This backyard is absolutely perfect for a family! Our littles loved running on the turf, playing in the shade and the "little warm pool and the BIG cold pool!" We would rent here again in a heartbeat just for the backyard!

When we arrived it was after dark but we found the house just fine. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. We were there for a 4 night stay and mostly ate out, but we did cook a little and we were able to find pots, pans and utensils that worked out fine. They supplied coffee pods and basic oil, salt & pepper, but we brought our own coffee too. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. The pool water was a little cool but we had opted not to heat it and mainly used the hot tub. The laundry area was nice and we used it before we left to come home. The dining room and living room were comfortable and clean. The HOA does have some rules about quiet times that some people might not prefer; this is in a neighborhood and not a party house. That was no problem for us since we were usually tired by the end of the night after attending a conference and sight seeing. Overall, it was a good location and a very nice, clean, comfortable house that fit our needs.

The Host and House were both amazing. The host got in contact well before checkin to make sure that we were all set and ready to walk in. They had all the checkin info laid out for us hours beforehand and It allowed us to get in right on time. The host also contacted us a few times on our trip to make sure that we were doing ok and to see if there were any problems so they can get them fixed. I havent seen such good care from a host renting out, I would 100% rent from them again
