Excellent beachfront location with a beautiful sandy beach and a pool with a wet bar, and lounge chairs around the pool. Quiet, clean, well equipped and cozy two bedroom appartment with full kitchen. A short walk to a shopping mall and a wide variety of restaurants. A gated area with 24/7 security and dedicated parking spaces. Highly recommended.

Great location and property

This was our 4th time at this property. It continues to be a wonderful experience. Right on one of the best beaches in PDC and within walking distance to 5th avenue. Highly recommend!

Another fantastic experience.

Beautiful property on the beach and within walking distance to 5th Ave. Angela (property manager) went out of her way to help us out a couple of times. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Condo!

Well-stocked. Great view facing the ocean and the pier. Excellent location. Nice chairs and umbrellas on the pool/facing ocean area. Limited beach, but there is beach unlike some other areas. Highly recommend.

Condo was dirty upon arrival. They only provided 1.5 bottles of water. Was hard to get ahold of properly manager. She kept hanging up on us. Ran out of drinkable water took over 10 hours to get more. Would not recommend staying here.

Matthew, you have been staying with us since 2020, and this year marked your sixth consecutive visit. We truly appreciate your continued trust in us over the years. Your returning each year suggests that the service and experience have consistently met your expectations. There have been no changes to the property manager, housekeeping or to the standards of excellence we maintain for all guests. Regarding the water service, we provide two jugs so that when one is finished, a replacement can be ordered while the second remains available. With that system in place, placing an order once the first jug was empty would typically prevent any interruption in water supply. It’s also important to note that water delivery is handled by the building reception rather than our team. If you were ever without water or needed assistance in the moment, bringing it to our attention would have allowed us to ensure you received what you needed promptly. We are sorry to hear that this experience left you feeling dissatisfied, especially after being a valued returning guest for six years.

Beachfront Paradise in Playa del Carmen

Xaman Ha is a beautiful property and our condo was lovely and the view of the ocean and the island of Cozumel right from our balcony was amazing! The swim up pool bar was so fun thanks to Robyn, the very funny and talented bartender. He also makes a fantastic guacamole, but you need to get there early before it sells out! The short walk to the Paseo del Carmen mall and 5th Avenue makes the location perfect!

Awesome Xaman-Ha

We just finished staying a month at Xaman-Ha condo. Everything was perfect! The condo was very clean and well equipped. The location can't be beat in my opinion, we had everything we needed so close by with no car necessary. Erin and her property manager Angela were wonderful to deal with and always got back to us quickly with any questions we asked. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Larry and Candis

Loved Every Minute of Our Stay

Wow, just wow! Our stay at Xaman Ha was beyond our expectations and my communication with Susan and Erin was timely and all our needs/questions were immediately addressed. Erin arranged our transfer to/from the airport and the drivers were great! We loved the condo and it had everything we could ask for for our stay. We cooked dinner and breakfast several times and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. The location to 5th Avenue was perfect for a short walk to a variety of restaurants and shopping. We would take long walks on the beach in front of the condo and collected lots of shells! Anita in guest services at the condo complex was awesome and arranged for tours and massages for us. Robin at the swim up bar was a highlight for our family, making great drinks and snacks for us throughout the day. He was so fun to get to know and talk with everyday! We absolutely loved our stay at the condo and will definitely return to stay there again! We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Erin/Susan’s property at Xaman Ha!
