Tranquilly situated at the end of a quiet, wooded cul-de-sac, Kingfisher Cove 28 is just a short walk from a lovely association swimming pool and a scenic boardwalk that leads to a fishing dock and pier on Goshorn Lake. This is the perfect place for enjoying classic outdoor activities, such as fishing and kayaking, or simply relaxing in the private hot tub, on the large screened porch, or in front of the stone fireplace while peering into the woodland surroundings.

What’s nearby:
This home is an easy drive or bike ride from downtown Saugatuck (two miles southwest) and Douglas (three miles southwest), allowing you easy access to all the great activities and sights that the area has to offer. Local beaches - including Oval Beach and Douglas Beach - and beautiful Saugatuck Dunes State Park are less than three miles away as well.

Beautiful and clean

This cabin was so beautiful, spacious, and clean. Loved having the hot tub on the screened in porch. The full kitchen was really nice. Great location. Only thing was we couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace on. Other than that, great stay and would 100% recommend.

Kingfisher Cabin 28

Our modern cabin was very clean, and accommodating with all the basic necessities. It’s tucked in the woods, surrounded by other cabins. It was so cozy, and close to downtown Saugatauk and beaches. Loved the screened-in porch when it rained!

Great stay

Beautiful cabin in a great location. The fireplace was tricky but there was a number to text maintenance and they helped up via text immediately! Only con was that we lost power the first night from a storm and one of the upstairs bedroom windows didn’t have a screen- it was warm without the window open. The house has everything you need for a great stay. If you plan on cooking bring your own spices- there’s plenty of salt & pepper there but that’s it. Overall beautiful property close to downtown.

Wonderful stay

Our family of four stayed here we have a four-year-old and a one year old and this was a wonderful find. The location is great, while it’s not downtown, it’s a short drive to both Saugatuck and Holland. The beds were comfy, The loft area was fun for the kids, and the hot tub was great for mom and dad after the kids went to bed! The cabin was very clean although there were some crumbs that the cleaning service messed around the table and in the couches but overall would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Beautiful place

We loved the beautiful cabin. It was perfect had had everything we wanted for our stay. Would highly recommend this cabin and I am staying again in November for a girls weekend.

Three Sisters Cabin

We truly appreciated our time spent here. The cleanliness was absolutley appreciated. We have stayed in many vacations homes and this one was by far the cleanest. The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Hot tub was up to temp and ready to use upon arrival. Everything was great. Would definitley return. Top notch!

This cabin was located in a great location across the street was a bar and Grill ,Bixby’s coffee over to what is the north west water. Cabin was nicely situated in a wooded area would be nice to come back when the trees are all overgrown. The cabin came with everything that you would need to stay. Close to everything just a nice location nice trip. What was nice about the cabin was the upstairs was like a separate room had a TV and a couch master bedroom master shower master bath all that. And then downstairs yet king and queen beds nice to bedrooms with a bathroom with a shower.Now the fault of it but I will give lower rating for it. The shower downstairs the water wouldn’t drain it took a couple hours or so for it to drain after showers that needs to be addressed. The screen door outside I would probably get that fixed because you might have some raccoons or rodents in there especially where it’s located.The other thing is they said you were going to get a bundle of wood with your rental I never got that. I would highly recommend this place nice vineyard and winery’s locations. The only way to find out is to rent cabin.

Cozy, good location

We had a good time. Near downtown Sagatauk. Positives = wooded area, nice views, hot tub, updated appliances, plenty of sleeping room (cookware, glasses, silverware and utensils and supplies provided). Drawbacks and concerns = the glass sliding door would not lock (safety issue), ice dispenser in fridge door was broke, no ventilation in the kitchen, rugs probably need to be replaced. And in retrospect it's pricey. Also, extra parking is located at a gas station, I was not comfortable with that. We followed the rules about parking (no more than 2 vehicles) but we saw others break that. Please consider adding more parking closer and more secure, to the cabin.

Great palce for some R & R

This cabin was very cozy and warm. We had a 4 day weekend getaway to relax from the stresses of life and we were more than able to unwind here. They had everything we could need during our stay. We didn't get to enjoy the outside as much because it was cold during our stay, but the town looks quite enjoyable for nicer months. Would definitely return 😀

Great stay!

Overall beautiful house and the location is great! We really appreciated how equipped the home was with utensils, towels, and supplies. We had so much fun and plan to be back. Only thing that could be better is the hot tub would not get that hot, so we didn’t use it near as much as planned.

Nice stay for a fall getaway

This cabin is comfortable and is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Super easy check in and a bundle of firewood was already there to use in the fire pit. Linens and surfaces were clean, and lots of towels were provided. Minor complaints on the cleanliness of the hot tub (noticeable scum line on the tub at the water level and the water was very cloudy, probably time for a full drain and thorough tub scrub). Would stay again!

Family time

Summer getaway

We love these cabins! Our only complaint was check in, which took an hour. They keypad did not work, and only after a series of phone calls and waiting did we get in. Once we did, the cabin did not disappoint!

Great home only a few minutes from downtown Saugatuck

Very clean home with that cabin in the woods feel. Nice amenities such as community pool and private hot tub. Kitchen very well stocked. Spacious home with screened in porch out back and fire pit for nighttime family enjoyment. Also, it was convenient having toiletries and dishsoap, etc provided!

Beautiful and clean

We loved the house! Our only issues were the indoor fireplace remote did not work and we needed to have a technician come in to try to light the pilot. When we got back the pilot was out and it would not go back on. A little disappointing considering it was a cool night. The TV also did not work in the bedroom. Other than that it was a very clean very nice place!

Great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our family enjoyed the on-site hot tub, and the quick walk to the pool and boardwalk access to Goshorn Lake. House was clean, great layout and well equipped with everything you might need. Will definitely book again and bring some floats for the lake.

Exceptional experience!

The location was perfect - we were close to town and the beaches. The home was beautifully maintained with all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
