Summary:
PERFECT LOCATION...on the top floor of Peak 9 Inn AKA Liftside. Our studio condo has a stunning view of the ski slope and mountains with full kitchen, full bath, queen bed & sleeper (and a pack n' play). This cozy unit has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. Linens and towels are provided.
The bathroom is configured as 3 rooms allowing multiple people to use.
Ski Locker/extra storage located just outside the unit. Only a few condos have this amenity.
The Space:
This condo is unique in that it has a nice detached ski locker right by our condo door. (Most in the building don't have it).

Additionally, the unit amenities include access to a private, reserved Gaming Room and Movie Room.

Guest Access:
Parking is by reservation only (first come, first served – and a fee is required). Parking is VERY limited and cannot be guaranteed.
The Residential Parking Fees remain at $15 per night during the summer season and $40 per night during the winter season, except for the following dynamic parking pricing:
Mon Apr 13 – Thu May 21, 2026: $5/night, a reduction of $10 from base
Fri Dec 19, 2025 – Sun Jan 4, 2026: $50/night, an increase of $10 from base
Fri Jan 16 – Mon Jan 19, 2026 (King): $50/night, an increase of $10 from base
Fri Feb 13 – Mon Feb 16, 2026 (Pres): $50/night, an increase of $10 from base
Fri Mar 6 – Sun Mar 22, 2026 (Spring Break): $50/night, an increase of $10 from base
Great shuttle service around Breckenridge and walking distance to restaurants, coffee and shops.
The Neighborhood:
PERFECT LOCATION! 'Where Breckenridge meets the mountain', is the motto of The Village at Breckenridge Resort. A true SKI-IN/SKI-OUT community. From the back door of the building you are at the base of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver Lift. Leaving the front door, you are only steps away from Breckenridge's Main Street with restaurants, bars and shops.
Ski school drop-off is located across the courtyard from our building and is a short and easy walk ... even for the smallest of feet.
On the first floor of the Peak 9 Inn there is a brand newly remodeled slope side indoor/outdoor swimming pool (opening end of February 2021), 4 hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fully equipped fitness room and locker rooms.

Getting Around:
Parking/Transportation:
• Many shuttle companies run frequently (rain, snow or shine) from DIA to Breckenridge. Most have free WiFi and drop guests off at the Village at Breckenridge.
• Daily Parking Fee (must be requested during reservation and not guaranteed as parking is very limited. You will will be billed separately)
May - October: $15/day fee during the non-ski season ($15 late check out to stay from 11-3 during day of departure, $25 if you stay past 3pm)
November -April: $30/day fee ($15 late check out to stay from 11-3 during day of departure, $50 if you stay past 3pm)
*If you arrange parking and CANCEL, you must cancel within 48 hours of arrival or there will be no refund for canceling.
• Other overnight parking options are at the Airport Road Parking Lot and Ice Rink Lot, payment is made at the lot kiosk. Specific details on these options can be found at the "Town of Breckenridge Overnight Parking" website.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that from April 2025 to November 2025, The Village at Breckenridge will undergo major exterior renovations, including siding/stucco replacement, roof and window replacement, and air conditioning vent installation. Construction will be noisy, dusty, and smelly, with scaffolding and cranes onsite.
Our unit will not be available from September to November. If you plan to stay between late April and August, please note the disruption. Rates have been adjusted to reflect the inconvenience, and we recommend canceling if this will be a concern.

For a daily fee, Copper Athletic Club, just minutes away, provides a fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, & sauna.
Interaction with Guests:
As a personal condo, we are not on-site, but are available if needed and have local contacts and a building manager in case of emergencies.
