This is truly one of the most beautiful efficiency condominiums in Daytona Beach. The view from this top (8th) floor, direct oceanfront unit is spectacular!

The condominium complex adjoins an Oceanfront Park with Covered Picnic Tables, Cook-out Facilities and Children's Play Area.

Harbour Beach Resort underwent a multi-million dollar restoration which was completed in 2025. In addition to the cosmetic improvements, the complex replaced all of the balconies, railings, glass sliding doors, windows and air conditioners.
Unit 804 installed New Hardwood Flooring, High Gloss White Wainscot Paneling, Chair Rail Molding, New Leather Love Seat and Chair,
New Wicker Bedroom Suite and New Verticals. New "Cottage Style" Kitchen Cabinets were installed as well as a New Smooth Top Range, Full Size Refrigerator, Under Cabinet Microwave and Tile Countertops.

Communication with the host was very quick and he was very friendly. Any questions I had he was quick to offer suggestions and/or help me find a solution. I managed to cause a breaker to blow and within minutes of calling him he was working on getting it fixed. I will definitely be calling next time we come to town to see if he has any properties available.

We have been coming to Daytona for many years. This is the first time we stayed in a Condo instead of a Hotel. It was the best experience ever! The staff was so helpful and nice! I became Ill and had to extend our stay one day and Bill Mitchell was so understanding and accommodating! Everyone there, residents that own Condos there to other renters like us were so friendly! We left there with some new friends made. This will be the place we stay at from now on and we are going to try and get our large family to return and do a big Family trip like we used to and all stay at the same place and that place will be Harbor Beach Resort! They will love it as much as we do!

Overall the property was as expected and met the needs of our family. The check in process and interaction with the host was cumbersome and daunting. E we did not appreciate being asked to pay outside of the VRBO app and interactions with the host felt pushy and rude.

I'm really sorry our guest didn't understand that the VRBO fee was separate from the rental. Owners who have many properties listed with VRBO have their software integrated with the VRBO software and rental payments are made directly to the owner. When looking at the rate details on VRBO, the amount paid directly to VRBO for their fee is disclosed as well as the amount that will be paid to the owner. Integrated professional property managers do not have the option to let VRBO collect the rental. In 23 years I have booked over 5,000 reservations with VRBO. I have maintained a 4.9 out of 5 star rating for over 1,000 reviews and have never had a guest complain about payment or check in procedure. The "daunting" check-in procedure is that I provide you with the combination to the door and you can arrive at any time that is convenient for you. That being said, I never want a guest to be unpleased with anything, but I just couldn't seem to accomplish that goal in this instance. My guest's complete satisfaction is always my goal. Thank you.

Absolutely a fantastic deal and a wonderful stay. The host provided extremely detailed information there was no reason to ever contact them. Place was gorgeous and very clean with amazing views and access to the beach and nearby restaurants and entertainment was also a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location. Truly enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean while sipping coffee on the patio. The pool was sparkling clean. Easy walk to the Daytona Beach Pier.

8th floor ocean front view was beautiful! Nice balcony seating that also overlooked the pool area. Pool water was very comfortable and the hot tub was great! Easy access to the beach too. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We rented this unit for the Rockville Music Festival. It was very reasonably priced, particularly during a time when most hotels and rentals are way overcharging. It was only 15 minutes from the concert venue and right on the beach. Unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bill is a great communicator and check-in information was complete and easy to understand. He also followed up quickly and completely on every question we had. Great unit, great owner! We will be back!

Perfect top floor ocean view. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4. Nice kitchenette perfect balcony spacing. Decor was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Nice shower. We had the best time didn't hear the neighbors unless on balcony. Perfect location to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Bill was a great host very quick to respond and thorough in his responses and requirements. Ease to beach was perfect so easy. We didn't have time to get in pool. We stayed at the beach mostly then did early dinners. Thanks for a great stay in Daytona!

Nice hot tub, pool, game room. The room has a beautiful ocean front view with balcony and the room was clean and had evening we needed. Bill was quick to respond when we needed help with questions and we will definitely be back! I truly enjoyed staying here for my birthday. We love Daytona and this was close to everything we wanted to do!
