The home was accurately depicted in photos, was well stocked with towels and linens, kitchen appliances and silverware. The hot tub was a big hit with the family, and a great quiet neighborhood for the kids to bike and walkable to the lake. Would highly recommend for any family trip to Saugutuck!

We had an excellent stay. The house was set up perfectly for the group we had. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was the perfect compliment to our chilly weekend.

Overall we were quite happy with the property and the setup of the neighborhood.Couple opportunities.... 1. Grill area outside could be better plus grill is getting a bit worn out. 2. Cabin turned out to be much smaller than the pictures made it look. In other words, a bit deceiving. We had 2 Cabins in the area, so when we had everyone together for a meal it was a bit tight. 3. Lighting in front room could be better.Thx

Nice, cozy interior, good for friend and family getaways. Hot tub was nice. Quite close to the adjacent cabins. Some minor issues with doors not closing properly.

Great house for a quick family vacation. The kids loved being able to walk to the lake and the ice cream shop. The adults loved being able to put the kids to bed and continue chatting in the living room and back porch without worrying about waking them up.

This was a beautiful home in a great location, close to town. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the screened-in porch with a view of the woods! The place was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was wonderful, including the pool that was a very short walk from the house and looked better in person than in the photos.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Loved the cabin feel and fire pit across the way! However, for the price and other reviews, we were disappointed in cleanliness and functionality. Many bugs gathered in master light ceiling fan, toilet brushes were very dirty. Rugs all need to be cleaned! There is not a great smell throughout house - likeky because it’s dirty. The wash machine broke 3 of our tank top straps! The kitchen works but the faucet is very faulty. Pots and pans were old and not very clean. Dirty spatula. No salt and pepper. This rental needs attention to detail and an overhaul of equipment. Needs a deep deep clean. Door to master does not shut easily. Hot tub was pretty clean and felt nice. The jets do not work correctly. Master bed was comfortable. Kids beds in bunk room were not comfortable. Fire pit advertised for this rental was shared by multiple cabins. Cabins are right off highway - noise from highway when sitting on screened in porch.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Per your instructions a simple phone call and we would have taken care of any issues that you had. The hot tub is less than 6 months old so everything does work, as far as any other items we would have been happy to take care of them for you. When you reached out a day prior to departure we asked for photos and if you would like us to stop over and got no response. Again we are sorry for any issues you experienced and thank you for staying with us!

Our family stayed here for a wedding. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub while the parents enjoyed the screened in porch. Pictures and decorations are just as described. When we’re back in the area we will be booking again!
