One of the nicer units in the building. Beautifully decorated to include granite kitchen counters Bedroom is small but it’s own separate room. Walk to Boardwalk. Fabulous pool! Our personal family spot so very particular on renters. Second floor makes easy communication with those st the pool directly from the balcony . Building VERY secure with key entries to all amenity areas. Sleep sofa for 2nd bed

We accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo after the Daytona race Saturday night and it was very late and Nancy still answered and helped us navigate away into the condo. We’re so sorry we had to bother her at such a late hour, but she was available when needed the condo was amazing and a wonderful beachfront stay we just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The facility was very safe and secure and the amenities were great. The grounds were kept very clean, the pool was clean and great restaurants within easy walking distance. Access to the beach was very easy. The condo was clean and well kept up. Bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The ocean view was great and the seating on the balcony was comfortable. Very easy check in. The host was very helpful and would I definitely stay there again.

Perfect for one or two people. Very nice inside, a great ocean front view, and a quick walk to good restaurants. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

The communication with the host was excellent. She was so quick to respond to a couple of my questions! The place was spotless and the view absolutely breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony, new couches, and the small bedroom with privacy was perfect.

Great affordable stay right on the beach!

We had a great time at this property! The kids loved being right on the beach and swimming in the pool! Nancy was super helpful and a great host! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Exactly what we were looking for! Great beach view, sparkling pool, close enough to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks( from our balcony!) , but far enough away too!

This has been our family get away for 15 years. We loved its close proximity walk up to the Daytona Boardwalk. We bought a larger condo in the area and decided to put the 1 bedroom into a rental program. We are particular about who we rent to and will be strict about the number of people staying in the room. We love our little piece of heaven on the beach and want renters to be responsible in caring for it
