Great property

First time to the area and this was a great spot for us. House was great. Wonderful master suite. Beds were comfortable and supportive. Well stocked kitchen. Nice to have a garage to pull into at night. House is on a main road right next to a school. We could hear some traffic but it did not bother us. We did not pay to heat pool, but used the hot tub. Strict quiet hours/limits on hot tub use, but we were able to work within the guidelines. Just make sure you are aware of them prior to booking. Location worked for us. Quiet area - yet we felt fairly close to everything. I will definitely bookmark this property for any future trips!

Christmas 2024

Right from the beginning, our hosts were always very helpful and prompt with any replies for any questions we ever had even before our stay! Great neighbourhood very safe. We went for many walks in the evening and felt very secure. Also we were close to everything from shopping centres restaurants to grocery stores. A very clean cute three bedroom with two baths beautiful pool area with an awesome hot tub and great size poo!! Definitely we would not hesitate to stay at any of their properties when we visit Phoenix again!!Thanks, Danny, Mia, Lila our Christmas was exactly what we wanted!

Moms’ getaway

The house was everything we needed, 4 moms on a weekend getaway. It was easy to get a hold of the owners if needed. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe while there. Mcdonalds, coffee shop, and grocery store was a 7 min walk. The house and pool/hottub was very clean. We were very happy with our stay!

Girls Trip!

Already excited about a return visit

Check-in and household operating instructions were clear. The house was clean and as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with Mia was seamless and questions were answered quickly. One very, very minor item was addressed quickly. Not our first time vacationing in Scottsdale in the winter; it’s turning into an annual thing. The best part was the “welcome gift”, the heated pool and the spa; especially in mid-January. Already excited about booking next year. This house is now the 1st choice

Very Nice House - Great Location

Our group was very happy with our decision to choose this house. The communication was perfect, it was very easy to check in, and the house was better than we could have hoped for. The location is perfect being close to the highways and Downtown Scottsdale. We look forward to booking again!!

Amazing Location!

I loved this property as soon I was I pulled up! Super easy to check in. The place is very well Air Conditioned you just have to get up to adjust the air because it does get HOT. Everything in the home was super clean and functional. I had a question about the fans and the owner got back to me ASAP and answered any other questions I had. Everything is super close to this home which made it very convenient for me and my friend. If I come back to Scottsdale I’m definitely staying there again!!

Amazing

Absolutely loved this property I have no complaints the owner was awesome our flight got cancelled and he switched the dates no problem for me pool is beautiful they have everything you need and everything’s updated! My only complaint no cleaning products as I had a toddler so I couldn’t clean how I would of liked I was here 1 week and the house was amazing felt like I was at home no complaints beautiful property and the biggest peel was everything is literally within 10-15min away definitely will stay here again I’m always coming to AZ second home and I loved this property

This house was in a great location. It was close to everything we wanted to do with lots of amenities nearby. The back yard pool area was awesome. Excellent communication with the host.

GREAT rental!

I HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Scottsdale. Very clean, organized, beautiful, clean pool, nice patio furniture, and great location. This house is across the street from a middle school which I was concerned about but honestly it wasn’t an issue at all. The host is very easy to get ahold of and they are very accommodating of any questions or concerns. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Scottsdale ❤️

Perfect cozy home

The home was just as advertised. It was clean, newly remodeled and had a garage. The pool was perfect, it’s heated for an extra cost of $50/day if you want it and the hot tub heat is free. I like a cold pool and it was probably 68 degrees, with 90 degree heat, it felt great. There’s even floaties, darts and cornhole for funzies. Perfect location neighborhood wise but it’s right next to a school, that surprisingly makes loud speaker announcements very early in the morning. House was perfect for chilin and relaxing, super cozy living room and bedrooms. It was very clean. Would totally book again.

Wonderful stay

We were very impressed with this property and would definitely stay here again. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had great communication with the property management and a small issue with the door code was resolved immediately. We spent hours in the pool and really appreciated the loungers, the tanning deck and the umbrella. We chose to get the pool heated and it was absolutely the perfect temperature. The spa was a treat to use after the sun went down. The home is conveniently located and was only a short Uber ride away from the airport, great shopping, restaurants, etc. We hope to return next year!

Great Vacation

We had an incredible vacation. The property was perfect and exactly as described. Roomy kitchen with everything! Comfy beds & the pool was great. We paid to have the pool heated and I'm definitely glad I did. Even though the temps were warm (80's) it was nice to have a warm pool to jump into in the evening. The location was great, close to Old Town Scottsdale. Even though it was on the corner of a busy road, we did not hear the traffic at all!

Wonderful Experience

This property is amazing inside and out. 10 out of 10 rating by everyone in my family. Great pool, spa, grill, fire pit, location !!! Definitely exceeded our expectations and will be re-booking.

Winter Getaway

My wife and I spent time at this wonderful house in Scottsdale. Only 15 minutes from the airport and two miles away from Old Town Scottsdale, it was the perfect location to access shopping, golf courses and hiking/walking trails. Numerous restaurants and grocery stores only minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the new grill and fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner was super responsive and attentive to all our needs. We have already booked a return trip in March.
