys for different age children now left to be shared with young guests. Perhaps the best feature is the outdoor shower where grandchildren can have sand rinsed off after a morning building sandcastles. Tip for families with toddlers: The top of stairs open into upstairs sitting area, so you may want to bring a child safety gate with you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Clubhouse Cottage. We've visited Jekyll for 20 years, and this rental was one of our favorites. This location is perfect -- close to the beach, close to the Holiday Inn pool, easy to ride your bike to either the Historic Village or the newer shopping area. The home was clean, organized, and had everything we needed to make our stay easy. The porch is especially amazing! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for allowing us to make wonderful family memories here!

Great house and location, plan to stay again in warmer weather

Had all basic amenities needed, bonus of entertainment we did not realize would be there (toys if you have young kids, a basketball goal and air hockey table. Great location for conference

Attended at conference at the convention center. Property is located just up the street and right across form the beach. Place was nice and had an assortment of pots/pans/kitchenware etc to cook with. Didnt get kuch time at the beach during our stay with the cknference but jt was close proximity. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our Jekyll Island trip overall, but the property was not properly cleaned or prepared. We found spiders inside, including one about the size of our palms in the bunk area. The refrigerator smelled strongly of rotten fish, so we initially kept food in a cooler and drove to Brunswick for cleaning supplies. The charcoal grill contained burned food, residue, and used coals, with no brush available.The biggest issue was the AC. We woke to 76 degrees despite it being set to 68. I reported it around 7:00 a.m. and had to call after the office opened because nobody responded. A technician did not arrive until about 4:00 p.m., after the house reached 87 degrees. He found loose ductwork that was blowing cold air into the air-handler closet and had to retape and reseal it. The house did not become comfortable until late that night or early morning, leaving us without effective AC for about 24 hours.Anthony with Jekyll Realty was beyond rude and dismissive while we were reporting legitimate problems, which made the situation worse. I had to follow up to get time estimates and when I did, Anthony lost his top. Not good customer service and should find a new profession.I waited to review until management responded so I could be fair. Jekyll Realty ultimately issued 1k partial refund, which I appreciate and believe was a fair resolution. The outcome was handled fairly, but the cleaning, maintenance, response time, and customer service during our stay need improvement.

Great Location, Great Accomodations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family of 7, 6 adults and 1 toddler, spend the week at this vacation rental. We enjoyed having the 3 bathrooms so that each family unit had a bathroom to themselves. The location was perfect as we were within walking distance of the Holiday Inn pool, which we enjoyed having access to, as well as within walking distance to the beach. We chose to rent chairs, umbrellas, carts/wagons, and a cooler through Jekyll Realty. This made beach sitting very enjoyable. We also rented a golf cart through Red Bug that was fun for tooling around the island. The home itself had plenty of space both in the kitchen/dining area as well as in the upstairs living area. We did not use the downstairs living area much other than when one of us couldn't sleep at night and as a dumping area for our beach bags. There are only 3 areas that I would see needing improvement. Some, not all, of the furniture was worn and looked dirty. I realize many vacationers come in and out of this property so that may not be something that is a priority. The stairwell walls and handrail were dirty/in need of a fresh coat of paint, which made the first impression a little low. Again, may not be a top priority since so many people come and go. The last thing, and this is just a personal thing, is the hardness of the water. After being at the beach and covered with sunblock, it was very hard to get a clean feeling shower due to the hardness of the water. Something a water softener might help. But again, I don't know how rental properties work and this is purely personal.
