House was incredible. Great view of the ocean and it was at our doorstep. Free pick up from the airport with Ronaldo, van driver. nice guy. Person that took care of the property was Harley and his wife cleaned, place was spotless. Harley was informative, helpful, took care of our needs, super great.Cannot recommend this place high enough.

Beautiful location, well appointed house, courteous and helpful caretakers. Location was generally quiet with easy access to restaurants etc. I would recommend and stay again.

Everything we needed was available for us at our stay! Harley and Nevia were fantastic and having her prepare dinner is a must! Pool was great for an afternoon cool down and having the golf cart was a huge plus. Being able to walk to shaggy‘s was also fantastic and very convenient. I would stay here again, no problem and highly recommend it to my friends and family!

What a great home. It was clean and well situated away from the hustle of downtown but not far from great restaurants and markets. The house was clean and Harley was great.

Booked for my husband and I for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a quiet area and has a beautiful view. The pool is nice to relax in. Much time was spent swinging in the hammock on the balcony. The golf cart being at the property and ready to use when we arrived, and not having to return it to a rental location at the end of our stay was very convenient. I could go on about the house but best part about our stay was the caretaker, Harvey. He was always glad to help and made himself available. He even recommended an urgent care for my husband who was feeling ill and our experience with the urgent care he recommended was excellent, so Harvey's recommendation played a big part in us getting to enjoy the rest of our trip... which we did.The only thing that would have been nice is if the house had some basic beach gear like an umbrella, chairs, and a cooler.

We were able to stay at this beautiful villa from March 14-21, 2026. Our family loved being north of the bridge in a more remote area. We got to watch the sunrise every morning while having coffee. Everything about the property was perfect. Harley and Nevia were wonderful and were always offering help. The key lime pie was amazing. We will be back. Our family has decided this is going to be our new show up family location. We thank you all for the love that was shown to our family.

Wonderful, peaceful place to stay. The onsite hosts were gracious and attentive. The pool, grounds, and condo were sparkling clean and we had (almost) everything we needed. I read the reviews before booking and misunderstood "laundry onsite" to mean we would have access to a washer. This was not the case, so be prepared. Also wanted to let parents of young children know that there is no portable crib, high chair, or baby gate available. Our granddaughter slept in a drawer on the floor. Despite those misunderstandings, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

This is an awesome property, with a great team that makes everything feel like you’re at home on the beach. Harley and Navia are a great resource that live on the property. Let Navia cook you dinner at least once, get the fritters. We had some problems with canceled flights resulting in a day late arrival and having to stay two extra days. The property owners and their team made it more than right and were even able to accommodate the extra two days. This place is great and the location is really good.

This was one of the all time best vacations we have ever had! The view, the home, the amazing property, the hosts Harley and Nevis, and the overall island experience is one to remember. We appreciated having a driver coordinated for our arrival and departure, all of the incredible suggestions for local restaurants and experiences. Loved the quiet atmosphere and access to the pool and the beach! Everything was kept so clean thanks to the hosts! What a way to wake up every day! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!!! Los Encantos is a property I would highly recommend!!

Loved our stay here!

Property was great and we really enjoyed having caretakers there as well. They answered our questions and even cooked us a fabulous meal!

Great stay

Loved this property. Visited this place with a group of 6 of us total. Host was great and helpful getting us golf carts, setting us up with excursions, and getting us to and from the property. It is a little far from downtown San Pedro but it is a beautiful property and I would definitely stay here again.

The property was lovely, communication was quick and effective even through an emergency (hello cancelled flight home! It was very very tempting to just stay), and the location was far enough from downtown to be quiet, but easy to get to by golf cart. I loved sitting in the hammock on our front deck watching the sun rise, walking out on the dock to dangle my feet in the water, and relaxing in the pool or in the shade near the pool. Harly and Nevia took great care of us - if you ask her to cook dinner for you one night be sure to get the flan. Recommendations for future guests: wear your sunscreen, rent the golf cart, connect with Clinton for tours and transportation (seriously! His team is amazing and will show you all the amazing sights of Belize), sign up for the San Pedro food tour with Norma early on to get a taste of traditional Belizean food, be prepared for wind which you will appreciate, and visit Big Taste 2 for their birria tacos and chimichurri,

Such a beautiful place. House was perfect, clean and had everything you need. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. About 1/2 hour drive by golf cart into San Pedro. Shaggy’s Bar and Grill is literally right across the way. Fun place to grab a drink, make some friends and grab a meal! Harly and Nevia are AMAZING! Have Nevia cook for you, you will NOT regret it. The grounds are immaculately maintained. We had the best time and would definitely stay there again!
