With beautifully vaulted hardwood ceilings, this newly remodeled condo offers incomparable warmth and beauty to enjoy your "home away from home". The kitchen has been remodeled with quartz countertops, new appliances, cupboards, large bar seating area and plenty of storage. The large living room offers comfortable and stylish new furniture. Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, with new mattresses and large closets. A new day bed has been added to the loft area making this condo a great option for families and friends. Bask in the views of the Caribbean from the verandas or while relaxing in the master bath soaking tub.

Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Family Vacation

Loved every minute of our stay at The Landings. Brittany was amazing and all staff were very attentive with water delivery, having our fridge stocked with beer and soda, booking excursions and providing tips to make our time most enjoyable. We will be coming back!

The property was beautiful and Mike and Brittney were excellent hosts. I could call or email anytime and they were so helpful! Such a fun experience and I highly recommend. Can’t wait to return!

Great Place & Location

We had a great time at The Landings at Tres Cocos. The hosts were great, easy to communicate with and if we ever needed anything they would respond almost instantly. Although there is no actual beach at this location they have a dock that you can swim off that is waist deep and sandy. We were able to see spotted eagle rays, huge sea snales and crabs around the doc, especially at sunrise and sunset. A one minute walk down the seawall is a small beach bar called CocoLoco's that has drinks and food. The location to town was perfect. This property is the first property north of the town of San Pedro. Overall we were impressed with everything; Property, Condo, Location and Hosts.

Fantastic condo and hosts!

Brittany and Mike are fantastic hosts! The condo was great and perfect for our family of four. The tours recommended and arranged by our hosts were great. We had fantastic time at San Pedro and Belize mainland. 100% recommend!

Awesome week!

The condo was exactly as described and had beautiful views of beach and ocean from one of the balconies. The pool just outside the front door was perfect for an early afternoon cool down. There are at least three restaurants within a five minute walk of the front door and downtown San Pedro is a five minute golf cart ride. The property mangers (Brittany and Mike) were the best. They helped with everything from pickup at the airport to tours. They were a quick message away and made sure our stay was great.

Take me back!!

The condo, location, and service were well above our expectations! There’s a small store in walking distance which was very helpful. Brittany and Mike picked us up from the airport, helped arrange our golf cart, and took all of our luggage to the condo. Our fridge was stocked with everything requested. San Pedro is magical. Our entire group, including our 6 and 10 year old, had the best time exploring the island. I will 100% stay at this location again. I do think some memory foam mattress toppers would help. The beds are firm but we still slept fine. Thank you for an AMAZING family trip!

Great trip to San Pedro Belize

Staff is incredible. Made everything so seamless while traveling out of the country. I couldn't imagine having to do all the bookings myself. Brittany and staff took care of everything. Highly recommend.

Best VRBO experience I’ve experienced. Condo was as advertised. Very clean, full kitchen well stocked, property grounds well maintained. Great location just north of town at the cut. Every restaurant we tried was good with our favorites being elvi’s and el patio. Best part was five star concierge service by Brittany and Mike the property managers at the landings at tres cocos. They take care of all your needs before arriving—tropic air flights, golf cart rentals, stocking your condo fridge, tour scheduling (no up charges) etc. They even meet you when you land/depart to handle your luggage. They are also available on property at any time if needed. Great experience!

Beautiful Condo with Very Attentive Hosting

The condo was very clean and stocked with all essentials and many extras. The furnishings were all very comfortable and conducive to relaxing. We enjoyed the balconies (the sea breeze and views were amazing) and the pool just steps from the door was both convenient and delightful. I stayed with my three adult sons, so we mostly ate around the island (Brittany gave us spot-on recommendations), but the kitchen was fully outfitted for cooking. I spent quite a bit of time in the beach hammock and watching the stars at night on the beach area. I wouldn't describe it as a swimming beach (seawall with dock access and boat traffic), but it's a wonderful spot to snooze in the sea breeze. What really set this vacation apart was the concierge-level service Brittany and Mike provided from the moment we arrived at the airport until they dropped us off again. Anticipating needs, immediately responsive, and generally just some of the best customer service I have encountered on vacation. We will have wonderful memories of our trip to Belize, made even more special thanks to your thoughtful and gracious assistance. Thanks, guys!

Beautiful Vacation location

Our family loved our stay at San Pedro, Belize! Our host Mike and Brittany are amazing! Before we arrived, Brittany had reached out providing details of how to get to the island, booked our tropic air flights, booked the golf cart rental, greeted us at the airport and took us to the condo. The fridge was stocked with water, beer and Pop that we had ordered. They also provided excellent recommendations on excursions, once we decided they booked them for us and we were picked up at the dock in front of the condo. The location is excellent, you are close to town, restaurants, bars,grocery store and coffee shop are walking distance. The cook's at the Coco Loco's (next to the property) fried and baked our fish we caught from our reef fishing trip, it tasted amazing! A few days were windy, those days we went to Secret Beach on the other side of Island 15 to 20 min golf cart ride, and enjoyed the calm, clear waters, bars and restaurants. We will be back, hopefully sooner then later!

