Completely remodeled in 2019, no surface was left untouched! Seagull Condominiums unit 208 is a conveniently located 2nd floor beachfront vacation rental located in the heart of Mustang Island with unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates up to 4 people for that special stay on the Texas coast. The living room has 2 sofas, including a queen size sleeper sofa, and a 55" flat panel television. Wood-look ceramic tile floors throughout, compliment the soft gray walls with crisp white trim. The kitchen is brand new with shaker style cabinets, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, 2 dressers, a 55" flat panel television, and an attached private bathroom with glass front walk-in shower. Light and bright with recessed LED lighting and ceiling fans in every room are sure to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Make Seagull Condominiums your vacation destination on the Texas coast! This Condo sleeps 4.

Truly wonderful!

From check-in to check-out, this vacation was made easy. We only rented the 1 bedroom ½ but I can only assume that it would've been just as nice had we needed the additional space. We stayed 2 nights as a couple & the last night our 13 year old joined us. From the front door to the sliding oceanfront glass doors, this was clearly well maintained. To be honest, the pictures do NOT do it justice. The finishes from flooring to tiled shower, from kitchen to dining & living spaces were very well thought out. We utilized the boogie boards (what a pleasant surprise) on the day our son came. And I now know that NEXT time we go, the kitchen allows for ANY & EVERYTHING you may need to cook a full meal for ANY occasion.... even Thanksgiving! I was excited to just utilize my Instacart membership to have groceries delivered & barely left the condo. The breeze & view on the balcony truly left nothing else needed. There were only 3 things that put a damper on the experience (NONE of which were the fault of the owner). 1. The elevator was out, a lot. Fortunately for us, not while using the luggage carts lol. 2. None of the fire pits on the gorgeous deck (just steps out of the private front entrance) had propane. An intimate fire & nightcap would've ended the nights perfectly! 3. Each morning we were woke with a distant banging on the walls, maybe a nearby condo was being renovated, or it was possibly the elevator being worked on. And it also sounded as though a very loud leaf blower was being used all up & down the walkway right outside our bedroom window. Like I said, none of this is the owner dropping the ball. Maybe an updated schedule of repairs, construction and/or scheduled maintenance could be given to guests at check-in so that we could plan accordingly. So my suggestion would for future guests to bring a loud fan or white noise machine to ensure a peaceful morning lol. Other than that, it was fantastic & I would definitely go back.

Sweet Oceanfront Beauty

This 2bd/2ba condo was just what I needed for a 4 night relaxing stay on the beach. The sunrises were spectacular, and walking out the front door straight onto the beach for daily walks was a dream! I would stay here again. The king bed was comfortable and kitchen stocked with the basic essentials. Very clean. No stock of spices/condiments/oils or any food left behind, so plan to bring your own supplies!

Perfect Setting for Virus Season

The property is on Mustang Island, between Corpus Christi and Port Aransas in a sparsely developed area. As a result, the beach is not crowded. Cleaning is excellent and almost everyone followed mask rules in the building. Our condo was well equipped and comfortable. No problems.

The Perfect Location!

Everything about this property was amazing. The location to the beach both from the patio and a short walk across the deck. We loved our stay and have already referred others to stay here. We will be back!
