Near Talking Stick fields, Top Golf, and all the nightlife one could ask for.

Family Vacation

Not having a heated pool and hot tub really killed it for us. It says heated pool on the listing but it was freezing and unfortunately broken. We didn’t spend much time at the house outside of sleeping. Needs a good deep clean. Cabinets had old toothpaste, and hot tub had black particles in it. Great location and great for a family, would be 5 stars if they get the pool and hot tub figured out and give the house a good deep clean.

Spring training

Nice quiet area close to baseball fields. Inside of house clean. Rented house because of heated pool found out to late that heater on pool not working. The pool and the hot tub needed to be cleaned. The pool guy came on our last day.Rated 3 because when looking for a place to stay I paid extra to have a pool and did not have one.

Smaller than I expected but well maintained. All furniture and appliances looked good and were functional as expected. I would suggest adding an additional age range to your questionnaire; over 65
