We loved this location, very clean, communication from the host, Nancy, was great (very sweet). We were only here for a day but wished it could’ve been longer. Very cozy. View was AMAZING!

This place was exactly what we wanted. Clean, had a kitchen, and perfect for a weekend trip! The owner was very good with communication and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

We accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo after the Daytona race Saturday night and it was very late and Nancy still answered and helped us navigate away into the condo. We’re so sorry we had to bother her at such a late hour, but she was available when needed the condo was amazing and a wonderful beachfront stay we just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The facility was very safe and secure and the amenities were great. The grounds were kept very clean, the pool was clean and great restaurants within easy walking distance. Access to the beach was very easy. The condo was clean and well kept up. Bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The ocean view was great and the seating on the balcony was comfortable. Very easy check in. The host was very helpful and would I definitely stay there again.

A Wonderful Stay in Daytona Beach!Whenever I write a review for an overnight stay, I start with three questions: 1. Was the place safe? 2. Was it clean? 3. Was it reasonably priced? In this case, the answer to all three is a resounding YES!Safety: I appreciated the added security throughout the property. The doors to the building, pool area, and beach access all required a code, giving me peace of mind during our stay.Cleanliness and Comfort: The condo itself was exceptionally clean and tidy. More than that, it had the warm, welcoming feel of staying in someone's home rather than a rental property. Everything was provided as advertised, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our stay with all the comforts of home.Location and Value: The deck overlooking the pool and ocean was a wonderful feature, giving us a relaxing place to enjoy the ocean view without even having to step onto the beach. And when we did want to enjoy the sand and surf, this was hands down the closest I have ever stayed to the beach. You really couldn't ask for a better location!The property is also conveniently located about a leisurely 20-minute walk from the pier, with several places to eat along the way. Whether you want to relax by the ocean, spend time on the beach, or walk the beach for a meal, this location makes it easy to enjoy everything Daytona Beach has to offer.My final recommendation? Absolutely! The best endorsement I can give this property is that I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect for one or two people. Very nice inside, a great ocean front view, and a quick walk to good restaurants. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

The communication with the host was excellent. She was so quick to respond to a couple of my questions! The place was spotless and the view absolutely breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony, new couches, and the small bedroom with privacy was perfect.

Great affordable stay right on the beach!

We had a great time at this property! The kids loved being right on the beach and swimming in the pool! Nancy was super helpful and a great host! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect beach getaway!

Exactly what we were looking for! Great beach view, sparkling pool, close enough to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks( from our balcony!) , but far enough away too!
