Owner operated. True Ski In - Ski Out Studio Condo on Peak 8 and close to town with Mountain Views.

Our corner unit condo overlooks 4 O’ Clock Run (ski in) and is located across the street from the Snowflake Lift (ski out), providing amazing access to Breckenridge Ski Resort! Tyra is one of the BEST locations in Breck and one of the most desirable lodging locations for both winter and summer. Easy access to the mountain located on the lower part of Peak 8 (peak 8 is the most central area of resort), close to town (1/2 mile to Main St.) yet away from town bustle. Perfect for a single, couple or a small family whose priority is to maximize their time on the mountain & are comfortable in a smaller but well - designed space. One parking pass (which must be returned upon departure)is included for our uncovered lot.

Across the street, next to the Snowflake Lift is Charter Sports Rentals and a Breckenridge Ski Resort window making it easy to gear up & get on the mountain quickly. Guests can receive rental discounts at Charter Sports. The free bus (Breckenridge Free Ride) also picks up right next to the Snowflake Lift.

Our cozy, second floor studio sleeps 2 guests. Enjoy mountain views from both inside the condo & on the wrap around balcony. The condo also has large windows to bring in lots of sunlight. There is a fully-equipped, full kitchen with breakfast bar seating, quartzite counters & stainless appliances. The bathroom has been renovated with a walk-in shower. The queen bed with a Sterns & Fosters mattress is situated as an alcove bed with rustic reclaimed wood around it.

Indoor & outdoor hot tubs are located in the building common area (indoor tubs open winter only).

Hard to beat spot if looking for a Ski In - Ski Out walkable to town! Summer & fall are just as amazing in Breckenridge. From the condo you can hike/bike out the door to Sawmill Reservoir via Sawmill Creek. Or, hike 4 O’Clock Trail to the 12,998 foot summit of Peak 8.

Owners have lived in Breckenridge & currently reside an hour away & can help with recommendations for your stay!

* CANCELLATION POLICY. 100% refundable 60 days prior to reservation; 50% refundable 30 - 59 days prior to day of arrival (less any VRBO fees; VRBO will not refund their service fee if cancelled less than 30 - 59 days prior to arrival). Non-refundable if cancelling less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Refunds cannot be given due to inclement weather/road closures, alpine conditions, area construction, COVID-19, airline delays, power outages or any other similar type circumstance.

BRECKENRIDGE (VAIL) RESORTS RESERVATION SYSTEM TO ACCESS THE RESORT DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY A reservation system is not in place for the upcoming ski season, but could change due to COVID or other safety reasons. Please call Breckenridge Ski Resort or visit breckenridge.com. The hot tubs are open (indoor tubs open winter only) but are not guaranteed to be open if closure is necessary due to COVID safety or any maintenance/repair.

Breckenridge Ski Resort is open mid November though mid May but typically keeps the Snowflake lift (our ski-out access) open mid November through mid April (dates are subject to change dependent on snow/resort conditions). Our ski in access via Four O’ Clock run is also weather dependent and typically opens early/mid December and closes mid/late April.

The Town of Breckenridge has enforced stricter guidelines regarding noise violations. Owners can potentially lose their short term rental license if there are violations by a guest. Violations will not be tolerated and will require guests to vacate the property immediately without refund & guests will be responsible for applicable fines.

* Laundry: In-unit, large capacity W/D

* Hot tubs (indoor tubs open winter only)

* Standard Amenities: High-speed Internet, Cable TV, linens/towels provided, fully equipped kitchen, soap & shampoo

*Transportation: on bus-line (picks up next to Snowflake lift) & Summit Stage is nearby

* Air Conditioning: None. Due to the mild high alpine summer climate, many properties are not equipped with a/c.

Breckenridge can be bustling and busy but there is something magical about it. You feel good here. Clean mountain air, great majestic mountains & tons of outdoor recreation throughout the year. If you take a break from town & the Resort there are always quiet trails that can be found.

There is something to look forward to in every season - vibrant fall colors, snow-filled winters & amazing summers.

Location! Ski In - Ski Out is awesome with Peak 8 right outside your door. Like many, we only have so much time free time. Getting geared up to ski (especially with kids) can be a process. Being right next to the lift is a huge time saver, maximizes your time on the mountain, allows for more relaxation time & makes your lodging money go the farthest. You don't need to pack lunches, buy resort food, park or take the bus to the lifts. Your day can be more relaxed because you have the freedom to ski in & out of the property. And what makes the Tyra properties special and sought after is that they are a centrally located ski in- ski out location & walking distance to town, yet far enough away from the traffic and crowds.

Tyra is also great location for summer and fall. Trails to hike Peak 8, 9 and 10 are right outside the door. While it is a smaller condo the outside views are always coming in to the space!
