We had a nice stay

We booked this property last minute. Overall, this property was nice. Conveniently located. The pool was in the shade of the building almost all day which was very nice for us. We noted a few issues with dirty dishes in the cabinets and stains on the sheets. Kitchen is stocked with mostly what you need, bring your own coffee filters. On the beach, you cannot put a pop up tent or a small beach tent (ours was two person). The property will ask you to move down the beach. It was very annoying for us and everyone around us to have to move because of our shade tents. This was not fault of the specific condo owner we worked with but the resort itself. For this reason alone we will not stay here again. If you can’t walk out on the beach and put up your shade in front of the location then why stay there?

Family getaway

The condo was spacious, with gorgeous views and convenient location. It included everything we needed.The heated pool was amazing for the kids since the weather wasn't warm enough to swim in the ocean. Very nice gym. Check in and out was super quick and easy. Will definitely stay again!

Worn out furniture

The living room furniture was terrible.It was uncomfortable, stained and worn out. Patio furniture was well rusted and/or wonky and didn’t sit level. The kitchen was not equipped to actually cook there. No large bowls, poor selection of pots and cooking utensils. The view was great from the balcony.

Needs to be updated

Loved the layout of the room. Our family stays at Sterling Breeze every year. There is a huge group of us and out of all the rooms rented this week this room was the worst.

Room needs work!

This room was spacious and lots of room! Had roaches, the grill didn’t work, needs new furniture cause they are disgusting!

Disappointing

We stayed in Sterling Breeze 4-5 years ago in a well maintained condo and looked forward to coming back to Sterling Breeze this sumner. This condo unit has been poorly maintained. The walls are marked throughout with some of the paint peeling in areas. The vents are dirty and moldy. One of the previous reviews mentioned the AC having a mind of its own. It is on some weird schedule however it never rose above 74 during our stay thank goodness. Sometimes it would be cold and then later it would feel warm. The ice maker didn’t work. They offered to send maintenance to check it, however we didn’t want someone coming in while we were there. The master shower still had sand from previous occupants and we bought some sheets to cover up the dirty sandy couch. One of the bunk beds was wet the first night. Not sure if wet sheets had been put on it or of someone wet was on it before we got there. Overall I would call the unit dilapidated. It has probably not had a baseboard cleaned in a couple of years. It appears to have been rented heavily without upkeep. This condo did not meet the expectations of the price we paid by far. The condo has a great view of the ocean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It is in a great location.

Decent for price- but very outdated!

We have stayed at a few of the condos here and this is very outdated. Ceiling paint was chipping, missing lights, furniture was worn, stained, walls/doors had stains, chip. Couch old and uncomfortable to sit on. Overall clean, but need some TLC..

I liked the location and the access to the beach. The property didn't have beach towels and did not have beach chairs with the property. The place itself was overall clean, but the furniture was stained. Would not sit on them without a sheet to cover them. The guest bedroom tv remote didn't work, the shower handle was loose, and there was nowhere to place shower items.

A nice place with a great view

Pros: Location Clean Size Nice pool Easy beach access Close to pier park 2 bedrooms with private baths Beds comfy Cons: Elevators only 2 for a large property Getting moving cart from parking garage Have to get tokens to get a basket to use No front unloading area Not enough blankets Overall we would return to this location for a family and friends vacation

Five Day Family Beach Trip

Property layout very good. Fantastic location in PCB. Love the balcony as well. However, decor and furnishings are in need of update. All mattresses were well worn (quite creaky) and in need of changing. Walls need cleaning and fresh paint.
