From Villa Fulgida you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the mountains. Villa Fulgida is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a gorgeous private terrace with a view of the lake, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Santa Maria Rezzonico. You will find the closest restaurant at 700 meters (770 yards), a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards), the stop for the ASF bus C10 Como - Menaggio - Colico line at 150 meters (490 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 600 meters (660 yards). You will reach Villa Fulgida from the parking area along a short walkway that is flat.

From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden. The pool is open all year round.

The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by century-old trees. You will be able to reach it from the living room and from the game room.
