This unique property was very comfortable. All the important qualities of travel in one place: comfortable beds, kitchen (best complete kitchen, ever), Wi-Fi, and many sitting areas.Best of all a hot tub surrounded by millions of stars! Probably an understatement on number of stars but I lost count so many times Dear were unassuming and passed gently across the yard.Looking forward to a future stay.

Great property, great location! Added bonus there’s an EV charger in El Rito. Painless check in, house well stocked and a fantastic host. Everything was too easy and we just got to relax. A small complaint - it’s too popular! We’re going to need to stay on top of its availability!

This was a quiet comfortable headquarters for our exploration of O'Keefe Country. We watched the Milky Way from the sunroom and enjoyed the fireplace in the cool evenings.

Our host Alicia was very friendly and prompt with communication. Casa Ambrosia is a unique homei n a beautiful setting just as described. It was clean, quiet, cozy and comfortable. There were lots of things to do in the area, as described in the detailed information book in the kitchen. We only scratched the surface in a week of exploring. We especially appreciated the washer, dryer and dishwasher. There were lots of comfortable chairs inside and out. We really enjoyed the hummingbirds and other wildlife. Several deer stopped by to say hello. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely come back!

Great location for exploring northern New Mexico sites, so many quiet majestic roads to drive and only a short drive to Ojo Caliente hot springs or the Abiquiú Inn for a bite to eat. Quiet area with great scenery, comfortable beds/rooms and everything you might need were provided!

This house was beautiful and remote, but still convenient to Ghost Ranch and Ojo Caliente. We had a very relaxing couple of days.

This is a special property. Its location is very serene and quiet and lovely. It’s only 20 minutes from Ojo Caliente Hot Springs and a lovely hour-long drive to Taos. Our crew enjoyed exploring the area and then retreating to the Casa! The beds were comfortable, the shower was also good. As mentioned in other reviews, the kitchen is well-stocked with equipment for making meals. I recommend getting to the property before dark. It isn’t a difficult drive, but it’s out in the country and the signage is there and subtle . The host provides excellent instructions and..get there before dark! She also warned us the card lock pad is touchy and it did take several tries every time, but it worked! The road to the property isn’t ideal for cars without good clearance. We had a truck and were glad we did. Compact cars, vans etc are probably fine, but not low to the ground sports cars The sun room is lovely and we spent a lot of time in there. It would be great if the screen doors were fully functional - we would’ve loved to have had even more fresh air circulating through the home. The Casa was clean and inviting. We hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Lovely, comfortable and very peaceful. we were able to enjoy all of the amenities necessary for cooking a big meal and soaking multiple times, even in the drizzling rain! We will definitely be back.

Secluded and quiet. Saw eight deer in the yard one morning! Absolutely dark sky. Best view of the Milky Way we have ever seen. Comfortable home to come back to after a day of hiking and sightseeing.

Absolutely wonderful vacation property in a remote and private area. We especially enjoyed the views and sunsets as well as the access to some incredible scenery and hiking nearby. The kitchen and living areas are very well set up and stocked with everything we needed. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was in the middle of June and it was wonderful. The house was awesome and very comfortable. The location was great right up against the national forest. If you are looking for a secluded getaway this is the perfect spot.
