This home is literally nestled less than a mile from Grand Park Sports Complex, around the corner from Birdies world class Putt Putt, Starbucks, and tons of eateries. 2 bunk rooms with T.V.'s, one is large enough for additional 2 couches and perfect as a "chill room." Beautiful open concept, dining area fit for 14, and great entertaining space.
Tons of sitting room in the living room, and two perfect queen bed master suites.
Equipped with all you need, pots, pans, plates, and dishes. Washer and dryer are at your disposal as well.
Come on over and enjoy "sitting on the pines," we think you and your crew will enjoy the intimate setting, and perfect location.

Great lication for baseball

The house is close and convenient to Grand Park. Communication was thorough and responses quick. We did have some issues uoon arrival with cleanliness of the house. Chad was quick to respond and address the issue.

very ample space

1. Very high capacity for lodgers (like about 20 people). 2. Only two bathrooms. Three would make a big difference. 3. Only one key supplied. 4. Overall, a very convenient location and a clean, comfortable house.

Great location

Came for the weekend to see a few shows at the old deer creek. Place was way bigger than what we needed but it was great.

Was perfect for Grand Park tournament

The location and setup was perfect for a few teammates to get together and stay here vs a hotel. Having a full kitchen was very helpful in cost savings

Overall good. Property wasn’t clean when we arrived but Chad had it resolved very quickly. Host was very attentive to us and it was an enjoyable stay. Nice neighborhood and met our needs well.

Great for groups

This would have gotten top rating but there was not a tv in one of the bedrooms - as advertised. We wanted a set up for our athletes/kids to rest and play video games. We brought two gaming systems and could only use one. We could have used the living room, but there was nowhere else for the adults to sit and talk without the kids. Otherwise great place to stay!
