Cabin style condo in Brian Head Ski Resort

ATTN Mountain bikers and EV owners: Private Garage for bike storage. This Cabin styled condo has a master bedroom with king bed, a private loft with 2 queen beds and full bathroom, a fully updated kitchen, and views of Brian Head Resort. There is access to laundry facilities (coin op). A Bonus feature is the private garage for storing bikes, ATVs, skis, or a snowmobile. You can also park and charge your EV in the garage. We are able to fit a Jeep wrangler in to charge but it is tight.
Just an easy walk across the road are Ski lifts and the Giant Steps lodge. (The lifts also haul mountain bikes to the top during the summer.) This our favorite mountain get away!

nice cozy condo,wife loved it,,,,kids (18 and 19) loved the upstairs loft/bedroommy huskies loved itclose to Navajo lift and frankly to everything,,,small town and great scenery

Everything we needed was here. Made pancakes for breakfast and planned to use a frying pan, but found an electric skillet in a cabinet! The washer and dryer was great, especially for drying out damp clothing after coming off the slopes. Very cozy place. Perfect for four people.

great views

This property was perfect for my family. Condo had plenty of room for a family of 4 and it was great having the kids upstairs-each in their own bed. Fully stocked house and the fireplace was used everyday. Views of the ski slopes were amazing. Would highly recommend this place for any season.

We could not get the TV in the main living area to work. The Roku kept wanting t re-program or some weird thing and we couldn't get past that.We also vaccuumed and cleaned the property before checking out, yet the Host chaged us an additional 300 for "damages and incIdentals" with no other explanation. There were no damages caused by us while there, so we felt the additional charge was not justified. I would advise other travelers to be wary of this Host as a result of this experience.

Karl brought a dog to the property without adding the pet to the reservation. We communicated in the app to him that we needed him to make sure that the pet was added to the reservation because otherwise it doesn’t add in the pet fee for cleaning. We got no response. After check-out our cleaner sent us pictures of obvious damage to the table finish due to hot pans being placed directly on it. We reached out to Karl again in the app and still got no response. With no communication from Karl, bringing pets without paying the pet fee, and damage to our property we did file a claim to cover our expenses. These things were outlined in the claim. We are sorry that Karl had issues with the Roku but that was also not communicated to us until the above review. We encourage our guests to always communicate issues upfront so we can resolve them promptly and to respect our house rules and property.

Ski Week Powder!

We had a great stay at this property. Owner was very responsive when contacted. Very conveniently located to both sides of the mountain. It had all the amenities we needed and more! It did snow while we were there so we got to enjoy fresh powder on the mountain and we had no problems in our 4WD vehicle but if we didn't have 4WD chains would have been necessary. It was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Best view of Brianhead slopes ever

This cozy spot across from Giant Steps has one of the best views I've seen of the Brianhead mountain (and I've been visiting the area since the late 1970s.) The condominium included everything you might need including a comfortable bed, cozy fireplace a well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the fun woodsy decor. We hope it's available when we visit again. Thank you to our hosts.

My stay

Condo is quaint and definitely rustic as described but needs some updates. First of all door lock seems to need serviced, it took a while to get it to function upon initial arrival, but finally did work. The living room couch in home is old faded / dirty and all cushions are collapsed in and flattened , you are literally sitting in wooden frame of couch …I accidentally left a Lilly pad charger for my cell phones and no one has reached out to myself about it…but it was clean and would return to Brian Head ..

Great ski vacation

Visited in March with my parents and kids. Ski resort is across the street (I walked with the kids age 9 and 11). We did take the shuttle to the snow tubing hill one day, and it picks up at the main street turn in. Condo is very clean and comfortable with nice linens and blankets, and upgraded appliances. We enjoyed the rec room with pool table, ping pong, and foosball. Like a previous reviewer noted, the property is on a steep incline and our 2 wheel drive rental did not make it up (and we watched from the window as several others also got stuck). Snow chains or plan on parking in the lower lot if awd/4wd is not available and you are coming in snowy conditions. Main roads were plowed even after a 10 inch snow day though. Ony a small market in town, cedar city if a bigger grocery is needed. Loved the condo and would love to come back for biking/hiking in the summer or for fall colors. Owners quickly responded to my questions and provided some additional options/recommedations.

Wonderful small cabin/condo

This cabin is perfectly sized for a family of 4. The master suite is downstairs and there are 2 full size beds up in the loft with their own bathroom. The beds were the perfect firm/softness with plenty of blankets and pillows. Everything was very clean. We came in later then expected and the door code had expired, but the owner was very quick to respond and reset the code. I will suggest that if you stop to pick up groceries prior to checking in, make sure to pick up a fire starter log or kindling and a long handled lighter. There were only a couple of small boxes of matches in the cabin and the wood is very hard to catch fire on its own. Also, depending on the time frame that you are visiting, make sure to have a vehicle with 4 wheel drive or chains. There is small incline to go up to get to the condo and it can get icy after a snow storm. We flew in from Florida and were not able to rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle or get chains for the tires, so it was quite the experience to drive on snowed covered roads without the correct type of vehicle. The cabin is so centrally located that we were able to walk to the general store to pick up supplies. Over all we would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect mountain stay

This condo was perfect for us! Directly across the street from the lifts and market/restaurants. Our kiddos loved the loft upstairs. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. My favorite was the night view of the slopes....so beautiful!

Perfect summer getaway

The condo was perfect. Super clean with all the things we needed for our weeklong summer getaway. Would definitely come again and can't wait to visit in the winter for some skiing.

Cozy apartment

The apartment is very cozy: it is super clean and equipped with everything you need (and more). We spent relaxing evenings in front of the fireplace, playing one of the many board games provided. We would choose this apartment again for a next stay in Brian Head.