Great location with the best hosts!

We spent two weeks there and enjoyed our stay! Brittany & Mike were fabulous! They took care of anything asked of them. Very refreshing to have two young folks working so hard and doing an excellent job! The unit we stayed in suited our needs. The location was ideal as it was just outside the hustle & bustle of San Pedro. The pools were great! The sea water was not the nicest based on other islands we have been to but we used the pools. It was nice being able to enjoy the beach area with the beautiful breeze. The only things that could be improved were the mattresses in our unit which were extremely firm but then again, that is just personal preference. The lounge chairs at the beach were also not the most comfortable but then again, we are in our 60’s and seek comfort. I would recommend staying at the Landings if you plan to visit Amergris Caye!

Awesome Week

One of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed at. Kim was incredible as far as being organized and helpful. There is a lot to do as far as activities . Kim has many great recommendations for restaurants . I'll definitely will go back.

Great location, issues with security

Nice clean property, we were greeted by Mike and Brittany who helped with our luggage. Property is located in a place that’s centrally located on Ambergris Caye Island in SanPedro, Belize. The pictures are accurate However; the dishwasher smelled like a decaying corpse, we didn’t use it. The Wi-Fi only works in the living room because they have one router for the entire three bedroom cottage. The phone they indicated we could use to contact them in case we needed to, didn’t have enough money to make calls a certain times. The cable and Wi-Fi was out and we didn’t know why, so when we called the phone beeped and said, “ you do not have enough funds in your account to make this call. One more bit of information, our golf cart that we rented was vandalized two days before our trip ended. It was the front windshield. As if someone took a hammer and smashed the window on both sides. When I called to inquire if the property had security, cameras Britanny stated no. She when on to explain they have a security guard on the premises at night. Well that night two of us went out around 11:35 pm and later around 12:20pm and didn’t see ANYONE! These are just a few things you might want to take into consideration when booking this property. Fortune for us, the company that we rented from didn’t charge us for the damage done to their golf cart. Pretty unfortunate this happened and certainly hope that whom ever did this act of destruction reeps havoc and despair beyond their imagination.

Family Dive Vacation

Fantastic location for our family dive vacation. Weather was hit and miss with more rain than expected. Brittany and Mike were excellent communicators and did an excellent job of responding to our needs. Would return again !

Excellent vacation

The condo was clean and exactly what is shown in pictures. It is in an excellent location right outside of town, but close enough to enjoy shops and restaurants. The outdoor area was clean and has a perso al dock. Our Hosts were the absolute best! They helped with getting golf cart, plane tickets and recommended excellent restaurants! Overall excellent stay and vacation! Be sure to take lots of bug spray. The mosquitoes are relentless!!

Great location and very helpful

We had never been to Belize. We were greeted at the airport and talked to the host everyday. We were very needy. But the host helped us line up lots of fun excursions. We all had a great time and enjoyed our condo for good sleep, nice pool time, really like that some of ours tours picked us up at our dock. Thanks for everything.

End of summer getaway

Amazing rental! Communication with renters was excellent from the start. I got helpful tips/instructions about transportation to the condo and optional excursions. We were met at the condo by the renters. The condo was immaculate, golf cart ready and fridge filled with water, soda and beer that we ordered in advance. Condo fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you would need as well as bath and beach towels. Location is perfect. Far enough from the main drag to avoid crowds but close enough to get to all of the food and shopping areas. Renters were easily accessible via text throughout our trip. We could not have been more pleased!

Great week!

We stayed the last week of july 2 adults and 2 older teens. Property was great. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the location. If anything the photos do not do the location justice. Better in person. For the location you are close to everything but out far enough to be quite. The host where always available and willing to help with any needs. I would definitely recommend any of their units on this property.

Great condo and location

Condo was in a great location just north of the bridge. 5 minutes from town. Cocos Loco beach and pool bar is a short walk up the beach. The condo was nice. The only concern was the AC in the master bedroom didn’t work well. We put a blanket over the window in the bedroom and bath and was all good. Overall great experience.

Belize vacation

We had a great time and Kimberly and her team were awesome. They made everything on our vacation once we arrived in Belize incredibly easy. We all really appreciated Kimberly booking our flights to and from the mainland and for booking all of excursions and meeting us at the airport to help bring us a luggage the rental and than back to airport when we had to leave. The property was beautiful and we would definitely stay there again

Fabulous Condo! Wonderful for Families and Couples!

Our family (4 adults and 2 children ages 8 & 11) stayed at this condo in April 2023 and had the most amazing vacation. The property owners are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! The condo is on the second floor and has a wonderful little patio to sit and soak up the beautiful views of the pool, beach and water. It is located just north of San Pedro, which is a great location. It's not too far from town and it's a short drive to Secret Beach where our family spent most of the time. It was very quiet and relaxing, which is what our family loves. The condo unit itself is extremely clean and the layout was wonderful. Master suite was beautiful and the second bedroom can also be a small master suite as well. The third bedroom is in a great location as well. The property owners were extremely helpful in planning our excursions as well as taking us to and from the airport. Very helpful! We will definitely be back! Thank you again!
