This three bedroom cottage by the sea is nestled on a private lot on Eagles Path in beautiful West Covehead, Prince Edward Island. Right across the road from Covehead Bay, we are only a short drive to Stanhope Golf Course, National Park Beaches (Brackley, Stanhope), Richard's and the Dunes! Just 15 minutes away from Charlottetown.

Two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Washer/dryer, BBQ, TV, WiFi, and screened in porch. This cottage has everything you need to make your Island stay unforgettable.

We spent an amazing time at the Eagle’s Path Retreat: a warm, comfy, cozy, clean and welcoming place! We enjoyed the proximity to Charlottetown (for a night out on the town) and Brackley Beach National Park during the day for swimming and walking the seemingly endless beaches during the day. We also loved hanging out at the cottage enjoying the quiet, reading or playing cards in the screened-in porch, and strolling along Eagles Path. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare our meals, though there are many options close by to go have a bite, which we took advantage of, too. The location really is top! The cottage is spotless and decorated with taste and more importantly with love. We felt instantly at home. Communication was easy as well. We highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.

Check in was very smooth. Our host was very responsive to any questions that we had.The cottage was spotless.Cottage was very well equipped. You just need to bring along your food, drink and beach chairs.Everything else needed was there.Beds were comfortable.No AC, but fans in every room were very helpful.On site laundry facilities were appreciated.The screened in portion of the deck, although small, was great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.The closeness to parks and beaches was good, about a 15 minutes to Brackley and Stanhope Beaches.We golfed at Stanhope and would recommend the course for affordability and quality.The cottage site information says there is a water view. I would say that a limited, partial view, at best, would be a more appropriate description.We could see a small bit of the bay across the street and to the right.I would recommend this cottage as long as a water view is not a priority.

The cottage was perfect for relaxing, it is a quiet area and we loved having the screened in deck. It was clean and there were lots of supplies. We would definitely recommend it.

Eagles Path

Aptly named, as we did see a bald eagle shortly after arriving. This is a very comfortable cottage, clean, well equipped and solid (no sleekly floors). While it’s not on the beach it is a good location for visiting the central to west end of the island. All in all we had a lovely stay. Thank you Allison & Mark

Quaint and private

Loved our visit. The location was close to the National Park and it’s beaches. It is a short drive to Charlottetown and other sights. The neighborhood is delightful. The cottage is older, but most of the interior is updated. It was clean and comfortable. I, however, would not recommend it for 4 adults. There is not enough space or living room furniture for that.

Perfect Stay

Thank you for such a clean and comfortable place to stay while we visited PEI. For us, it was in a perfect location and the house had plenty of room for our family of 4 and was stocked with everything you might need. The only thing that might enhance the home, is having some solar/outdoor lighting for when you arrive later on in the evening and some outdoor patio chairs/seating area. Otherwise there is nothing I can think of that I would add/change. Thank you again for a wonderful week. We hope to return next Summer!
