Very clear check in instructions. Full finished kitchen that was nice for cooking meals in. Easy access to the pool and beach.

When we checked I could not get network TV channels. I called and someone was to come to the unit. They never did. The patio door from the living room could not be unlocked. We used the bedroom patio door for the length of our stay. The unit was showing wear. The carpets needed cleaning and the furniture had some stains. There were a few door handles that needed tightening.On the positive side the unit was very well equiped.

Great location. Also, not far to walk to the beach. Pool & hot tub awesome. Balcony furniture was great. I received an email with two door codes and the 2nd one said good thru February 2027. I called and was told just in case the first one did not work. Odd! It did not work. My thing with the 2nd one saying good thru Feb 27 is - think about all the people that would still have that code if it is good thru Feb 2027Kitchen needs supplies. Keurig smallest setting is 8oz and the coffee cups were so small that the coffee literally was about to pour over. No measuring cup. Kitchen is very understocked. Also, matress on bottom bunk is HARD. My brother had to sleep on the sofa after the first night because his back was hurting so bad from the mattressWe would consider staying here again as long as we did not need anyone to sleep on the bunk beds and would know to take our own coffee cups and other things we might need in a kitchen

We really were pleased with the condo. The kitchen was well supplied, couldn’t reach anybody to get clean towels, awesome view. Didn’t like that we had to park across the street, long process of getting checked in. Balcony was great as well, wish we had known the electric grill didn’t work before we bought food to grill out. The king bed was comfortable, the queen size wasn’t and the twin bunks squeaked.

I’m sorry you had trouble reaching us for fresh towels and that check‑in and parking were inconvenient — we’ll review our arrival instructions and guest communication to make that smoother. I apologize the electric grill didn’t work after you bought food; we’ll have maintenance inspect it and update the listing if needed. We’ll also evaluate the queen mattress and tighten/repair the twin bunks to address the squeaking. Thank you for the detailed feedback — we appreciate it and hope to host you again.

It was a beautiful beach view, the photos do not do this place justice. The host was easy to work with and responded to every request/email in a timely manner. The room was spacious, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. I highly recommend this unit, I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect place for our sisters trip.

Room was clean. View was great. Had some issues getting arm bands the day of check in, couldn’t get until next day. Guest tv didn’t work. No fitted sheet on master bedroom king bed. Pool was nice and big but stayed pretty crowded. Overall it was nice but doubt we will return to this one. Staff in the walkway were always so nice and friendly I must say.
