Villa Ponti Bellavista is a mid-Century villa designed in collaboration with one of Italy’s most famous architects, Gio Ponti. It has been carefully renovated to retain as many original features of the period as possible. All immaculately original bathroom tiles and fixtures (updated shower), extravagant marble floors and wooden paneling. The villa is nestled in a cedar forest on its private grounds above the Lecco arm of Lake Como on a hill with haw dropping views of the lakes, mountains, and Swiss Alps in the distance.
Three of the 6 bedrooms have lake views (one with double exposure and these with lakeside balconies) and three have forest views, with two of these having garden access.
Once you enter the double gates to the property, the cedar lined driveway takes you to another world.
Other services, such as private locally cooked meals, massages, yoga classes, tours etc can be arranged at extra cost.

Please note that check in is 5pm and checkout 10am. This is particularly important in high season when we have minimum stays of one week and same day changeovers.
In winter heating is not included in the lower rate and is instead charged on a consumption basis.
In summer, if air conditioning is used, (extremely rarely needed because our elevation means it is cooler than everywhere else) if air conditiioning costs exceed 30 euros/day, extra is paid by guests on conumption. This is to encourage responsible use of resources. No guest has ever exceeded this amount.
A chef can be engaged to cook for one meal, or an entire week. Please ask.
