This is truly one of the most beautiful efficiency condominiums in Daytona Beach. The view from this top (8th) floor, direct oceanfront unit is spectacular!

The condominium complex adjoins an Oceanfront Park with Covered Picnic Tables, Cook-out Facilities and Children's Play Area.

Harbour Beach Resort underwent a multi-million dollar restoration which was completed in 2010. In addition to the cosmetic improvements, the complex replaced all of the balconies, railings, glass sliding doors, windows and air conditioners.
Unit 804 installed New Hardwood Flooring, High Gloss White Wainscot Paneling, Chair Rail Molding, New Leather Love Seat and Chair,
New Wicker Bedroom Suite and New Verticals. New "Cottage Style" Kitchen Cabinets were installed as well as a New Smooth Top Range, Full Size Refrigerator, Under Cabinet Microwave and Tile Countertops.

Great little spot on the beach!

Came to Daytona for Welcome to Rockville and stayed in this great little spot on the beach! Everything was clean and communication between the host was great! We had a great time and would stay here again!

Great Location and View

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. The unit was clean and well equipped and met our needs. Check in was easy. It was a perfect place for long walks on the beach and to restaurants etc.

Great view and location. The pool area was very nice and roomy. The condo was a good size for the two of us and had all the amenities we needed.

Great stay at the beach

Our family had a fantastic stay at the beach. Property was exactly as pictured and described. Great communication with the owner. Very easy to follow checkin and check out procedure. Loved spending time at the pool and beautiful beach!

Communication with the owner was excellent. He was very clear and concise with his expectations and his instructions were very simple to follow. We would absolutely stay with him again.

Great little condo. A very convenient access to pool and amenities. Awesome beach within two minute walk. Very pleased with experience. Easy process for booking and very attentive owner. Would recommend.

Enjoyable weekend

We had a great weekend visit. The view was awesome. The bed was nice and firm. A huge TV was a bonus. Communication with Bill was great. The hot tub outside was broken, but it didn’t matter because the ocean water was so warm.

Great stay

Great communication very the owner. He responded to all my questions very quickly and accommodated my requests. The property is in a great location, the view is beautiful. Cold AC, big TV, functional kitchen. My daughter is 3 and was OBSESSED with the pool. She cried her eyes out when it was time to leave. We will certainly rebook.
